Objective Analysis of the characteristic preferences of high-level medical care talents to identify effective and targeted incentive plans for them. Methods Questionnaires were designed in view of characteristics of these talents for investigation in a tertiary hospital in Nanjng. The results were summarized in the main factor analysis method. Results Characteristic preferences as found in the summary are three main factors with distinctive significance, which are material needs, achievement needs and development needs, ranking 4.7 points,3.8 points and 3.9 points respectively. Conclusions These three characteristic preferences could be.sorted by ranking as achievement needs, material needs and development needs.Based on which, the corresponding incentive countermeasures are proposed.

This article discusses the three-dimensional ambulance under the future war conditions. The unexpectedness of battlefields and complexity of the wounded in the future warfare necessitate the establishment of a three-dimensional system of medical rescue that can be organized by land, water and air. With an analysis of the features of modern war and based on the theory of modern treatment, the authors have proposed the requirements for designing the mode of three-dimensional rescue in the war zone and its typical procedures, set forth the view that rapid reaction and three-dimensional rescue are the most effective medical guarantee of combat strength, and provided a scientific basis for building a medical rescue system in the future warfare.

[Abstract ] Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) is a kind of multi-discipline technology which is based on evidence-based medicine and aims to optimize the current peri-operative management, reduce the stress and complications during the periopera-tive period and enhance recovery aftery surgery. The introduction and successful practice and generalization of ERAS promote the trans-formation of medical quality management thought, innovation of the clinical technologies and patients'rehabilitation process. In the era of ERAS, we should make efforts to promote the medical quality management by fully using new technologies from the aspects of impro-ving the understanding, strengthening team work and optimizaing information support.

Objective:To investigate the psychological state of the patients from Wenchuan Earthquake treated in some local and military hospitals. Methods:We consulted the general data and pathogenetic condition of 116 patients from the earthquake-stricken area of Sichuan, studied their mental health using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and investigated their psychological changes during the rescue and treatment with self-designed questionnaires. Results:The earthquake patients manifested obvious anxiety in the initial stage and their mental health was gradually improved towards the end of the rescue process. Conclusion:Wenchuan Earthquake caused great psychological trauma in the earthquake patients, for whom timely psychological intervention is of utmost importance.

Objective: To explore the way of innovation and development of the pattern and means in nursing management in military hospital. Methods:Through various innovative practice from the following aspects, such as nursing service philosophy and measures for soldiers, the methods of nursing management and the elite-cultivating,nursing security management, which demonstrates the availability of innovation and development of the pattern and means in nursing management in military hospital. Results:The satisfactory rate of nursing service reached up to 99% in the examination of serving for soldiers of the whole army. The instruments which are manufactured for battle-scarred wounds and injuries use the flat of the Wound Nursing Centre, have reached the stage of clinical trial,we have completed five items of serial nursing research. The control rate of nursing quality of the whole hospital increased from 93.12% in 2003 to 98.9% in 2006,the satisfactory ratio of serious in-patient increased from 90.2% in 2003 to 96.7% in 2005.The ratio of health education achieves 100%.The satisfactory ratio of in-patient was 98.4% in September 2005,compared with 89.3% in February 2004.Conclusion:Only innovation can make nursing management develop and improve in military hospital.

Objective To explore the effect of peripheral nerve electrical stimulation on axon regeneration after spinal cord injury (SCI) in rats. Methods Nighty-two healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank control group (n=12), control group (n=40) and experimental group (n=40). All groups were suffered NYU impaction to prepare T8 SCI models, the control group and the experimental group implanted stimulating electrode on the sciatica nerve. The experimental group received electric intervention in addition. They were evaluated with BBB score one day, one week, two weeks, four weeks and eight weeks after modeling; and with motor evoked potentials (MEP) one week, two weeks, four weeks and eight weeks after modeling. Morphological changes and the expression of neurofilament pro-tein (NF)-200 and glial fibers acid protein (GFAP) were observed by HE staining and immunohistochemistry one week, two weeks, four weeks and eight weeks after modeling. Results There was no significant difference in BBB scores among three groups (P>0.05) in all the time points except eight weeks (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the amplitudes and latencies among three groups one week after modeling (P>0.05), however, there was significant difference two weeks, four weeks and eight weeks after modeling (P<0.05). All the groups showed syringomyelia and glial scar formation one week, two weeks, four weeks and eight weeks after modeling. There was no sig-nificant difference in NF-200 axon count among three groups one week after modeling (P>0.05), but was different two weeks, four weeks and eight weeks after modeling (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in GFAP area count among three groups in all the time points (P>0.05). Conclusion Implantable peripheral nerve electrical stimulation can improve conduction function and motor function in rats with SCI. And it may promote axonal regeneration of the injured segments.
