[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine washout combined with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule on refractory vaginitis. [Method] Divide 500 patients into 3 types: downward flow of damp-heat, damp toxin implication, internal heat due of Yin deficiency, which treated with different decoctions with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule. Fol ow up for 3m after treatment course, observe recurrence; make vaginal secre-tion tests before and after treatment. [Result] In downward flow of damp heat type, 139 cases were cured, 11 effective, the total effective rate 100%; on damp toxin implication type, 183 cases were cured, 13 effective, total effective rate 100%;for internal heat due to Yin deficiency, 141 were cured, 9 effec-tive and total effective rate 100%. There’s no recurrence after 3m. [Conclusion] The said method can effectively regulate vaginal micro-ecological envi-ronment and reduce recurrence of refractory vaginitis, with safe clinical application and definite cure effect.

Objective To elucidate the characteristics of dermatosis in air force pilots and to improve its prevention and treatment scientifically. Method We carried out an investigation on 288 air force pilots hospitalized for dermatosis over the past 20 years. Results The results showed that 57.99% of the patients studied were admitted to hospital due to psychoimmunodermatosis, with high person-time (61.39%) and significantly longer average hospitalization time than that of the patients with the other two kinds of dermatoses. With improvement in flight skill and intensity as well as prolongation of flight time, the incidence and number of relapse of psychoimmunodermatosis in pilots were correspondingly increased. Conclusion The results indicate that among various dermatoses, psychoimmunodermatosis should become the focus of prevention and treatment as far as air force pilots are concerned. Besides drug treatment, we should also put emphasis on health education and psychological persuasion.

Objective To investigate the effects of angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) and losartan on the expression of small ubiquitin-related modifier(SUMO) protein (SUMO1 ,SUMO2/3) in cultured rat glomerular mesangial cells(GMCs) .Methods In vitro cul-tured HBZY-1 rat GMCs were divided into 5 groups:normal control group(NC group) ,different concentrations of Ang Ⅱinterven-tion groups(A1 ,A2 ,A3 groups) and losartan treatment group(MT group) .The expression of SUMO1 and SUMO2/3 protein and mRNA of each group was measured by Western blot and RT-PCR .Results Compared with the NC group ,the expression of SU-MO1 and SUMO2/3 protein and mRNA in the Ang Ⅱintervention groups and the losartan treatment group was increased signifi-cantly (P<0 .01);Compared with the Ang Ⅱintervention groups ,the expression of SUMO1 and SUMO2/3 protein and mRNA in the losartan treatment group had no statistically significant difference .Conclusion Ang Ⅱ up-regulates the expression of SUMO protein in rGMCs by a dose-dependent manner in certain range ,this effect is not blocked by losartan ,Ang Ⅱ may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy .

Objective To study the usefulness of oral contrast-enhanced helical CT cholangiography in the diagnosis and treatment for bile duct diseases.Methods 18 cases of suspected bile duct diseases were studied. The dose of iopanoic acid was 6.0 gram (n=5), 3.0 gram (n=10) and 1.0 gram (n=3). CT scan was performed 12~14 h after administration. Reformatted 2D and 3D MIP images were got from axial source images. The opacified degree of bile duct was described as no opacification, light opacification, well opacification or overopacification . The findings of CT chonlangiography were compared with pathological and/or clinical results . Results (1) The dose ofiopanoic acid could effect the opacified degree of bile duct. It should be more than 6.0 gram to investigate intrahepatic bile duct, and 3.0gram should be enough to investigate extrahepatic bile duct; (2) Intra- and extrahepatic bile duct anatomy could be display clearly,especially the extrahepatic duct. Function of bile duct system, relations between lesion and bile duct, and the obstructed degree of bile duct could be revealed too. Sensitivity was 80% in diagnosis of negative gallstone and gallpolypus . Sensitivity was 88.9% and specificity was 100% in diagnosis of negative gall-stone in general bile duct ; (3) 2D and 3D MIP reconstructions displayed the spatiality of bile duct better.Conclusion Oral contrast-enhanced helical CT cholangiography is feasible and noninvasive. It is a well method in revealling the bile duct anatomy and diagnosing the bile duct lesions, and is useful for bile duct operations.

Objective To evaluate the use of laparoscopic operation in gynecological acute disease. Methods 56 cases of gynecological acute disease patients were treated with different laparoscopic operation according to pathogenetic condition. Results All were exelcymosised urinary canal, liquid diet, out-of-bed actived 6h post operation, ambulation 10h later,no infective fever,postoperative hospital stay 3～5d[mean (3.3?1.1d)] and incisal opening healing well. Conclusion Laparoscope is an effective and safe operation in gynecological acute disease.

