The rate of malnutrition occurrence in patients of hepatocirrhosis is high,and the most of them is the protein-energy malnutrition.Nutrition support is important in the therapy.The following aspects are introduced in the article,including the causation of malnutrition of hepatocirrhosis,appropriate rate of nitrogen and energy,nutritional route and the doctor′s recognition of malnutrition in patients of cirrhosis.
2.Effect of Levonorgestrel Releasing Intrauterine System on Endometrial in Patients with Anovulatory Uter-ine Bleeding

Objective:To analyze the effect of levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system ( Mirena) on endometrium in the pa-tients with anovulatory uterine bleeding. Methods:Totally 67 cases of anovulatory uterine hemorrhage were treated with Mirena. The menstrual blood volume, uterine endometrial thickness, hemoglobin, endometrial ET content and complications were recorded before and after the treatment. Results:After the 12-month treatment, the menstrual blood volume and endometrial thickness were significant-ly decreased, and hemoglobin was significantly increased (P<0. 01). The percentage of abnormal uterine bleeding was significantly decreased, the ET content in endometrium was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the ET content was decreased significantly with the prolongation of the treatment time. The complication rate was reduced from 50. 74% to 7. 46%. Conclusion:Mirena is nota-bly effective in the treatment of the patients with anovulatory uterine bleeding.
3.Determination of Geniposide in Longdanxiegan Oral Liquid by RP-HPLC

Objective: To establish a RP HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Longdanxiegan Oral Liquid. Methods: A Nova Pak C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol water(20:80). The detection wavelength was 240nm. Results: The linear range of geniposide was 0.569~1.707?g, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 98.67%, RSD=1.54% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control in production of Longdanxiegan Oral Liquid.
4.The Value of CT Double Windows Technique in the Location of Lung X-ray Knife

Objective To approach the value of CT double windows technique in the location of lung X-ray knife.Methods The varying window width(W),window center(C) of peripheral type carcinoma of lung and their error were deltermined.The best double window was chosen and the clinical matherial was analysed.Results (1)The biggest error among different widow widths measuring foci was 7 mm.(2)The best double windows in the location of lung X-ray knife were W1 120~180,C1-700,W2 350,C2 15.(3)34 cases of lung carcinoma were observed with double windows,the outline of foci was contiuous and clear in the 15 cases of peripheral type carcinoma of lung and 8 cases of central type carcinoma of lung without hilum infiltration(67.6%),the inner outline of foci was disappear but could be remedied by mediastinum window in 11 cases of central type carcinoma of lung with hilum infiltration. Conclusion The double widows technique is provied with accuracy and without lack fidelity,and could reflect more condition of peritumour infiltration,it is clear superior to single display technique.
5.Application of transcranial doppler ultrasonography in the disease of increased intracranial pressure in children

The transcranial doppler ultrasonography (TCD) is a non-invasive detection methods of evaluating intracranial artery.Since the 1980s,TCD has been extensively used in various fields of clinical work.Because of its simple operation,good repeatability,and the continuous bedside observation of patients,TCD is especially suitable for severe patients.Increased intracranial pressure is one of the important reasons for the deadly disease in children,it can make the cerebral blood flow perfusion decreased,causing serious consequences,such as brain dysfunction,so intracranial pressure monitoring has important clinical significance.TCD as a noninvasive monitoring tool,can monitor the patients with increased intracranial pressure dynamically,according to the blood flow velocity,the related parameters and the wave of cerebral hemodynamics,so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring intracranial pressure change.This article focused on the TCD application progress in several common children's diseases of increased intracranial pressure.
6.Application study of sequential severity evaluation in emergency nursing for stroke patients

Objective To explore the clinic value of sequential severity evaluation in emergency nursing for stroke patients. Methods 138 of stroke patients were enrolled in study group, which completed sequential severity evaluation in emergency medical and nursing provision drawn up according to the results. Another 207 of stroke patients were enrolled in control group, which emergency nursing provision drawn up according to general procedure. Length of time from emergency call to special therapeutic, mortality compared between the two groups respectively. Results In study group, length of time from emergency call to special therapeutic (48.9?34.1) min was significantly shorter than that of control group (73.1?46.7) min; mortality (11.1%) was significantly lower than that of control group (24.3%),cure rate (34.7%) was significantly higher than that of control group (26.9%). Conclusion Sequential severity evaluation in acute nursing may be a worthy procedure for proving reaction ability of nurse reaction ability in emergency medical and nursing, proving outcome for stroke patients and it should be commended.
7.Influencing Factors of Unintentional Injuries among the Left-behind Children in a Poverty County in Yunnan Province

