The paper reports one case patient of transcortical sensory aphasia with prominent semantic comprehension disorder. Clinical features were fluent aphasic output, serious auditory comprehension disorder, anomia and prominent disorder in word-lexical level comprehension. Repetition was a little difficult and was remarkably better than other test. There was serious alexia with agraphia, however, copy, series writing, visual spatial function and calculation were intact. His audition was norma1. He could distinguish not only non-word and non-verbal sound but also family member's and acquaintance's sound, but he couldn't understand their talking content. It should be distinguished from pure word-deafness and auditory agnosia- Moreover, we tried to discuss its mechanism.

It is reported by current investigations, that BNP can suppress heart hypertrophy but it can also depress compensatory hypertrophic response.BNP is an useful marker in the early diagnosis, prognosis, therapy guiding of heart failure and coronary heart disease, but comorbid conditions should be considered in the diagnosis of heart failure. The polymorphism in the 5'-flanking region of the NPPB gene is found to be related with essential hypertension. On the basis of some investigation,it is supposed that the instillation of BNP at the early stage of hypertension will contribute to therapy of hypertension.

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of common percutaneous enhancers on transdermal permeability of cetirizine hy-drochloride(CET). METHODS:Using pH 7.4 phosphate buffer as receiving solution, accumulative permeation rate as index,mod-ified Franz diffusion cell was used to investigate the effects of common percutaneous enhancers on transdermal permeability of CET in skin of abdomen isolated from mice, such as azone (0.06%-2.5%),oleic acid (0.5%-10%),1,3-propanediol (0.5%-10%),propanetriol(0.5%-5%). RESULTS:1,3- propanediol had no improvement effect on the permeability of CET. 24 h accu-mulative permeation amount of CET in 0.06% azone,0.5% oleic acid and 1% propanetriol were the highest among same types, being 227.94,85.25 and 215.15 μg/cm2,respectively. CONCLUSIONS:Of four percutaneous enhancers, the transdermal enhanc-ing efficiencies from high to low are azone>glycerol>oleic acid>1,3-propanediol. Azone and glycerol have the conspicuous pene-tration enhancing effects.
