目的探讨健身秧歌舞对女性更年期综合征的缓解作用。方法对60名有更年期综合征症状的女性实施12周健身秧歌舞练习,分析受试者练习前后血清雌性激素水平及更年期综合征症状的变化。结果受试者血清雌二醇、孕酮含量提高(P<0.05),睾酮含量明显降低(P<0.01),更年期症状阳性率降低(P<0.05)。结论健身秧歌舞能有效缓解女性更年期综合征症状。

Objective: To explore the characteristics of control response and sustained attention in children with chronic tic disorders (CTD). Methods: 38 children fulfilled DSM-Ⅳ diagnosis of CTD and 38 normal children are involved in the study. All participants were assessed with the integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test (IVA-CPT). The differences of sustained attention and control response were compared. Results: Most of the values of IVA-CPT were lower in children with CTD compared with normal children. There was no significant difference between the visual and auditory sustained attention and control response in children with CTD. Conclusion: The present study suggests that control response and sustained attention are both impaired in children with CTD.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cefotaxime combined with gamma globulin on neonatal septicemia. Methods The subjects of this study were selected from 88 cases of neonatal septicemia admitted in Jiangyou No.903 hospital from April 2014 to April 2017. They were randomly divided into two groups, each with 44 cases. The control group was given symptomatic treatment and cefotaxime, while the observation group symptomatic treatment, cefotaxime and gamma globulin as well. After 7days of treatment, the overall effective rates, case fatality rates, clinical symptoms (body temperature, resistance to milk, neurological symptoms), time for improvement and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The overall effective rate of the observation group was 95.45％, much higher than 72.73％ of the control group (P<0.01). The observation group had much lower case fatality rate than the control group did (2.27％ vs 18.19％) (P<0.05). The time the observation group took for improvement in the condition of body temperature, resistance to milk, neurological symptoms, and hospital stay was (3.25±1.07) days, (4.93±1.96) days, (5.92±1.58) days, and (6.80±1.94) days respectively, all significantly shorter than the time the control group took (P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of cefotaxime and gamma globulin is effective in the treatment of neonatal septicemia. It can significantly reduce case fatality rate and shorten the time for clinical symptoms and hospital stay.

Objective To study characteristics of clinical manifestations of patients with neuropsythiatric systemic lupus erythematosus(NPSEL). Methods From Jan.2000 to Oct.2004,the symptoms、signs and results of assistant check of 36 patients with NPSEL were analysed and summarized. Results 9 kinds of symptoms are complained,in which headache、weakness and disorder of consciousness were most frequent;13 kinds of signs were found,in which pathologic reflex、disorder of consciousness and limb paralysis were most frequent. Conclusion (1)NPSEL is a kind of manifestation of active SEL.(2)No matter how long disease course of SEL may be,the patients can be involved by NPSEL.(3)Manifestations of NPSEL is complicated.

BACKGROUND:Artificial cornea titanium scaffold has a higher complication rate in clinical usage; therefore, to seek a kind of artificial corneal scaffold with high biocompatibility is a hot spot.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the biocompatibility of the artificial cornea titanium scaffold with hydroxyapatite surface modification.
METHODS: Twenty-seven New Zealand white rabbits were enroled to make alkali burn models of the right cornea and then randomized into three groups: in experimental group, artificial cornea titanium scaffold with hydroxyapatite surface modification was implanted into the right eye; in control group, artificial cornea titanium scaffold was implanted into the right eye; in blank group, no scaffold was implanted into the right eye. At 2, 4, 16 weeks after implantation, the right corneas were taken out for pathological observation and scanning electron microscope observation.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:At 16 weeks after implantation, there was no difference in the number of inflammatory cels and fibroblasts among the three groups. Over time, in the experimental group, the corneal tissues, fibrous tissues and adhered extracelular matrices were increased gradualy. In addition, the experimental group had more adherent corneal tissues, extracelular matrices and better tissue healing than the control and blank groups. These findings indicate that the artificial cornea titanium scaffold with hydroxyapatite surface modification had good biocompatibility that can effectively promote proliferation of corneal cels and corneal vascularization.

