1.Determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Danqi Piantan Capsule by HPLC-ELSD

OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in Danqi piantan capsule.METHODS:The determination was performed on Intertex C18 column(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with column temperature kept at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(32∶68) at a flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.RESULTS:Astragaloside Ⅳ showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.091 5~0.915 mg?mL-1(r=0.999 5),and the average recovery of astragaloside Ⅳ was 101.12%(RSD=1.75%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it is applicable for the quality control of Danqi piantan capsule.
2.Efficacy Analysis of Azithromycin Combined with Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Myco-plasma Pneumonia in Children

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Azithromycin combined with Xiaoer xiaoji zhike oral so-lution in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. METHODS:Data of 120 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group (63 cases) and control group (57 cases) by different treatment meth-ods. All children received conventional treatment(reducing fever,relieving cough and resolving phlegm). Based on it,control group received Azithromycin 10 mg/kg,intravenous infusion,once a day,after continuous infusion of 3 d,it stopped 4 d. Observation group additionally received Xiaoer xiaoji zhike oral solution,10 ml for children younger than 5 years old,15 ml for children in 5 years old or over,3 times a day. 1-week was regarded as 1 treatment course,and it lasted for 2-3 courses. Clinical efficacy in 2 group was observed,recovery time of clinical signs,reduction of the number of inflammatory cells before and after treatment were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded. RESULTS:After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group,fever clearance time,disappearance time of cough,rales and pulmonary lesions were significantly shorter than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of eosinophils and serum C reactive protein (CRP) level (P>0.05). After 1 week treat-ment,the number of eosinophils and CRP level in 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and observation group was signifi-cantly lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). And there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Azithromycin combined with Xiaoer xiaoji zhike oral solution shows good efficacy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,it can shorten the duration of clinical symptoms,improve the level of in-flammatory cells,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.

Objective To investigate the effect of local mild hypothermia on stress hormones in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, mild hypothermia group (38 cases) and routine group (40 cases). Objective To observe the effects of mild hypothermia on heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) expression in cerebral tissue after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Methods 30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, normal temperature group and mild hypothermia group. The model of focal cerebral ischemia was made by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) method. After 2 h of MCAO following 48 h of reperfusion, HSP70 and GFAP positive neurons were detected by immunohistochemistry technique in ischemic regions of rats. Results Many necrotic neurons were appeared in normal temperature group and no necrotic neurons in sham-operated group. Fewer necrotic neurons were fond in mild hypothermia group than in normal temperature group. Objective To evaluate the reliability of transcranial color duplex sonography(TCCD) in the detection of stenosis of the middle cerebral artery(MCA).Method 168 patients with cerebrovascular di sease were underwent both cerebral angiography and TCCD examination.Result 18 stenosis of the MCA were diagnosed by angiography, 15 of the 18 stenosis were detected by TCCD. But 2 MCA stenosis diagnosed by TCCD were not proved by angiography. TCCD diagnosed MCA stenosis with sensitivity(83%) and specificity(88%) respectively.Conclusion MCA stenosis diagnosed by TCCD was better than by transcranial Doppler(TCD).
8.Study on the application of early comprehensive development model in premature infants

Objective To discuss the effect of early comprehensive development mode on physical, intelligence and mental development of premature infants, and explore the feasibility of comprehensive development mode of preterm infants generally applied in child care clinic. Methods 90 cases of premature infants in intervention group from the beginning of the hospital before the intervention, continuous monitoring and comprehensive intervention including general system health, parenting guidance, family activities, growth monitoring, intelligence assessment, individualized instruction, and so on, for the timely correction of the anomalies. The 90 infants in the control group were only given conventional child health care after 1 month of corrected age. Results The nervous system abnormalities were detected 192 person-times in control group, while 129 person-times in intervention group at 3 months old, the detected rate of nervous system anomaly was higher in the control group than that in the intervention group (χ2=14.574, P=0.000). The body length of the intervention group was (74.31± 2.34) cm, the control group was (72.82 ± 2.13) cm. The body weight of the intervention group was (9.42 ± 0.93) kg, the control group was (8.11 ± 0.90) kg at 12 months old. The growth of weight and length of intervention group were higher than those of control group. The difference was statistically significant ( t=4.467, 9.602, P < 0.05). The development quotient was also assessed, the big activity sport, fine motor, adaptability, social behavior, development quotient of intervention group were (96.40±7.83) points, (95.45± 7.87) points, (98.33±10.87) points, (105.65±7.51) points, (101.45±7.36) points, and the control group were (92.53±6.57) points, (89.27±8.02) points, (94.26±9.88) points, (100.31±8.13) points, (95.65±6.93) points. The difference was statistically significant (t=2.628-5.443, P < 0.05). Conclusions Application of integrated early childhood development in premature infants can find early neurodevelopmental deviations of children and contribute to early intervention on premature infants. Using a combination of family and outpatient intervention may reduce the incidence of neurological abnormalities, improve the level of development of the intelligence assessment and promote premature infant intelligence, motor development and social adaptation ability.

10.Value of ultrasound elastography versus transrectal prostatic biopsy in prostatic cancer detection

Objective To detect the impact of ultrasound elastography in diagnosis of prostatic cancer,and to evaluate its capability in differentiating benign from malignant lesions.Methods From June 2013 to February 2015, we selected 50 patients with different prostatic lesions,and suspicious for malignancy were included.All patients had a conventional B-mode ultrasound examination and color Doppler imaging,and then real time ultrasound elastography was performed in the same session.Finally,the results were compared to the histopathological results of those lesions. Results The addition of Strain ratio parameter for evaluating the elastography images showed the highest sensitivity of 74.2%,specificity of 73.7% and accuracy of 74.0% at a best cut off point of 5.5 between benign and malignant lesions.Conclusion Prostate US combined with elastography can be a helpful tool for guiding malignant lesions.Also it can help in targeting the biopsy site.
