Objective To investigate the effects of angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) and angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor antagonist (AT1RA) on the transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) synthesis and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) mRNA expression of in vitro cultured hepatic stellate cells (HSCs). Methods HSC-T6 rat hepatic stellate cell line was selected as the study model of the activated hepatic stellate cells. Cultured HSCs were randomized into control group, Ang Ⅱ group, AT1RA group and Ang Ⅱ AT1RA group. Cell culture medium was used to detect the TGF-β1 level by ELISA method. HSCs were harvested to measure the TIMP-1 mRNA expression by RT-PCR. Results TGF-β1 level of control group, Ang Ⅱ group and AngⅡ AT1RA group in cell culture medium was (7.531 ±0. 654) pg/mL, (9. 855± 1. 485)pg/mL and (7.719 ± 0.329) pg/mL respectively, Ang Ⅱ group higher than control group (P ＜ 0.05 ), Ang Ⅱ AT1RA group lower than Ang Ⅱ group (P ＜ 0. 05 ). TIMP-1 mRNA expression level of control group, Ang Ⅱ group and Ang Ⅱ AT1RA group in HSCs was 3. 387 ± 0. 042, 4.870 ± 0.061 and 3. 837 ± 0. 042 respectively, Ang Ⅱ group higher than control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), Ang Ⅱ AT1RA group lower than Ang Ⅱ group (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion AngiotensinⅡ can increase the TGF-β1 synthesis and TIMP-1 mRNA expression of hepatic stellate cells, while all these effects are inhibited by angiotensinⅡ type 1 receptor antagonist.

Schizophrenia is one of the most severe psychiatric disorders.Although the etiology is unknown,schizophrenia appears to be a polygenic disorder associated with environmental factors.There are evidences that intracellular signaling plays an important role in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia.Canonical Wnt pathway,which is closely related to the development and function maintenance of central nervous system,have drawn wide attention.Evidences for potential disturbances of Wnt signaling pathways in schizophrenia have accumulated,which are in favour of the hypothesis that Wnt signaling alterations may be important in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia.The research advances in the relationship between canonical Wnt signaling pathway and schizophrenia are reviewed in this paper.

Objective To design and produce specific stealth siRNAs and detect their inhibitive effects on TGF-?1 expression.Methods Three stealth siRNAs aimed directly at different sequences(stealth-48,stealth-166,stealth-594) in TGF-?1 mRNA were made.These siRNAs were transfected into BALB/c mouse lung fibroblast in vitro,then the TGF-?1 expression in those lung fibroblasts was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results In different time periods,the TGF-?1 expression was differently depressed by three stealth siRNAs in vitro.The inhibitory effects of stealth-166 was better than the other two stealth siRNAs.The inhibition could be detected in 48 h,reached the highest level in 72 h and began to attenuate 96 h later.Conclusion The TGF-?1 expression of mouse lung fibroblasts in vitro can be depressed by synthetic stealth siRNAs.It seems possible to provide a new way for the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.

Job satisfaction of contract nurses has been an important subject on modern hospital HR management. It has been the base of hospital service and its sustainable development and turned to be the main part to facilitate the patients' satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the satisfaction of contract nurses. Based on Herzberg's Double-factor Theory, this essay analyzed the key elements that affect contract nurses' job satisfaction. Moreover, it also studied two main strategies for the improvement of contract nurses' satisfaction. The first is the theory of exerting the factor of health care, which helps divert contract nurses from dissatisfaction to satisfaction without any incompatibility. The second is to enhance the effect of motive factor, diverting contract nurses from satisfaction absence to highly rated satisfaction.

Objective The observation of curative effect and nursing for micro-penetration heating treating wound arms and legs fracture after the operation. Methods 76 cases of the patients suffered from wound arms and legs fracture are divided into 38 cases as the observation group and 38 cases the comparison group at random. The comparison group is treated by normal method only and the observation group is started to be treated by micro-penetration heating treating device for the ray based on the normal method only the second day after operation. Results The observation group is superior to the comparison group in pain situation, wounded infection rate and coalescence time totally (P<0.05). Conclusion The micro-penetration heating treatment can relieve the pain of wound bone fracture to prevent from wounded infection, coalescence to shorten the time of patients' treatment in hospital so that it has a very consequence for it to relieve press from the psychology and finance.

