Objective To investigate the efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen combined with pinaverium bromide in the treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome. Methods A total of 64 patients with irritable bowel syndrome from October 2014 to October 2015 in department of gastroenterology of Zhuji People’s Hospital were collected and randomly divided into two groups, with 32 cases in each group.Patients in control group received with pinaverium bromide by oral, patients in combination group received flupentixol and melitracen by oral on the basis of control group.The gastrointestinal symptom rating scale (GSRS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) score and clinical efficacy pre-and post-treatment were compared between two groups.Results Compared with pre-treatment, the main symptoms score in two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05); compared with control group, the main symptoms score in combination group decreased significantly(P <0.05).Compared with pre-treatment, the SAS and SDS scores decreased significantly(P <0.05); compared with control group, the SAS and SDS scores in combination group decreased significantly ( P <0.05 ) .There was no significant difference in total efficacy between control group and combination group ( 93.75%vs.81.25%, χ2 =1.237,P=0.266).There was no adverse event in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen combined with pinaverium bromide could significantly improve the anxiety and depression in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, which could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Paishi granules on promoting stone expulsion after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy ( ESWL) . Methods:A retrospective study method was adopted. Totally 510 cases of lithangiuria patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 255 cases in each. The control group was treated by ESWL, and the treatment group was treated by Paishi granules after ESWL. The stone expulsion rate,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were stud-ied and compared. Results:The stone expulsion rate of the observation group was 78. 8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (51. 0%, P<0. 05). The curative rate of the observation group was 72. 9% with the total effective rate of 92. 5%, that of the control group was 43. 9% with the total efficiency of 82. 4%,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Using Paishi granules after ESWL can promote stone expulsion with high efficacy and slight adverse reactions.

Objective Analyzed from row stone soup combined tan solo symplectic auxiliary row stone calculi in patients with ureteral Duan Jieshi under net rate and the influence of renal colic, so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods 90 patients with ureteral Duan Jieshi under in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 were selected, urology clinic of according to random, the principle of equal distribution is divided into group A (from row stone soup combined tan solo symplectic group) and group B (pure tan solo symplectic group), group C (pure traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth group), 30 cases in each group.Observe and record the bladder irritation, frequent urination urgency), ureteral colic, discharge time, stones row net rate and incidence of adverse reactions after the comparison.Results In group A discharge time and stones row net both significantly better than B and C groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the discharge time and stones row net between group B and C was no statistically significant difference.Group C on frequent urination urgency and ureteral colic happens to have more of A and B groups, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ); there was no statistically significant difference between group A and B.Adverse reaction of three groups of appeared in the process of treatment: group A in one case of mild diarrhea and one case of mild dizziness , group B in one case of mild headache and one case of mild dizziness, group C not present any adverse reaction, there were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups.Conclusion From row stone soup with tan solo symplectic auxiliary platoon stone therapy has good effect for patients with ureteral Duan Jieshi under, can give full play to the acetanilide spasmolysis effect of western medicine, also can better exert TCM row Shi Tong drench, analgesic anti-inflammatory, clear the role of the hot and humid, can improve the stone free rate, relieve patients with renal colic.

Objective To observe the performance of two-dimensional echocardiography and CDFI of metastatic cervical lymph nodes in nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after induction chemotherapy,and to predict the short-term effect of the lymph nodes after sequential chemoradiotherapy.Methods Forty patients with sixty-five metastatic cervical lymph nodes which were confirmed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma by biopsy and CT were studied.CDFI was used to observe its size,the peak systolic velocity (PSV),resistivity index (RI),and record its classification of blood flow before and after induction chemotherapy,after radiotherapy 1 to 2 months for ultrasound,respectively,and the measured values and short-term effect in cervical lymph node metastasized were compared.Results According to the changes of blood supply after induction chemotherapy,lymph nodes were divided into three groups,the group of improve blood supply was given priority (55 ％),blood supply to reduce and no change groups were 23 ％,22％,respectively.After induction chemotherapy and sequential radiotherapy,all lymph nodes were narrow,regression rate after induction chemotherapy in blood supply to reduce,improve and no change groups were 52％,36％,25％,respectively,the regression rates of sequential chemoradiotherapy were 90％,81％,70％,respectively,among three groups are in degressive tendency,differences were significant (P ＜ 0.05).The blood supply changes after induction chemotherapy related well with the regression rate of chemotherapy(r =0.572,P =0.000) and sequential radiotherapy(r =0.553,P =0.000).The regression rate of chemotherapy related well with the regression rate of sequential chemoradiotherapy(r =0.621,P =0.000).After chemotherapy three groups of lymph node RI decreased,the difference was significant compared with that before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).After chemotherapy the groups to reduce and improve of PSV had significant differences compare with that before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),the group of blood supply no change of PSV had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Application of CDFI can clearly and accurately observe changes of metastatic cervical lymph nodes from nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after induction chemotherapy,and the changes of blood supply and size after induction chemotherapy can predict the short-term effect after chemoradiotherapy.

