The validity of resident admit note is a key factor that determines whether the note can be taken as a testimony in a medical dispute or not.The patient's validation signature is a positive attempt to guarantee the validity of resident admit note.Currently there are a series of insufficiencies in patients' validation signature system,including indefinite legislation,patients' uncooperative attitude,etc.Therefore,certain legislation is in great need to validate patients' right of signature and safeguard the validation of resident admit note,thus providing legal support for regulating medical activities and improving the validity of medical notes as testimonies in medical disputes.
2.Protection of Patients' Privacy in the Application of E-Medical Record

As the application of e-medical record in clinical practice,patients' privacy has been challenged due to the unsafe factors in programming system,administration and usage of records,and data share of network,etc.The paper comes up some countermeasures to protect patients' privacy including refining technological specification of the formation,storage,and utilization of e-medical records,reducing program flaws and hidden dangers,and enhancing e-medical record users' legal consciousness and patients' consciousness of self-protection,in order to protect the patients' privacy and promote the healthy development of e-medical record.
