OBJECTIVE:To prepare sulfadiazine silver film and establish a way for its quality control.METHODS:Polyvinyl alcohol was used as the main excipients for the preparation of film;the dead-stop titration was used to determine the content of sulfadiazine silver;the stability of the film sample was observed.RESULTS:The content of sulfadiazine silver was 98.9%～100.7%,the average recovery rate was 100.6%,RSD=0.69%(n=6).CONCLUSION:The prepared sulfadiazine silver film is stable in quality,accurate in content,simple in preparation and the testing method is fast.

Kinesin spindle protein ( KSP) inhibitors is an important direction for the discovery of anticancer agents. Several KSP in-hibitors have been studied in clinic trials. The discovery of ATP-competitive KSP inhibitors may be a new approach for searching novel a-gents to overcome the mutation-mediated resistance to the allosteric inhibitors. The progress in the discovery of ATP-competitive KSP in-hibitors was reviewed in the paper to provide reference for the further development of KSP inhibitors.

OBJECTIVE:To deve lop an assay for ofloxacin and ephedrine in ofloxacin and ephedrine nasal drops. METHODS:A RP-HPLC methods was practised on a hypersil ODS column with a mobile phase of methanol-10g/L ammonium acetate in water(1:1),which pH w as adjuested to 6.0 with phosphoric acid.Chloramphenicol was used as the interna l standand,UV detection was performed at 256nm.REULTS:The standand c urves for ofloxacin and ephedrine were linear in the range of 20～100μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5),100～1000μg/ml(r=0.9999,n=5),respectively. Th e average recoveries of ofloxacin and ephedrine were 99.5%,101.5% respectively. CONCLUSION:The method was convenient,rapid and accurate.