Objective To compare pediatric patients with periventricular leukomalacia (PVL) with normal children by using diffusion tensor MR imaging. Methods Diffusion tensor images were obtained in 15 pediatric patients with PVL and 15 age-matched normal children. Regions of interest were drawn to measure the fractional anisotropy (FA) in bilateral posterior limb of internal capsule, bilateral optic radiation, genu of corpus callosum, and splenium of corpus callosum. The values of PVL patients and normal children were compared using non-dependent samples T-test. Objective The indication of hysterectomy in obstetrics emergency was studied in order to defend and decrease the incidence of hysterectomy.Method 27 cases with hysterectomy in obstetric emergency were retrospectively analyzed.Results The all indication of 27 cases of hysterectomy was endometrorrhagia in obstetric emergency.The first cause of endometrorrhagia was placental complication,the second cause was puerperal disseminated intravascular coagulation,the third cause was puerperal uterine anonym.Conclusion In order to decrease the incidence of hysterectomy in obstetric emergency,the family planning and health work of perinatal period should be done goodly,the antenatal examination should be strengthened and disseminated intravascular coagulation should be made a diagnosis and treatment timely.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with back Shu acupoint catgut embedding therapy in treating allergic rhinitis. Methods Totally 66 allergic rhinitis patients were included. Random number table method was used to divide the 66 patients into observation group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given Ketotifen Fumarate Nasal Drops nose drops 2 drops each time, 3 times a day, Loratadine Tablets 10 mg orally, once a day for 4 weeks. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture, once a day, 10 d as a treatment course, three courses in total; at the same time, back Shu acupoint catgut embedding therapy was given, 15 d each time, twice treatment in total. After the end of treatment, clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, life quality score, serum levels of inflammatory factors, serum immunoglobulin, peripheral blood eosinophil count and the incidence of adverse reactionsof the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 93.94％ (31/33) in observation group and 75.76％ (25/33) in the control group, with statistical significance in the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the TNSS score, TNNSS score and RQLQ score of the two groups were significantly lower than after treatment (P<0.05); the IgE and EOS levels significantly decreased (P<0.05); the serum IL-17 and IL-22 levels were significantly lower (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the TNSS, TNNSS and RQLQ score and the levels of IgE, EOS, IL-17 and IL-22 in the treatment group were lower after treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has a significant clinical efficacy, which can improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients with high safety.

The prescription of antibiotics for children with upper respiratory infections (URIs) in outpatient department of our hospital from November to December 2010 and from July to August 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.In 37 211 patient visits (prescriptions) with suppurative tonsillitis,laryngitis and other URIs,the antibiotic prescription rates were 90.45％ (3 626/4 009),78.77％ (2 642/3 354)and 52.25％ (15 596/29 848),respectively;the intravenous antibiotics rates were 78.22％ (3 136/4 009),60.58％ (2 032/3 354) and 16.47％ (4 915/29 848),respectively for above three conditions.For suppurative tonsillitis,the 3rd generation cephalosporins were the most commonly prescribed antibiotics (orally:51.07％,715/1 400) and(intravenously:54.88％,1 721/3 136),followed by the 2nd and first generation cephalosporins and macrolides.For laryngitis and other URIs,the 2nd generation cephalosporins were most frequently prescribed(orally:48.78％,538/1 103 and 39.16％,4 433/11 320,respectively) and (intravenously:54.38％,1 105/2 032 and 42.75％,2 101/4 915,respectively),followed by macrolides,3rd generation cephalosporins and first generation cephalosporins.No intravenous penicillin were prescribed.Oral penicillin were prescribed for 0-0.22％ of these children.The results indicate that antibiotics prescription rates are high for children with upper respiratory infections,particularly the prescription of broad spectrum antibiotics and intravenous antibiotics,while penicillin is seldom prescribed.

Objective To investigate the current treatment of childhood bronchiolitis and wheezy bronchitis in the outpatient clinic.Methods The medication treatments of the children under 2 years old with bronchiolitis were retrospectively analyzed in the outpatient department of the Children's Hospital Affiliated to the Capital Institute of Pediatrics,during the 2 periods from November to December 2010 and July to August 2011.These children were divided into 3 groups according to age,1-6 months old group,＞ 6 months to 1 year old group and ＞ 1-2 year old group.The medications prescribed,including antibiotics,steroid,β2 agonists and anticholinergic drugs were analyzed.Results Altogether 6 198 patient visits were included.Among them,4 764 (76.86％) visits received antibiotics,4 078 (65.80％) visits received intravenous antibiotics,3 018 (48.69％) visits received systemic glucocorticoids,2 980 (48.08％) visits received intravenous steroid,3 400 (54.86％) visits received nebulization treatment,3 381 (54.55％) visits received nebulized steroid,3 417 (55.13％) visits received inhaled bronchodilators,among them,3 384 (99.03％) visits received combined nebulization of β2 agonists and anticholinergic drugs;and 826 (13.33％)visits received oral bronchodilators.In the 3 age groups,the older the age group the higher the oral bronchodilators prescription rate (6.77％,11.50％ and 18.77％,respectively).While the prescription rate of intravenous steroid,inhaled steroid and inhaled bronchodilators were lowest in the oldest(＞ 1-2 year old) group (43.65％,49.64％ and 50.00％,respectively).The average cost was 166.08 Yuan per visit,and 69.06％ was spend on drug cost.Conclusions There is a wide spread use of antibiotics,glucosteroids and bronchodilators in the treatment of bronchiolitis and wheezy bronchitis.There is a need for national guideline of bronchiolitis to standardize the management of childhood bronchiolitis in outpatient clinic.
