1.Antisaccade study of executive functions in children with two subtypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

Objective To analyze inhibitions and working memory impairments in children with different subtypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) with saccade tasks. Methods Participants,aged 10~ 13 years with ADHD-combined ( n= 19) ,ADHD-inattentive ( n= 11 ) and control subjects ( n= 18) ,were selected according to DSM-Ⅳ diagnosis,Conners teacher rating scale and parent symptom questionnaire from 1500pupils from 2 primary schools in Jinhua city by stratified cluster sampling method. Participants performed 3 different saccade tasks: 1 prosaccade and 2 antisaccades executed in a single-task and a dual-task situation. One of the antisaccade tasks was performed under the verbal secondary task condition to investigate verbal working memory.Saccades were registered by Eyelink Ⅱ Tracker. Errors and correct rate were analyzed. One-way ANOVA and repeated measures ANOVA were used to analyze the data. Results (1) Each group showed more response suppression errors on antisaccade task without load than on prosaccade task, ADHD-combined and ADHD-inattentive exhibited more errors than non-ADHD (P<0.01) ,and errors was lower in ADHD-inattentive than in ADHD-combined ( ( 70.90 ± 15.78 ) % vs ( 84.04 ± 12.84 ) %, P < 0.05 ). (2) The interactions between group and load were not significant in error rate on antisaccade tasks (P > 0.05 ), but in correct rate (P < 0. 05 ). The two subtypes of ADHD were affected more than non-ADHD, their correct rates tended to decrease under verbal working memory load. Conclusion An integrative view of deficits in inhibition and verbal working memory in two subtypes of ADHD is proposed, and ADHD-inattentive has a better response suppression than ADHD-combined.
2.Design of low-intermediate frequency electrotherapy and pain assessment system.

Aiming at the single treatment and the design separation between treatment and assessment in electrotherapy equipment, a kind of system including low-intermediate frequency treatment and efficacy evaluation was developed. With C8051F020 single-chip microcomputer as the core and the circuit design and software programming used, the system realized the random switch of therapeutic parameters, the collection, display and data storage of pressure pain threshold in the assessment. Experiment results showed that the stimulus waveform, current intensity, frequency, duty ratio of the system output were adjustable, accurate and reliable. The obtained pressure pain threshold had a higher accuracy (< 0.3 N) and better stability, guiding the parameter choice in the precise electrical stimulation. It, therefore, provides a reliable technical support for the treatment and curative effect assessment.

3.Protective effect of Mailuoning on ischemia/reperfusion injury in extremities of rabbits

Objective To study the protective effect of Mailuoning on ischemia/reperfusion injury in extremities. Methods The experimental models of ischemia/reperfusion injury in extremities were produced in 20 healthy adult rabbits, which were randomly divided into control group and Mailuoning group (10 rabbits each). Normal saline and Mailuoning injection were infused intravenously into ear margin of rabbits in the control group and Mailuoning group respectively just before blood reperfusion. At preischemia, two hours post ischemia, one hour post reperfusion and four hours post reperfusion, blood sample was collected from the femoral veins respectively for measurements of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). Meanwhile, the tibialis anterior muscles were harvested for examination of the microstructure and the ultrastructure by using optical microscope and electron microscope. 4.Calibrating the working standard for rhG-CSF

Purpose Both the working standard and corresponding sample(GRAN75)were first calibrated by WHO international standard for G-CSF.Methods MTT method by NFS-60 cells was used. The results were calculated by (4,4)method.Results Three batchs working standards were prepared,two batchs were freeze-dry and the prescription was same as WHO international standard for G-CSF,one batch was injection and the prescription was same as corresponding sample(GRAN75).The biological potency and the FL% of average potency were 3.062×106 、4.276×106IU/ampoule、1.635×107IU/ml and 5.529%、4.291%、4.244% for working standard, and 1.880×107IU/ml and 5.175% for corresponding sample,respectively.Conclusion The working standard which calibrated could be used as working standard in the measurement of rhG-CSF biological activity.
5.Study on determination method of the rhG-CSF biological activity

