Objective To analyse the dynamic changes of peripheral small lung cancer on CT images in different periods and to summarize its morphological features so that improving the diagnosis level.Methods The CT images of 30 cases with peripheral lung cancer confirmed by pathology and cytology were analysed retrospectively.Results Most peripheral small lung cancer appeared as nodule,their average diameter was 17 mm.9 cases showed homogeneous density and another 9 cases were appeared as aggregation by small multi-nodule.6 cases were slight lobulated and another 6 cases had short spiculation.A few of the cases revealed nontypical lobular shadows which were easily diagnosed inflammations.With dynamic observation,all the lesions showed typical peripheral lung cancer features including like nodule,growth gradually,lobulated and speculate brim and pleura retraction.Conclusion If the small nodules (diameter

Objective To observe the clinical effect of phloroglucinol combined with diazepam in prolonging the latency of primipara and the influence on the safety of mother and infant after medication .Methods A total of 180 cases with a naturally occurring post-partum latency≥8 h and no progress of patients in Weifang Tranditional Chinese Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 in this study were divided into control group and observation group with 90 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with phloroglucinol combined with diazepam,the control group were treated with diazepam.Two groups appeared uterine inertia when the discretion of intravenous infusion of 0.5% oxytocin injection.Two groups were observed to 16h, still no progression of labor related to obstetric intervention.Observed of cervix big open situation,cervical opened time, cervical edema rate, cervical laceration rate, the rate of vaginal delivery, two hours postpartum hemorrhage, Apgar scores of newborns and the adverse reaction of medicine. Results The duration from drug administration to full dilation of cervix in obseve group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),the rate of cervical edema in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), but no statistically difference in the cervical laceration.The the rate of vaginal delivery in observation group decreased significantly when compared with the control group ( P<0.05 ) , two hours postpartum hemorrhage and the Apgar scores of newborns had no significant differcences.Conclusion Puerpera latency prolonged application of phloroglucinol combined with diazepam can significantly speed up the cervix to open the time , and reduce cervical edema and improve vaginal delivery rate,and cervical laceration,two hours postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal complications had no effect.

Objective To study the radioprotective effects of ultra-small carbon quantum dots (CQDs) in mice in vivo,and to reveal the protective mechanism,as well as to study the body immune response to CQDs and the toxicity in vivo.Methods Mice were injected with different concentrations of CQDs solution.Mice models of systemic radiation injury were constructed by high dose gamma rays radiation.The 30-days survival rate,bone marrow DNA,femoral bone marrow nucleated cells (BMNC),tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured to evaluate the radioprotective effects of CQDs,and to investigate the possible protective mechanism.The toxicity of CQDs in vivo was studied by measuring the changes of body weight,liver index and spleen index before and after injections of CQDs in mice.Results CQDs showed obvious radioprotective effects on mice in vivo.Compared with the control group,the 30-days survival rate of irradiated mice treated with CQDs increased from 0％ to 40％.CQDs could effectively reduce the hematopoietic system damages caused by radiation,and increase the level of bone marrow DNA,femur BMNC,liver and lung SOD,as well as reduce the production of MDA in liver and lung.The results of immunological reaction tests showed that CQDs had less toxicity in vivo and did not trigger the body immune response.Conclusions CQDs has tremendous application prospects in the field of radiation protection.This study can provide new ideas for the application of new nano-materials in medical field.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of COBIO XS automated urine sediment analyzer for screening urinary tract infection(UTI) .Methods Midstream urine samples were collected from 182 patients with suspected UTI .White blood cell counts(WBC) and bacteria counts(BACT) were determined by COBIO XS automated urine sediment analyzer .By comparing with quantitative urine culture as the golden standard of UTI .The area under the ROC curve(AUC) was constructed to evaluate the dis‐criminative power of variables to predict UTI .Results The positive rate of urine culture was 30 .8% .The isolated rate of Esche‐richia coli ,Enterococcus species and proteus species were 53 .6% ,16 .1% ,10 .7% ,respectively .ROC curve analysis showed that AUC was 0 .808(95% CI 0 .710-0 .867) for WBC and 0 .899(95% CI 0 .797 -0 .923) for BACT .The best cutoff value for WBC was 50/μL ,sensitivity was 89 .0% ,specificity was 83 .8% ,positive predictive value was 86 .3% and negative predictive value was 93 .7% .The best cutoff value for BACT was 110/μL ,sensitivity was 82 .5% ,specificity was 85 .6% ,positive predictive value was 78 .5% and negative predictive value was 88 .0% .Conclusion COBIO XS analyzer is adopted to conduct rapid and reliable a screen‐ing tool for UTI .