Objective　To analysis the relation of the diameter of continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis and other factors with the capsular block syndrome.Methods　We not only analyzed the etiology and clinical characteristic of six cases in intraoperative,early postoperative and lately postoperative,but also discussed the method of treatment.Results　(1)When the diameter of CCC was smaller than the one of IOL's optic , the CBS easily happened; (2)When the hoops of the hydroview IOL had a smaller anterior angle and larger optic, the CBS easily happened; (3)When the viscoelestic material and cortex were stayed in capsular or anterior chamber, the CBS easily happened.Conclusion　(1)Generaly speaking the size of the CCC should right on the edge of the IOL's optic part; (2)To hydroview IOL, we should choose the one which had a larger anterior angle and a smaller optic; (3)Viscoelastic material which should be cleaned and there was no the rest cortex stayed in the capsular.

Objective To explore the impact of concentrated teaching, self-help training, intensive training, scenario simulation and other systemic training methods on the health teaching level of community health education staff,and the impact of community health education on cultivation of residents' health behavior before and after training. Methods 60 community doctors and nurses involved in systematic training. Taught concentrated 8 hours every week, and continuous for 4 weeks with medicine, psychology, sociology, pedagogy, aesthetics and production of courseware. Trainees who awarded 80 points or more in examination took part in simulated scene training, which completed a 30-minute design of concentrated health lesson and a 15-minute design of one to one health lesson in written form and multimedia teaching. Teaching effect-site was evaluated by the residents of the community lectures. The impact on cultivation of residents' behaviors was evaluated with ruler evaluation method.Results The community health care workers' teaching ability had significant change after training: plan design (2.32 ± 1.41 vs 4.26 ±0.61 ), lectures (2.63 ±0.89 vs 4.09 ±0.93), teaching skills ( 1.97 ± 1.32 vs 3.89 ±1. 13 ), teaching aids configuration ( 1.68 ± 1. 43 vs 3.97 ± 1. 26 ), educational methods ( 2.01 ± 0. 96 vs 4.03 ±0.82), time control (2.83 ±0.26 vs 4.67 ±0.25), the classroom atmosphere (2.78 ± 1. 13 vs 4.12 ±0.67),courseware ( 2.48 ± 1. 08 vs 3.89 ± 1.02 ) , teaching the image ( 2.15 ± 1.15 vs 4.06 ± 0.78 ), overall evaluation (2.36 ± 1.21 vs 4. 16 ± 0.65 )(P ＜ 0. 0 1 ). After training, community residents' knowledge on community health care workers' one to one health education and collective health education training, and positive evaluation of helpful to students' behavior improved significantly ( x2 = 17.19,36.37 ;8.91,20.98 ;34.14,32.29) ,and all had remarkable difference( all P＜0. 01 ). Evaluating the impact of health care workers' teach on cultivating residents'health behavior after one year, it improved significantly (P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion Systemic training can improve health education ability of community medical staff and the impact on cultivating residents' health behavior is remarkable.

One hundred and five patients with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome were followed up for 1 year.They were assigned to the event group or non-event group according to the presence of endpoint events(cardiac death and nonfatM myocardial infarction).B-type natriuretic peptide level was measured at 30 days and 1 year and compared between the two groups.The results showed that the level of B-type natriuretic peptide was higher in the event group[(235±107)μg/L vs(154±49)μg/L at 30 days;(259±100)μg/L vs(143±57)μg/L at 1 year].Thus,B-type natriuretic peptide is an important prognostic factor for patients with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome.

A survey on professional knowledge levels was conducted from April to October 2019 among 388 general practitioners (GPs) from 46 community health service centers and 30 township health centers of 6 provinces selected by stratified random sampling method. The overall knowledge test score was 31.82—84.09(56.94±9.19) points, and the pass rate was 36.3% (141/388). There were significant differences in test scores among participants with different types of work units, regions, provinces, marital status, educational background, professional titles, types of employment, length of service, and training status (all P<0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that educational background ( B=-2.835), professional title ( B=-8.867), and participation in professional course training ( B=2.214) were the influencing factors of knowledge level (all P<0.05). The pass rates in knowledge of prevention/health management (13.7%, 53/388) and policies and regulations (12.1%, 47/388) were low. The results show that the levels of professional knowledge among GPs working in grassroots health institutions are relatively low, and suggest that continuing education should be strengthened to improve the professional knowledge level of GPs in primary care institutions, particularly, knowledge of health policies and regulations, disease prevention and health management.

[Summary] The relationship between the state of cognition and hypertension in 155 type 2 diabetic patients was studied.The results showed that significant difference in the state of cognition was found in patients with or without hypertension,so as to those with poorly or well controlled hypertension (P＜0.05).Systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,mean arterial blood pressure,and duration of hypertension were negatively correlated with multiple cognitive domains,suggesting that proper control of blood pressure may have a protective effect on cognitive function in type 2 diabetic patients.