Purpose The determination method of rhG-CSF bio logical activity by NFS-60 cells was studied in accordance with WHO internation al standard for G-CSF.Methods MTT method was adopted.R esults The chomosone number of NFS-60 cell was 39, about 1×105 cells/ml to 1×107 cells/ml,the dying color showed gradient when the NFS-60 c ells was dyed by MTT,the method(4,4) was adopted in the determination of rhG-CS F biological activity,the average FL% of potency was 13.560% for single exprimen t,and the CV of inter-assay and intra-assay was lower than 10% and 10.109%,respectively.Conclusion method(4,4) can be us ed in the determination of rhG-CSF biological activity,and the results can guid e the study and the manufacture of rhG-CSF effectively.
6.Effect of Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Pulmonary Rehabilitation on Aged Patients with Pneumoconiosis

Objective To explore the effects of multidisciplinary comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation on aged patients with pneumo-coniosis. Methods From January, 2012 to January, 2015, 85 old stable inpatients with pneumoconiosis were divided into control group (n=40) and rehabilitation group (n=45). Both groups accepted routine medicine, while the rehabilitation group received multidisciplinary com-prehensive pulmonary rehabilitation for twelve weeks. They were assessed with cardiopulmonary exercise test, BODE index and quality of life before and after treatment. Results The maximum work, maximal oxygen uptake, 6-minute walk distance, scores of modified Version of the British Medical Researsh Council Respiratory Questionnaire, BODE index, activities of daily living, social activities, depression and anx-iety improved in the rehabilitation group after treatment (t>3.379, P<0.01), and were better than those in the control group (t>2.201, P<0.05). No imporvement was found in all the indices in the control group after treatment (t<2.339, P>0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation can effectively improve exercise tolerance and quality of life in aged patients with pneumoconiosis.
7.Enhanced recovery after surgery in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods From May 2015 to July 2017,149 patients with gastric cancer in our department were prospectively enrolled and randomly divided into the ERAS group (n =75) and control group (n =74).Results In ERAS group compared to control group,the time to first passage of flatus was (51 ± 11)vs.(62 ± 11)h,first feeding time (46 ± 12) vs.(68 ±20)h,gastric tube removal time (13 ± 12)h vs.(70 ± 16) h,pain score on the first day after surgery (3.9 ±1.3) vs.(5.2 ±0.9),C-reaction protein level (8.5 ±2.6) mg/L vs.(10.1 ±3.0)mg/L,post-op hospital stay (6.9 ± 2.9) d vs.(11.2 ± 3.5) d,were all significantly different (all P < 0.05).The postoperative complication rates was 25% vs.28% respectively,(x2 =0.101,P =0.750).Conclusions Enhanced recovery after surgery can promote the postoperative recovery and shorten the time of hospitalization in laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
8.Influence of high ligation of the inferior mesenteric artery on postoperative complications after radical resection of rectal cancer

Objective To identify the risk factors for postoperative complications after radical resection of rectal cancer, and study the influence of high ligation of the inferior mesenteric artery on postoperative complications of rectal cancer. Methods Clinical data of the patients who underwent radical resection of rectal cancer in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from January 2011 to December 2015 were analyzed. The χ 2test and t test were used for all the data. Results A total of 431 patients with rectal cancer were included, of which 80 cases were excluded, and finally 351 cases met the standard. Among them, 196 cases were in high ligation group, and 155 cases were in low ligation group. The total incidence of postoperative complications was 20.4 %(40/196) in the high ligation group and 27.1 %(42/155)in the low ligation group respectively,the difference of which was not statistically significant(χ2=1.336, P= 0.245). The incidence of anastomotic leakage was 10.2 % (20/196) in the high ligation group and 7.7 % (12/155) in the low ligation group respectively, and there was no significant difference between them (χ2=0.529, P= 0.467). Logistic regression analysis revealed that gender (OR= 2.102, 95 % CI 1.278-3.459, P=0.003), body mass index (OR= 2.492, 95 % CI 1.070-5.800, P= 0.027), with or without anemia before surgery(OR=2.203,95 % CI 1.085-4.472,P=0.029), and location of tumor(OR=2.861, 95 % CI 1.288-16.007,P=0.019) were independent risk factors for postoperative complications. Conclusions High ligation of the inferior mesenteric artery does not increase the incidence of postoperative complications after radical resection of rectal cancer. Anastomotic leakage after rectal cancer resection is related to gender, body mass index,with or without anemia before surgery,and location of tumor.
