1.Review on evidence based medicine and progress of TCM
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(01):-
Evidence based medicine(EBM)makes practitioner of the main current medical science change their attitude to alternative medical science, and provides the technology of studies for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinical trials. The method of EBM will provide enormous development space and chance for TCM, and promote the proceeding of the modernization and globalization of TCM. At the same time, the research of TCM should not follow the EBM technology completely, it should keep TCM itself characteristic. To know the EBM defect,it can be better utilized.
2.Essence of Needling Technique on Certain Points by Prof. SHI Xue-min
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2008;6(3):129-132
Prof. SHI Xue-min is the first one who proposes the theory of quantitative needling manipulation. This theory requires corresponding quantitative marker of each point. In order to meet this quantitative requirement, he set up strict and rigorous needling methods for each point. Part of his experience in this regard is introduced in this article.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2017;33(2):139-143
Objective To compare the efficacy of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab and bevacizumab in the treatment of pathological myopia choroidal neovascularization (PM-CNV).Methods It is a retrospective case study.Seventy-nine patients (79 eyes) with PM-CNV were enrolled in this study. There were 26 males (26 eyes) and 53 females (53 eyes),with the mean age of (30.77 ± 5.53) years. The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA),intraocular pressure, slit lamp microscope, fundus color photography, fundus fluorescein angiography, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) were performed.BCVA was recorded as logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution (logMAR).The central retinal thickness (CMT) was measured by OCT (Cirrus HDOCT).The eyes were divided into bevacizumab treatment group (38 eyes) and ranibizumab treatment group (41 eyes). There was no difference of the mean logMAR BCVA,intraocular pressure and CMT between two groups (t=-0.467,-1.983,1.293;P=0.642,0.051,0.200).The eyes in bevacizumab treatment group were treated with bevacizumab 0.05 ml (1.25 mg),and the eyes in ranibizumab treatment group were treated with ranibizumab 0.05 ml (0.5 rag).Times of injection between two groups were compared. The changes of intraocular pressure were observed at 1,7 days and 1 month after treatment. The changes of logMAR BCVA and CMT at 1,3,6,12 and 24 months after treatment and systemic adverse reactions occur were compared. Results At the 1,3,6,12 and 24 months after treatment, the mean logMAR BCVA of the bevacizumab treatment group and the ranibizumab treatment group was significantly improved than that before treatment (F=132.374,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the mean logMAR BCVA at different time points between the two groups (F=0.095,P=0.759).The mean CMT of the two groups was lower than that before treatment (F=151.653,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the mean CMT between the two groups (F=0.332,P=0.566).No retinal detachment, endophthalmitis, cataract and persistent high intraocular pressure were associated with drug,injection-related eye and systemic adverse events during follow-up.Seven eyes had conjunctiva bleeding after treatment,11 patients (11 eyes) complained of shadow floaters after treatment. Conclusion Intravitreal injection ofbevacizumab or ranibizumab can equally effectively improve the visual acuity and reduce the CMT of PM-CNV patients.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;37(4):119-121
Objective To explore the repair effect of methylcobalamin treatment of nerve after spinal cord injury. Methods 108 cases of patients with acute spinal cord injury were selected treated in our hospital from 2010 April to 2014 April , including 60 cases of male, female 48 cases, were randomly divided into Mecobalamin group(n=56) and control group(n=52), mecobalamin group was treat with a cobalt amine, control group was given conventional treatment (dexamethasone intravenous drip note).According to American spinal cord injury score (ASIA) to set sensory function, motor function and spinal cord function score criteria, observed and record ed the sensory function, motor function, recovery of neurological function and complications the two groups of patients were treated for 6 weeks and followed up for 6 months. Results Spinal cord injury patients after 6 weeks and 6 months follow-up, the improvement of sensory and motor function of mecobalamin group were significantly better than the control group ( P <0.01 );Mecobalamin group patients after first to 3 weeks of recovery of neurological function was higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);the 2 groups were found urinary tract infections, lung infections, vomiting, reaction of ulcer complications, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with acute spinal cord injury treated by mecobalamin treatment can improve the nerve function damage condition, improve the prognosis and quality of life.
6.Effects of lappaconitine on the toxicity and analgesic activity of 3-acetylaconitine in their combination

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
Lappaconitine (LA) 0. 5 mg? kg-1had significant antagonistic action on the ar-rythmia induced by 3-acetylaconitine ( AA ) 0.07 mg?kg-1in rat. When LA and AA were used in combination (7:1) in mice, the analgesic activity of AA was not influenced marked-ly by LA but the LD50 of AA was increased by 50% ,therefore the therapeutic index of AA was increased and the margin of safety was widened.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
The respiratory control ratio (RCR), the rate of O2 consumption in state 3 and the rate of ATP formation of liver mitochondria succinate respiratory chain were increased 30 min after Sprague-Dawley rats were injected with epinephnne or norepinephrine. The rate of O2 consumption in state 4 was increased or slightly increased. When rats were injected with adrenergic blocking agents, timolol and phenoxybenzamine, 1 h before burn, the activities of succinate respiratory chain were partly inhibited 30 min post-burn. All the results suggest that catecholamines play a main role in the increase of oxidative phosphorylation coupling in the early phase of burn injury.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
Objective To solve the problems of low power laser instrument with single wavelength and instable output power as well as its incapability of studying the biological effect of low intensity laser and clinical treatment. Methods The AT89S52 singlechip and PID algorithm were used. Results The desired instrument could output the wave of 532nm green laser which could be adjusted continuously from 0mW to 30mW and the wave of 650nm red laser which could be adjusted continuously from 0mW to 50mW. The error of power could be controlled within 0.1mW. Conclusion The instrument can be used to study the biological effect of low intensity laser and clinical treatment with small volume, easy operation and high stability of laser output.