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pathway of nursing on health education in patients undergoing tonsil-lectomy.Methods Participants included 180 patients undergoing tonsillectomy in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were randomly divided into the clinical pathway of nursing group ( experimental group) and the traditional nursing group ( control group) with 90 cases in each group.The sleep quality, heart rate, blood pressure, body weight, hemorrhage, health education com-pliance rate and nursing service satisfaction were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The sleep quality, health education compliance rate and nursing service satisfaction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group;The inci-dence of heart rate speed up, blood pressure increase, loss weight, the standard rate of health education, hemorrhage and the satisfac-tion of nursing quality was lower than that in the control group.There was statistical significance in the difference between the two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion Health education with the clinical pathway of nursing can improve the quality of nursing, promote the rehabilitation and increase the nursing service satisfaction .

Objective: To systematically evaluate the incidence of falls among empty nesters in China, so as to provide the evidence for preventing falls among empty nesters. Methods: Publications pertaining to cross-sectional studies of falls among empty nesters in China were retrieved from international and national databases, including CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, Cochrane Library, Web of Science and PubMed from inception to August, 2022. Meta-analysis was performed using the software Stata 15.1, and the combined incidence and 95%CI of falls among empty nesters in China was analyzed. Sensitivity analysis was performed using the leave-one-out method to evaluate the stability of outcome indicators. In addition, the publication bias was evaluated using Funnel plot. Results: Initially, 795 articles were screened in the literature, and 17 articles were finally included, covering 5 468 participants. Meta-analysis revealed that the incidence of falls among empty nesters in China was 23.0% (95%CI: 16.6%-29.5%). Subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of falls among empty nesters published from 2016 to 2022 was higher than that from 2008 to 2015 (20.4% vs. 17.3%; P<0.05). The incidence of falls among empty nesters in western regions was higher than that in eastern and central regions (27.4% vs. 15.9% and 15.0%; P<0.05). The incidence of falls among empty nesters in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas (20.8% vs. 9.9%; P<0.05). Sensitivity analysis showed that the study results were stable, and the funnel plot identified some publication bias. Conclusion The incidence of falls among empty nesters in China was 16.6% to 29.5%, and it is recommended to strengthen the assessment and prevention of risk factors of falls among empty nesters.

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupressure on the stress reaction of conscious patients during emergency rescue in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Fifty conscious patients admitted to ICU were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,25 cases in each group.The two groups received conventional interventions,all separated by curtains during the rescue for psychological nursing by full-time nurses.Besides,the experiment group received auricular acupressure. The two groups were compared in terms of heart rates,systolic blood pressure,blood glucose,plasma catecholamines(epinephrine and norepinephrine)and cortisol index.Results All the items of stress reaction at minutes 30 and 60 in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The rescue times of 30min,1H in experiment group,the stress index of experiment group at 30 mins and 60 mins were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0?05)Conclusions Auricular acupressure is of good effects on physiological stress reaction in conscious patients during emergency rescue in ICU?

