Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
To understand the antagomism of Clostridium butyricm and Bifidobacterium infants to v. cholera. Either Clostridium butyricum LCL166 or Bifidobacterium infants LCL172 or both of them co-cultured with V. cholera of, 0139, counting the number of V. cholera in constant intervals and performing statistics analysis. The inhibition results are probably same when combination of LCL166 and LCL172 were compared with LCL166 alone. The antagonism to V. cholera results mainly from Clostridium butyricum LCL166 which has the inhibition effect to V.cholera.

Objective To study the clinical value of analyzing lipids indexes in patient with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods seventy nine patients were chosen to CHD group;health group contain 70 people.Levels of lipids indexes were measured, the ROC curve was used to comparison and analysis. Results There were significantly difference in Lp(a)、TC、TG、HDL-C、ApoA1 and A1/B(P0.7 and had significant difference(P

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(6):548-549
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiao Shen Ding Zhi (mind-regulating) needling method in treating anxious neurosis. Method Fifty-eight patients with anxious neurosis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 29 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by Tiao Shen Ding Zhi needling method, while the control group was by conventional needling. The total effective rates of the two groups were observed. Result The total effective rate was 96.5% (28/29) in the treatment group versus 82.8% (24/29) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Tiao Shen Ding Zhi needling method can produce a higher total effective rate than conventional acupuncture in treating anxious neurosis.

Objective? To explore the cognition on humanistic care of nursing undergraduates in the process of early clinical experience. Methods? We selected 26 nursing undergraduates with Grade 2016 in school of nursing of Soochow University as subjects by convenience sampling. Then, we analyzed their clinical experience diary and results of symposium. Results? Students had a preliminary understanding and self-examination on humanistic care by clinical experience. A total of three themes were refined including perceived care, regurgitation-feeding other and reflection care. Conclusions? Early clinical experience could improve humanistic care of students, which is worth to be promoted and referred.

Objective To explore the effect of application of social learning theory in early clinical experience through the analysis of the early clinical experience of nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 27 undergraduates of Grade 2013 from School of Nursing of a university were recruited.Early clinical experience curriculum was set up and after participation, the students were required to write and submit their diaries. Phenomenological analysis method of qualitative research was adopted to analyze and summary the diaries. Results Through observation of the mentor role model study, the students had a more profound understandin g of nursing major, and promoted professional emotion. Conclusions Social learning theory in clinical nursing undergraduates early experience course has achieved good results, which promote the common progress of students and teachers, and should be actively advocating and promotion.

Based on the holistic view of "spleen-vessels-heart-spirit" system, this article explores the pathogenesis and progression of atrial fibrillation. It is proposed that the onset of atrial fibrillation is due to failure of the spleen to transport and disharmony of blood vessels; phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the collaterals and damage to the heart structure are the basis of its pathogenesis; the unclear mind and disorder of body and spirit are the causes of its progression. Based on the characteristics of pathological changes in different stages of the disease, it is proposed that early treatment should focus on restoring the middle jiao, clearing and promoting blood vessels, using modified Yigong Powder (异功散); during the progression of the disease, treatment should remove blood stasis and phlegm, nourish heart and protect the pulse, using self-prescribed modified Mengshi Tongmai Decoction (礞石通脉汤); meanwhile, calming mind and stabilizing palpitations, and regulating spirit should be sequentially incorporated, with self-prescribed Jiazao Ningmai Decoction (甲枣宁脉汤) or Shenying Dingji Decoction (参英定悸汤) and modified as appropriate. Clinical treatment should focus on the whole disease course of atrial fibrillation, implementing stage-based treatments to enable early intervention and holistic regulation.

Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can be attributed to the category of xinji (palpitations) and zhangchong (severe palpitations) in traditional Chinese medicine, and its onset has the characteristics of urgency, change, and movement, which is similar to the characteristics of diseases induced by wind pathogen. It is believed that the internal movement of wind pathogen runs through the whole course of this disease, and palpitations due to wind as the direct pathogenesis. Palpitations caused by wind pathogen showed different characteristics of deficiency and excess pattern. In the acute exacerbation period, excess wind is the main cause of disease. For excessive heat generating wind, the treatment is to clear the liver and extinguish wind by self-modified Lingxia Qinggan Decoction (羚夏清肝汤); for blood stasis generating wind, the treatment is to remove blood stasis and stop wind by self-modified Yandan Limai Decoction (延丹理脉汤); for phlegm-heat accumulation with wind, the treatment is to dissolve phlegm and eliminate wind by self-modified Lianlou Danxing Decoction (连蒌胆星汤). In the prolonged recovery period, deficiency wind is more common. For stirring of wind due to yin deficiency, the treatment is to nourish yin and extinguish wind by self-modified Zaoshao Zhenzhu Deoction (枣芍珍珠汤); for spleen deficiency generating wind, the treatment is to strengthen spleen and nourish wind by self-modified Shenying Dingji Deoction (参英定悸汤). Clinical prescriptions closely follow the characteristics of wind, weigh the changes of deficiency and excess, tailor with the patterns, and regulate qi and blood of the zang-fu organs, in order to extinguish wind and arrest convulsion.