Objective To investigate the possibility of the involvement of RhoA/mDia1 pathway to cause the expression of phosphorylate ezrin-radixin-moesin (p-ERM) in rat pulmonary micro-vascular endothelial cell (PMVEC) after the stimulation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS).Methods The specimens of lung tissue were taken from healthy male SPF grade SD rat with 100-120 g body weight which was purchased from the laboratory animal center of Anhui province.After culture,the PMVECs were randomly divided into dose-dependent groups (0,0.1,1,10 μg/mL LPS added in PMVECs and cultured for30 min,n =8 in each),time-dependent groups (10 μg/mL LPS added to PMVECs cultured for 0,15,30,60,120 min,n =8 in each) and intervention group (n =8).In the intervention group,PMVECs were cultured with 1 μg/mL C3 transferase in serum free media for 240 min,followed by treatment with 10 μg/mL LPS for 30 min.Meanwhile,two control groups in serum-free DMEM medium were made by adding 10.μg/mL LPS to PMVECs and 1 μg/mL C3 transferase to PMVECs respectively cultured for 30 min (n =8 in each).Western blot was used to detect the level of p-ERM,ERM and mDia1.Data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 software,while one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare multiple sets of variables,the intergroup comparisons were analyzed by the least-significant-difference (LSD) tests,with P ＜0.05 for the statistically significant difference.Results ERM,p-ERM and mDia1 were presented in rat PMVEC.Stimulation with LPS up-regulated p-ERM,mDia1 in a dose-dependent manner:LPS [0 μg/mL LPS group:(0.520±0.101),0.1 μg/mL LPS group:(0.657 ±0.092),1 μg/mL LPS group:(0.891 ±0.167),10 μg/mL LPS group:(1.227 ±0.106);0 μg/mL group vs.0.1 μg/mL group,P ＞0.05;the rest P ＜0.01];and mDia1 [0 μg/mL LPS group:(0.200 ±0.102),0.1 μg/mL LPS group:(0.430 ±0.121),1 μg/mL LPS group:(0.603 ±0.154),10 μg/mL LPS group:(0.887 ±0.204);0.1 μg/mL group vs.1 μg/mL group,P ＞ 0.05;the rest P ＜ 0.05].In time-dependent group,the level of p-ERM protein increased at 15 min (0.670 ±0.149),peaked at 30 min (1.175 ±0.103),then decreased,at 60 min (0.959 ±0.189),90 min (0.842 ±0.129),but kept at higher level at 120 min (0.767 ±0.097) than that in control group (0.471 ±0.157,15 min group vs.120 min group,60 min group vs.90 min group and 90 min group vs.120 min group,P ＞ 0.05;the rest P ＜ 0.05);and the level of mDia1 increased at 15 min (0.779 ±0.035),peaked at 30 min (0.889 ±0.036) then decreased at 60 min (0.648 ±0.019),90 min (0.582 ±0.068),but kept at higher level at 120 min (0.526 ±0.059) than that in control group (0.284±0.118,all P ＜ 0.01).C3 transferase caused a marked attenuation of LPS induced p-ERM expression [control group:(0.339 ± 0.069);C3 + LPS group:(0.438 ± 0.07);C3 control group:(0.352 ± 0.071);LPS control group:(0.634 ± 0.191),C3 + LPS group vs.LPS control group,P =0.01],as the same in mDia1 [control group:(0.449 ±0.122);C3 + LPS group:(0.380 ±0.148);C3 control group:(0.404 ±0.164);LPS control group:(0.622 ±0.174),C3 + LPS group vs.LPS control group,P ＜ 0.01].Conclusions LPS could up-regulated the expression of p-ERM protein,and inhibition of RhoA/mDia1 signal pathway by C3 transferase could down-regulated the p-ERM levels.

