Objective To investigate the status of the cognition ,attitude and behavior related to hepatitis B among the college students in the business school ,and to provide the reference for making a reasonable and effective measures of prevention and health education .Methods A self‐designed questionnaire was used to surveyed 548 college students .Results The total awareness rate a‐bout the core information of hepatitis B prevention and treatment among the students was 81 .81% ,and rate of awareness of each hepatitis B question was between 54 .56% and 95 .44% .The total awareness rate of girls(82 .45% )was higher than boys(80 .69% ) (χ2 =5 .536 ,P=0 .019) .The total awareness rate of students in grade 3 and 4 (83 .13% )was higher than that of students in grade 1(79 .44% )(χ2 =17 .247 ,P=0 .000) .78 .83% student treated hepatitis B patients with the right mental attitude and students ac‐quired knowledge mainly from TV‐broadcast(75 .55% ) .Conclusion The college should strengthen health education on hepatitis B to improve students′awareness of hepatitis B ,eliminate hepatitis B discrimination and to improve the students′consciousness of prevention and treatment .

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravesical instillation of sodium hya- luronate in relieving the symptoms of refractory non-bacterial cystitis. Methods Totally,20 patients(1 man and 19 women;mean age,47 years;age range,22-68 years)with refractory non-bacterial cystitis were included.Their disease course ranged from 1 month to 30 years.Of them,16 patients had the disease for more than 1 year.Instillation of sodium hyaluronate(50 ml solution of 40 mg HA)was performed intravesically in them for a total of 12 weeks(once a week for the first 4 weeks and once every 4 weeks for the succeeding 8 weeks).Follow-up visit ended at 16 weeks, when the patients filled in the symptom assessment scores(VAS on pain, frequency and urgency)according to the subjective evaluation.Therapeutic results were classified as(1)total response:symptom disappearance or relief by at least 90% of the symptom scores;(2)partial response:symptom relief by 50%-89%;(3)mild response:symptom relief by 49% or less;(4)no re- sponse:no improvement in symptom scores. Results Nineteen patients completed the 16-week follow-up with only 1 withdrawing. The average general symptom score decreased from 22.32?5.53 to 9.47?5.88 (P<0.001);frequency score from 8.21?1.75 to 3.89v2.31(P<0.001);urgency score from 7.47?2.14 to 3.37?2.14(P<0.001);pain score from 6.63?3.47 to 2.21?2.74(P<0.001).After 16 weeks, overall positive response rate(total+partial response)was 53%(10/19).No serious adverse effect occurred except for urethral irritation(25%,5/20),worsening of distending pain of the bladder(5%,1/20) and vertigo(15%,3/20)caused by the procedure itself. Conclusions For patients suffering from refrac- tory non-bacterial cystitis, intravesical instillations of sodium hyaluronate can significantly relieve the symp- toms and is safe and of good patient compliance.

Objective:
To investigate the effect of cervical eccentric training on neck function of college students, and to provide basis for cervical spondylosis prevention.
Methods:
Fifty two students from a medical college in Shanxi Province were recruited. Participants were divided into the neck eccentric training intervention group and the control group according to the random number table method, after stratified by sex. The intervention group received training for 25 min each time, 3 times a week for 6 weeks, and the control group received neck health education. Neck circumference, strength, range of motion, endurance and head and neck posture were measured before and after intervention.
Results:
The interaction of strength anterior flexion, extension left fiexion and right flexion was significant( F=34.25, 55.96, 56.49, 37.13, P <0.05). After 6 weeks, the strength of the intervention group was anterior flexion(65.37±18.64)N, extension(87.61±21.38)N, left flexion(55.80±12.04)N, right flexion(55.87±11.83)N. After 6 weeks, the strength of the control group were (45.69±9.25), (53.34±9.45), (41.60±6.96) and(42.20±9.92)N, which were significantly lower compared to the intervention group( t =4.82, 7.48, 5.21, 4.52, P <0.01). The interaction of motion of anterior flexion, extension, left flexion and right flexion were significant( F=11.62, 8.83, 8.29, 6.57, P <0.05). After 6 weeks, the motion of intervention group had anterior flexion(53.54±7.28)°, extension(57.42±7.37)°, left flexion(40.77±4.14)°, right flexion(85.12± 6.35 )°. The corresponding motion levels of the control group were(45.35±9.55)°,(50.85±7.56)°,(37.19±5.86)°,(76.15±7.86)°. The intervention group was significantly higher than the control group( t=3.48, 3.18, 2.54, 4.52, P <0.05). Main effects on time were observed in neck circumference, right flexion and left rotation motion, neck endurance and head extension angle( F =15.79, 13.94, 35.90, 10.17, 8.61, P <0.05).
Conclusion
Six week neck eccentric training can significantly improve neck strength and range of motion, as well as neck circumference, neck endurance and head forward posture.
