Objective To explore the effect of cognitive intervention based on conception of knowledge and belief on cognition level and negative moods in the lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Methods Toally 84 lung cancer patients hospitalized in our hospital from March 2014 to November 2015 were equally divided into the study group and the control group by a random digit table. The control group received the traditional model of nursing, while the study group was treated with cognition intervention based on conception of knowledge and belief as well as the same routine care as in the control group for 4 weeks. Before and after 4 weeks intervention, the two groups were compared in terms of their knowledge, belief, behaviors, self care ability, depression and anxiety. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of their knowledge, belief, behaviors, self care ability, depression and anxiety (all P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores on knowledge, belief, behavior and self care ability in the study group were all significantly higher than those of the control group and the scores on anxiety and depression were both statistically significantly lower than those of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The cognition intervention based on conception of knowledge and belief on cognition level and negative moods to the lung cancer patients is effective in improvement of their knowledge, belief, behavior as well as in alleviation of their anxiety and depression.

Hepatic stellate cells(HSCs) are the mesenchymal cells in the liver. In the process of tumori-genesis and metastasis, the interactions between HSCs and tumor ceils play an important role in promoting tumor invasion through extracellular matrix remodelling. Here we review the latest investigative advances a-bout the tumor-stromal interactions.

Objective To establish an in vitro model of primnary osteoblasts fluorosis and to detect the influences of different doses of fluorosis on promoter methylation,transcription and expression of p16,then study the epigenetic effects of p16 gene on skeletal fluorosis.Methods Osteoblasts were isolated from Sprague-Dawley neonatal rats by enzyme digestion,and identified by morphology,alkaline phosphatasc staining and alizarin red staining.Osteoblast were treated with 0 (control group),200,400,800 and 1 600 μmol/L NaF for 72 h.The pl6 gene promoter region was amplified in the transcription initiation site-88-+ 143 region by bisulfatesequencing polymerase chain reaction (BSP).The mRNA transcription and the protein expression of p16 were detected by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blotting.Results Among the groups of osteohlasts treated with 200,400,800,1 600 μmol/L NaF,the positive rates of DNA methylation of promoter region in p16 gene of osteoblasts were 5.88％ (10/170),12.94％ (22/170),17.65％ (30/170) and 33.53％ (57/170),respectively.No DNA methylation was observed in the control group.There were significant differences between the control group and the NaF-treated osteoblasts groups (x2 =92.87,P ＜ 0.05).Average levels of p16 mRNA were 1.050 ± 0.073,0.869 ±0.037,1.065 ± 0.118 and 0.786 ± 0.148 in 200,400,800 and 1 600 μmol/L NaF-treated osteoblasts groups,compared with the control group (1.110 ± 0.315),there were significant differences among groups (all P ＜ 0.05) and 1 600 μmol/L NaF-treated osteoblasts group was much lower than other groups (P ＜ 0.05).Average levels of p16protein were 1.190 ± 0.050,1.214 ± 0.058,1.122 ± 0.123 and 0.320 ± 0.074 in 200,400,800 and 1 600 μmol/LNaF-treated osteoblasts groups,compared with the control group (1.115 ± 0.057),there were significant differences among groups (all P ＜ 0.05) and 1 600 μmol/L group was much lower than other groups.Conclusion NaF can cause hypermethylation in the promoter region of p16 gene,then suppress the expression of mRNA and protein,which might be one of the important mechanisms of cell proliferation change and cell cycle disorder in skeletal fluorosis.

Objective To assess the curative effect of microscopic anterior cervical approach in cervical spondylotic diseases. Methods A total of 75 patients were selected, who underwent microscopic subtotal anterior cervical decompres-sion and titanium mesh to fusion fixation or microscopic decompression of resection of the cervical intervertebral disc and cage implant fixation in Tianjin People's Hospital since October 2011 to October 2012. The Cervical vertebra gap involved 1 level in 41 cases, 2 levels in 30 cases and 3 levels in 4 cases. Pateints followed up regularly after operation. The nerve func-tion was assessed using Japanese orthopaedic association scoring system (JOA) function was calculated to examine the im-provement rate and to assess the curative effect of microscopic anterior cervical approach. Results All patients were fol-lowed up. The nerve function recovery was excellent in 44 cases, was well in 25 cases, was general in 6 cases, and the ex-cellent and well recovery rate was 92%. There was no significant difference between excellent recovery rate and well recov-ery rate. There were significant differences in values of each cervical levels between before and after surgery in the last fol-low-up of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Microscopic operative treatment for cervical spondylotic is safe and effective, with less trauma and bleeding. After surgical decompression, the recovery is rapid in patients with early ambulation.

[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy and short-term results of FASTIN anchor in cervical expansive open-door laminoplasty(ELAP).[Method]From February 2005 to February 2006,a total of 89 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM) were assessed in this study.Forty patients undergoing expansive open-door laminoplasty(ELAP) by FASTIN anchor were classified as study group.Fouty-nine patients undergoing conventional ELAP served as controls.The clinical results and radiological examinations of both groups were evaluated at 24 months after surgery.[Result]There were no significant differences in operation time,bleeding quantity and recovery rate of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) scores.The incidences of axial symptoms and C5 palsy in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P

[Objective]To analyze the effect of the surgical operation for cervical myelopathy due to mixed ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL). [Methods]Forty-two patients with mixed OPLL were enrolled from June 2003 to June 2007.Eighteen were treated with posterior laminoplasty combined with anchor nail fixation(group A).Fifteen with laminoplasty (group B) and the other nine with laminectomy(group C).According to the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scoring system for cervical myelopathy,the neural function scores were obtained. [Objective]To discuss the common complications and the methods of prevention and treatment in the operation of displaced acetabular fracture.[Method]Sixty-six cases with displaced aceuabular fracture were treated operatively from August 2005 to June 2009.Approach included anterior ilioinguinal approach,posterior Kocher-Langenbeck approach,or combined ilioinguinal and Kocher-Langenbeck approach.The functional results and complications were analyzed.[Result]All cases were followed up for an average of 29 months(12-46 months).According to the Matta evaluation,the anatomical reduction of acetabular fracture were in 34 cases,perfect in 25,and unsatisfactory in 7.According to the modified Merle d' Aubigne and Postel clinical evaluation standard,the clinical outcome was graded as being excellent in 23 cases,good in 29,fair in 8,poor in 6.Sciatic nerve injury after operation were noted in 2 hips,osteoarthritis in 14,heterotopic ossification in 10,and avascular necrosis of femoral head in 2.No infection and death were founded in this group.[Conclusion]The important factors to decrease the operative complications of acetabular fracture include correct fracture classification,suitable operative time,good operative approach,proficient technique of reduction and fixation and reasonable perioperative measures.