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combining use of acupuncture and drugs on rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in the early and the active stages of by the imaging of bone and joint with 99m TC-methlene diphosphate(MDP). Methods: 102 cases of RA in the early and the active stages were randomly allocated into the compound Fengshining group (Group A),acupuncture group(Group B), and compound Fengshining plus acupuncture group(Group C).They were treated for 30 days. All patients were examined before treatment and after treatment by 99m TC-MDP imaging of the whole body, hands and feet, and analyzing method of random interested region was used to count the ratio of radioactivity in the affected area of RA to radioactivity in adjacent normal bone(T/TN). Meanwhile, joint swelling index, joint tenderness index, morning stiffness, gripping force, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were also observed. Results: T/TN of the Group A after treatments had no significant difference comparing with that before treatment(t = 1.35, P＞0.05), while the Group B and C had significant differences(t = 5.31, t=8.97, P＜0.01). The changes of clinical and experimental examination in the Group C had more significant differences than those in the Group A and B(P＜0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy could promote RA recovery, and combining use of acupuncture and compound Fengshining had better effect.

Objective To clarify the distribution characteristics of serum pepsinogen (PG ) and gastric cancer related tumor markers in the healthy population ,and analyse their value in health examination .Methods The levels of serum tumor markers ,pep‐sinogenⅠ(PGⅠ ) and pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ) were detected in 958 subjects who underwent physical examination by using the Lumi‐nex 200 instrument ,and the ratio of PGⅠ /PGⅡ(PGR) was calculated .Meanwhile ,the C13 breath test was carried out ,and relation‐ships among these clinical indicators were analysed .Results In this population ,The serum level of PGⅠ in male subjects was high‐er than that in female subjects ,there was statistically significant difference(P<0 .05) .The levels of serum PGⅠ ,PGⅡ ,carcinoem‐bryonic antigen(CEA) ,carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199) and carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242) were gradually increased with age ,while the PGR was slowly decreased with age .The positive rate of C13 breath test in male subjects was higher than that in fe‐male subjects ,there was statistically significant difference(P<0 .05) .Compared with subjects whose C13 breath test results were negative ,the serum levels of PGⅠ and PGⅡ were higher ,while the PGR was lower in subjects whose C13 breath test results were positive(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The distribution of serum PG might be correlated with age ,gender and the infection of Helicobact‐er pylori in healthy population .It is shown that the effects of tumor markers on gastric cancer screening are limited .

Objective: To analyse the behavioral problems of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods: 70 boys fulfilled ADHD criteria of DSM-IV were further divided into 3 subtypes: predominantly inattentive(PI,44 cases),predominantly hyperactive-impulsive(HI,6 cases) and combined type(CT,20 cases).Compare the behavioral problems of subtypes of ADHD and 63 normal children.Results: The incidence of behavioral problems in boys with ADHD(48.57%) was significantly higher than that in control group(12.70%),and significant differences in incidence of behavioral problems were found among the three subtypes of ADHD.ADHD CT subtype had the highest rate of behavioral problems.PI subtype had more fissility than HI;CT and HI subtypes had more aggressive behaviors,and HI had more delinquence than PI and CT.Conclusion: Boys with ADHD had more behavioral problems than normal ones.CT subtype had the highest rate.The characteristics of behaviors were different among three subtypes.

Objective To evaluate the neonatal outcomes and the prevalence of congenital malformations in children born after in-vitro fertilization(IVF). Methods IVF children (211 cases) born of 156 mothers from July 1994 to October 2003 and 218 controls were studied. Those controls were randomly chosen from the same hospital matched for the time and season of birth and maternal age. Results The incidence of multi-gestation (37.2% vs 2.3%, OR =24.62, 95% CI : 9.1~72), preterm birth (37.2% vs 8.5%, OR =6.41, 95% CI : 3.5~12.0), cesarean section (97.0% vs 71.8%, OR =14.9,95% CI :5.0~49.5), pregnancy-induced hypetension (22.4% vs 10.8%, OR = 2.39, 95% CI :1.3~4.9), threatened abortion (4.5% vs 0%, OR =3.11,95% CI :2.0~4.8) were significantly higher in the IVF group, but the prevalcnce of fetal distress (14.6% vs 4.5%) was lower comparing with control group( P

The purpose of this study was to observe whether HBV can infect HSC in vitro. LX-2 cells, the human activated HSC cell line, were incubated with human serum containing HBVDNA at final concen-trations from 0.01 to 10 copies/cell and harvested after 24,48 and 72 hours. Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and hepatitis B core antigen(HBcAg) were detected by lmmunohistochemistry dyed by DAB. By Immunohistochemistry, no positive particles in LX-2 cells, a few of dark brown particles (HBsAg and HB-cAg) were found in cytoplasm and nucleoli of HepG2.2. 15 cells,a lot of clark brown particles were found in liver biopsies of patients with chronic hepatitis B. In vitro, there was no evidence that HBV can infect and express antigens in LX-2 cells.