Objective To explore risk factors of unintentional injury among left-behind children in a rural poverty county and to provide evidence for injury intervention.Methods 2 909 students,including 1 630 left-behind children,were recruited from a poor counties of five schools by Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method,and were surveyed applying designed questionnaire,interview method and observation method to collect the data of the injury accidents and related factors in the last one year.Results The incidence of unintentional injury among the left-behind children in rural area was 34.0%,higher than the rate of 27.7% among non-left-behind children and the difference was statistically significant (c2 =13.541,P<0.05);in the top five injury type were falling injury (14.0%),burus (5.6%) and sharp instrument injury (3.6%),bite (3.0%),parts (1.6%) among left-behind children.Low age,often miss my mother,fighting in school,outdoor activities,road and traffic state were risk factors for injury of left-behind children.Corcltsion The unintentional injury of left-behind children has become a social problem that can not be ignored,and targeted intervention should be carried out.
8.Curative effect and nursing for micro-penetration heating treating wound arms and legs fracture

Objective The observation of curative effect and nursing for micro-penetration heating treating wound arms and legs fracture after the operation. Methods 76 cases of the patients suffered from wound arms and legs fracture are divided into 38 cases as the observation group and 38 cases the comparison group at random. The comparison group is treated by normal method only and the observation group is started to be treated by micro-penetration heating treating device for the ray based on the normal method only the second day after operation. Results The observation group is superior to the comparison group in pain situation, wounded infection rate and coalescence time totally (P<0.05). Conclusion The micro-penetration heating treatment can relieve the pain of wound bone fracture to prevent from wounded infection, coalescence to shorten the time of patients' treatment in hospital so that it has a very consequence for it to relieve press from the psychology and finance.
9.Efficacy of butylphthalide on elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on serum uric acid, c-reactive protein, and hemorheology

Objective To investigate the efficacy of butylphthalide on elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on serum uric acid,c-reactive protein,and hemorheology.Methods Elderly patients (86 cases) with acute cerebral infarction in Xi'an No.1 Hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment of acute cerebral infarction,observation group added with butylphthalide soft capsules.The NIHSS score and efficacy of the two groups,the serum uric acid,c-reactive protein,and the change of hemorheology before and after treatment were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 90.70%,significantly higher than that of control group 72.09% (P < 0.05);The NIHSS score,serum uric acid and c-reactive protein levels,blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate of two groups after treatment were significantly lower (P < 0.05),the Barthel index were significantly increased (P < 0.05),and the change of observation group were more significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide has high curative effect on elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction,can reduce the level of serum uric acid,c-reactive protein and the degree of nerve function defect,improve the hemorheology and life self-care activities ability,which can protect the brain.
10. Expression of microRNA-1299 in esophageal carcinoma and its effects on migration and invasion of esophageal cancer cells

Objective: To investigate the expression of microRNA-12 99 (miR-1299) in esophageal carcinoma and its effects on the migration and invasion of esophageal cancer TE1 cells. Methods: The pathological tissue specimens and their matched paracancerous tissues of 58 patients with esophageal cancer were selected in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from June 2017 to June 2018. The expression level of miR-1299 in cancer and corresponding adjacent tissues was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. The relationship between miR-1299 expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. After miR-1299-mimics were transfected into esophageal cancer TE1 cells for the overexpression of miR-1299, the proliferation of TE1 cells was detected by CCK-8 assay, and the migration and invasion abilities were detected by Transwell migration and invasion assays, respectively. Then the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase 11 (MMP11) and MMP16 mRNAs and proteins in miR-1299 over-expressed TE1 cells were detected by realtime fluorescent quantitative PCR and Western blotting, respectively. Results: The expression of miR-1299 in esophageal cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in the adjacent tissues (P< 0.001). The expression level of miR-1299 was associated with the clinical stage of esophageal cancer patients (P < 0.05). After the transfection of miR-1299-mimics into TE1 cells, the expression level of miR-1299 was significantly increased (P< 0.01). After the over-expression of miR-1299 in TE1 cells, the proliferation of TE1 cells did not change significantly (P > 0.05), while the migration (P < 0.001) and invasion (P < 0.01) abilities decreased significantly, and the expressions of MMP11 and MMP16 mRNAs and proteins were obviously decreased (all P< 0.01). Conclusion: The expression of miR-1299 is down-regulated in esophageal cancer tissues and may inhibit the migration and invasion of esophageal cancer cells.