BACKGROUND:Patients with Parkinson disease (PD) are always supplied exogenous dopamine so as to balance a disproportion of neurotransmitter.However,a long-term administration may easily cause drug resistance;therefore,it is not able to solve nerve injuries at all.A lot of researches suggest that ganglioside can promote neural axon growth,improve neurotrophy,and resist cellular toxicity mediated by glutamic acid (GA).OBJECTIVE:To probe into the duration and effect of oraL administration of ganglioside on improving clinical symptoms of PD patients.DESIGN:Retrospective case analysis.SETTING:Department of Internal Medicine.Shanghai Electric Power Hospital;Departments of Neurosurgery and Internal Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College.PARTICIPANTS:A total of 6 344 PD patients were selected from Heilongjiang,Hebei,Shandong,Henan, Beijing,Jiangsu,Gansu,Qinghai.Guizhou,Fujian,Hunan,Shanxi, Hubei,Sichuan,Chongqing,Jiangxi, Shanghai and Yunnan from January 2001 to January 2005.All patients met the diagnostic and typing criteria of PD in Practical Neurology.They orally took≥10 mg/d ganglioside for more than 1 month,and all of them were provided the consent.METHODS:Patients who were treated with oral ganglioside accepted neural functional rehabilitation. Every oral solution of ganglioside contained 0.25 g/L ganglioside [including monosialoteterahexosyl ganglioside 1 (21%),diplo-sialoteterahexosyl ganglioside 1a(40%),diplo-sialoteterahexosyl ganglioside 1 b(16%),and tri-sialoteterahexosyl ganglioside 1b(19%)],and patients fastingly took two ampoules in every morning and 2 in every evening before sleeping, or took 4 ampoules in every evening before sleeping. Every 3 months was regarded as a course, and patients were always treated for two or three courses;especially,patients having a long-term duration were treated for above 4 courses.Regular follow-up was performed during the administration to observe the improvements of PD patients on the aspects of chatter, myotone, bradypraxia,posture irregularity, etc. Effective evaluation: Iilness improvements of PD patients who orally took ganglioside were observed within 3,6,9 months and 1 year.Excellent effective: Chatter and myotone disappeared after gradually stopping administration of dopamine preparation;improvement: Symptoms mentioned above were relieved after gradually reducing administration of dopamine preparation (effect=apparent effect+improvement);inefficacy:Symptoms mentioned above were not changed.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Effect at various time Points of administration.RESULTS:Among 5 937 patients who met the inclusion criteria,all of them were involved in the final analysis without any loss.① Improvement of clinical symptoms at various time points of administration:There were 669 PD patients with the effective improvements within 1-3 months.941 within 4-6 months and 1713 within 7-12 months.The total effective rate was 56%.② Therapeutic effective rate of PD patients at various administrating times:The therapeutic effective rates of patients who received administration from 1 to 3 months,from 4 to 6 months and from 7 to 12 months were 30%,57%and 84%respectively.The rate was higher of patients administrated from 4 to 6 months than.of those from 1 co 3 months(P<0.05),and also higher of those from 7 to 12 months than of those from 4 tp 6 months and from 1 to 3 months (P<0.05,P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Ganglioside can effectively improve clinical symptoms,such as chatter,myotone,bradypraxia,posture irregularity,etc.In addition,it has a better effect during a long-term administration.

BACKGROUND: Raman spectrum, compared with conventional detection technologies, is a rapid, non-invasive and label-free optical method. Its application has become an issue of concern in biomedical research. However, further studies are warranted to optimize the acquisition condition of Raman spectra from different stem cells. OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of the wavelength of laser and the groove frequency of gratings to obtain the optimized parameter combination for Raman spectrum collection in human stem cells. METHODS: Using human mesenchymal stem cells as samples, the effects of different laser wavelengths (532, 38,785 nm) and different grating groove frequency (600, 1200, 1800 gr/mm) on Raman spectra were compared respectively. Then the different combinations of the wavelength and groove frequency were used and compared in terms of the spectra resolution and acquisition time, and the best acquisition condition was selected and applied in a comparison study on the Raman spectra from human mesenchymal stem cells and human embryonic stem cells. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The wavelengths of lasers and groove frequencies of gratings showed compound impacts on both the spikes at different wavenumbers and the ratio between spikes; the combination of 785 nm and 1200 gr/mm was confirmed to be the best spectrum features for human mesenchymal stem cells. The comparison of Raman spectra from human mesenchymal stem cells and human embryonic stem cells implies that the embryonic stem cells contain higher nucleic acids than the mesenchymal stem cells, while the mesenchymal stem cells appear to contain more proteins and lipids.

Objective To discuss and popularise the necessarity of no shaving-skin methoed before operation in clinical praltsce.Methods 3331 patients were divide randomly into experimental Group(1824cases) and contradistinguishly Group(1507cases).Analysis the difference betweenⅠkind kerf infectional rate of two groups after operation.Results Two groups’rate are both in normal range and below 0.5,by statistic it shows no difference. Conclusion clinical application tfter analysising for longtime and the no shaving-skin methoed before operation is considered to be both scientical and greatly practical,which could be used mdinical practice.
