Objective To observe the effect of topical application with warm and wet carthamus tinctorius alcohol and anisodaminum on phlebitis caused by mannitol injection. Methods 100 patients with fractured bones suffered from phlebitis caused by mannitol injection were randomized into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The observation group adopted topical application with warm and wet carthamus tinctorius alcohol and anisodaminum while the control received external application of 50% magnesium sulfate. The dosage was 3 hours per time,2 times a day, one time in the morning and afternoon respectively. The treatment continued till the phlebitis disappeared and the effect at the 24th,48th and 72th post treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The effect at the above mentioned time points in the obsevation group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Topical application with warm and wet carthamus tinctorius alcohol and anisodaminum on phlebitis caused by mannitol injection proved to be safe and had no adverse effect.

In this study,a series of new sildenafil analogues 11-27 possessing a guanidine group were synthesized to investigate their PDE5 inhibitory activity and selectivity using[~3H]cGMP SPA kit in vitro and efficacy in the rat model of erection. Most of the compounds showed potent activity against PDE5,and more importantly, several compounds exhibited higher PDE5 selectivity over PDE6 than that of sildenafil.Structure-activity relationship of these sildenafil analogues was also discussed.Within this series of compounds, compound 15(IC_(50) =1.7 nmol/L)not only exhibited more potent PDE5 inhibitory activity than that of sildenafil (IC_(50) = 6.5 nmol/L),but also showed functional efficacy in the rat model of erection.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
As the foundation of medical university students' comprehensive qualities, humanity qualities arc the basic and the most important qualities that a medical student should have. However, researches indicate that present medical students still have defects in humanity qualities. Therefore, to enhance the education of the humanities, it is necessary to take some measures such as to improve the courses, to infiltrate the spirits of humanity in major education and to launch practical activities to create an atmosphere of humanity so as to achieve this goal .

Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(3):371-373
Objective:
To research the effect of using the campus running APP for extra-curricular exercises on the physical health of college students and the habits formation of extracurricular exercises, and to provide a reference for improving their physcal health level and cultivating exercising habit.
Methods:
Through experimental method and questionnaire investigation, 1 327 students enrolled in the year 2016 were selected from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics by using cluster sampling method. Running App was used to track their extracurvicular exercises for 7 weeks, and the results were compared before and affer running.
Results:
The 56-kilometer extracurricular running had a significant difference in the male 1 000 m running index (P<0.05), and the average time spent decreased by 3.69 s. The female test scores in 50 m, forward bends, standing long jumps and sit-ups increased by 0.12 s, 1.83 cm, 2.12 cm and 2.28 respectively, showing statistical significance compared with before running(P<0.01). There was no statistically significant difference for general assessment of male physical test between after and before running (P>0.05); The average score of general assessment of female physical test was significantly higher than that before running, which is statistically significant (P<0.01).
Conclusion
Using the campus running APP for extracurricular exercises has a positive effect on cultivating students’ sports habits and enhancing their physical health.

Objective To explore the role of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~(lo) regulatory T cells (Tregs) and inter-leukin (IL)-6, transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β), IL-17 in the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis (LN) by detecting the levels of IL-10, IL-6, TGF-β, IL-17, CD4~+CD25~+CD127~(lo) Tregs in the peripheral blood of patients with active and inactive LN. Methods Three-colour flow cytometry was used to quantitatively measure proportions of Treg cells, the levels of TGF-β, IL-17 were detected by ELISA, and the levels of IL-10, IL-6 in the peripheral blood were detected by Cytometric Bead Array System. Results ① Compared with the inactive LN and the normal controls (P<0.01), the level of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~(lo) Tregs from patients with active LN was lower(P<0.01). When compared with the normal controls, the level of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~(lo) Tregs from LN inactive patients had no significant difference (P>0.05). ② Compared with patients with inactive LN, the levels of IL-10, IL-6 was higher (P<0.01) in patients with active LN. ③ Compared with the patients with inactive LN and the normal controls, the levels of TGF-β, IL-17 was not significantly different (P>0.05). ④ The level of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~(lo) T cell was correlated negatively with the levels of IL-10, IL-6 and SLEDAI (P<0.05), and was not correlated with C3 and C4. ⑤ SLEDAI was correlated positively with the levels of IL-10 and IL-6 (P<0.01). SLEDAI and the level of IL-10 were correlated negatively with C3 and C4 (P<0.01 for both). ⑥ The level of CD4~+CD25~+CD127~(lo) Tregs from LN was not correlated with TGF-β and IL-17. ⑦ TGF-β was correlated positively with the level of IL-17. Conclusion ① The level changes of Tregs and IL-10, IL-6, TGF-β in the peripheral blood of LN can be used as the indicators for the activity status of lupus nephritis. ② Tregs and IL-10, IL-6 in the peripheral blood of LN patients is negatively correlated. ③ The glucocorticoid hormone is helpful to elevate the level of Tregs but decrease IL-17. T cell level can vary in different body status, different microenvironmental and immune status.

Different endophytes isolated from the seeds of Sophora flavescens were tested for their ability to produce matrine production. Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to optimize the medium components for the endophytic fungus. Results indicated that endophyte Aspergillus terreus had the ability to produce matrine. The single factor tests demonstrated that potato starch was the best carbon source and the combination of peptone and NH₄NO₃ was the optimal nitrogen source for A. terreus. The model of RSM predicted to gain the maximal matrine production at 20.67 µg/L, when the potato starch was 160.68 g/L, peptone was 24.96 g/L and NH₄NO₃ was 2.11 g/L. When cultured in the optimal medium, the matrine yield was an average of 20.63 ± 0.11 µg/L, which was consistent with the model prediction. This study offered an alternative source for the matrine production by endophytic fungus fermentation and may have far-reaching prospect and value.