Objective To analyze Mycoplasma detection and drug sensitivity test of 3 127 urogenital tract infection women ,and to provides important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment .Methods Mycoplasma detection and drug sensitivity of 3 127 uro-genital tract infection women were detected .Results Among 3 127 cases ,1 800 patients were detected Mycoplasma ,and the posi-tivity was 57 .6% .The infection rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) ,Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) and Uu+ Mh mixed infection were 46 .2% ,1 .2% ,10 .1% .Uu was sensitive to minocycline ,doxycycline and clarithromycin .Mh was sensitive to minocycline , doxycycline and josamycin .Uu+ Mh mixed infection was sensitive to minocycline ,doxycycline and josamycin .Conclusion Myco-p lasma infections have been the major pathogen of urogenital tract diseases ,the clinical treatment should be based on drug sensitivity test .

SUMMARY In this article , different methods to deal with teeth fractures were discussed by presenting a case of traumatic crown-root fracture in the anterior esthetic zone .The traumatic crown-root fracture is a common problem in clinic .When a fracture line locates in close proximity to or below the alveolar bone crest , the fracture most likely involve the junctional epithelium and the connective tissue attachment .This type of fracture becomes a challenge for restorative dentists because it involves biologic , functional , and es-thetic considerations , especially when the fracture occurs in an esthetic area .In this case , a young patient presented with two fractured upper anterior teeth to the Department of Periodontics , Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology .After the comprehensive clinical evaluation , the right central incisor was decided to extract for implant therapy and the right lateral incisor was decided to retain by one modified crown lengthening surgery .The most common technique applied to save a retained root is a clinical crown lengthening procedure .However , the aggressive alveolar bone resection of both target and adjacent teeth to reestablish the bone width and periodontal health may compromise functional and esthetic outcomes .To re-duce loss of excessive osseous tissue during osteotomy procedure , the modified crown lengthening of the right lateral incisor was performed , including minor bone resection and root reshaping .Regarding the right central incisor , the retained root was all located below the alveolar bone crest .The extraction and implant procedure , combined with guided bone graft were performed to avoid the damage to neighbor teeth during traditional restorative therapy and to reshape a preferable buccal contour .At the last visit , the patient was recalled with healthy periodontium , normal tooth function and favorable esthetic results .

Objective Based on the theory of Service Quality to develop a scale for measuring personal digital assistant satisfaction by nurses and to detect the reliability and validity of this scale. Methods Through the literature research, cross-sectional study and present satisfaction evaluation tool for using personal digital assistant by nurse to build the item pool. The items were selected by 15 experts consultation and the pilot survey of 666 nurses. Results The satisfaction evaluation tool for using personal digital assistant by nurse scale consisted of 41 items;the exploratory factor analysis identified 8 principal factors and explained for 65.22%. Pearson correlation coefficient between each dimension was 0.213-0.684(P<0.01). Pearson correlation coefficient between each dimension and total scale was 0.574-0.798(P<0.01). The Cronbach α coefficient of the scale was 0.928 and test-retest reliability was 0.934. Conclusions The satisfaction evaluation tool for using personal digital assistant by nurse scale has good validity and reliability. It can be used as a tool to measure the satisfaction for using personal digital assistant by nurse.

Methods Western b1ot was used to detect the expression 1eve1 of CCR4 in ga11b1adder carci-noma ce11s. Ga11b1adder carcinoma ce11s was infected by means of s1ow virus,the CCR4 gene si1encing was conducted using siRNA-CCR4 interference techno1ogy. Ga11b1adder carcinoma ce11s GBC-SD were divided into three groups( GBC-SD,GBC-SD/CCR4-RNAi and GBC-SD/contro1). CCL17,a 1igand of CCR4,was used to act on these three groups of ce11s. CCK8 method was used to detect the ce11 pro1iferation abi1ity of three groups. F1ow cytometry was used to test ce11 cyc1e. Tanswe11 assay was app1ied to detect ce11 migration and invasion abi1ity. Western b1ot was performed to detect the expression of its corresponding 1igands CCL17 and CCL22 proteins. Re-sults CCR4 gene si1ence did not inf1uence ce11 cyc1e and pro1iferation of ga11b1adder ce11 GBC-SD,but can significant1y inhibit GBC-SD ce11 invasion and movement abi1ity,CCR4 gene si1ence had no inf1uence on the expression of CCL17 and CCL22 gene in tumor ce11s. Conclusion Ga11b1adder carcinoma ce11s GBC-SD express chemokine receptor CCR4,chemokine receptor CCR4 can promote the invasion and metastasis of GBC-SD ce11s.
