1.Paiteling treatment of cervical cervical high-risk HPV infection outcome

Objective To explore the treatment effect on cervical Paiteling cervical high-risk human papiloma virus(HPV) infection outcome.MethodsRandomly selected from our hospital during January 2014 to January 2016 in 120 cases of cervical high-risk HPV infection patients as the research object, of which 40 cases were treated with Paiteling treatment (Paiteling group), 40 patients were treated with foscarnet sodium (foscarnet sodium group).Another 40 patients without intervention (control group).The outcome of HPV infection in three groups was compared.ResultsPatients with negative rate of special spirit (87.50%) and foscarnet sodium group (55.00%) and control group (50.00%) was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the special spirit Group continued the positive rate (2.50%) was significantly lower than the control group (42.50%) and foscarnet sodium group (37.50%).However, there was no significant difference between the groups in the rate of improvement and the incidence of new infections.There was no significant difference between the control group and the positive rate (50.00%) in the control group (42.50%) compared with that in the control group.ConclusionPaiteling treatment of clinical effect of cervical high-risk HPV infection, can effectively improve the symptoms of HPV infection, which can shorten the HPV clearance time, has positive clinical significance.
2.Risk factors for early rebleeding after elective endoscopic variceal ligation(EVL) and long-term outcome: a retrospective analysis

Objective To evaluate the risk factors for early rebleeding (ERB) after elective endoscopic variceal ligation (EVL) in cirrhotic patients and the influence of ERB on the long-term survival.Methods A total of 198 cirrhotic patients who received elective EVL were retrospectively evaluated.Twenty-six patients rebleeded within 6 weeks after initial EVL and were assigned to the ERB group.One hundred and seventy-two other cirrhotic patients were assigned to the control group.Multivariate analysis was used to define the high risk factors of ERB.A Kaplan-Meier analysis was performed to evaluate the cumulative survival rates between two groups.Results The Child-Pugh classification (P =0.016),Child-Pugh scores (P=0.012),and the total bilirubin (P =0.001) were significantly different between ERB and control group.Multivariate analysis showed total bilirubin was the only independent risk factor of ERB (OR =2.02,95%CI:1.04-4.04,P =0.008).The proportional mortality indicator of bleeding-related deaths was 66.7% (10/15) in ERB group and 13.6% (6/44) in control group (P <0.01).The five-year curmulative survival rate of the control-group was significantly higher than that of the rebleeding group (67.8% vs.25.3%,P < 0.01).Conclusion Cirrhotic patients with ERB after elective EVL have a poor prognosis.High level of total bilirubin may predict ERB.
3.Study on Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oils in Drug Pair of Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsythiae by GC-MS

Objective To discuss the influence of drug compatibility on the components of the volatile oil in Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsythiae. Methods GC-MS system was used to analyze the volatile oil in Flos Lonicerae, Fructas Forsythiae and their combination. The effect of compatibility on the components and content of volatile oil was evaluated. Results The results of GC-MS showed that gerani]o, tetradecanoic acid methyl ester, hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester, fluoranthene, 9, 12, 15-Octadeeatrienoic acid ethyl ester and linoleic acid was detectable in Flos Lonicerae but was undetectable in the drug pair; camphene, alpha-terpinene, perillaalcohol, 2-beta-pinene, beta-hexadecanal, phellandrene was de-tectable in Fructus Forsythiae but was undetectable in the drug pair; limonene, isolongifolene, nonadecane was detectable in the drug pair but was undetectable in the two single drugs. Conclusion The compatibility of the drug pair has an effect on components and contents in the volatile oil of Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsythiae.
4.Reform of teaching system of military hygiene

Military hygiene is one of compulsory courses for undergraduates majored in clinical medicine in military colleges. Aiming at the disconnection between theoretical and practical ability in the traditional teaching process and combining with professional features of military hygiene, teaching reform should give priority to curriculum standards, human resource construction, teaching content and method, teaching quality assessment and feedback system. Meanwhile, teaching idea of‘learning to use’ should be strengthened and teaching scheme in line with the actual needs of military health service security work should be put forward in order to provide new ideas for training military health personnel.

Objective To detect the expression levels of renal tissue M-type phospholipase A2 receptor 1(PLA2R1) antigen and its antibody in the patients with membranous nephropathy(MN).Methods Fifty-eight cases of biopsy-proved idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN),fifteen cases of hepatitis B-associated membranous nephropathy(HBV-MN) and seventeen cases of V type lupus nephritis(V-LN) were selected.Renal tissue PLA2R1 antigen was detected by indirect immunofluorescence and colocaliazed with IgG4.Serum anti-PLA2R1 antibody was simultaneously examined.The expression difference of PLA2R1 antigen and antiPLA2R1 antibody in MN was analyzed.And the differences of clinical data were analyzed between PLA2R1 positive and negative patients.Results The PLA2R1 antibody was not found in the renal tissue and serum of the patients with LN and HBV-MN;PLA2R1 antigen was found in 81.03% of IMN patients,and its antibody was found in serum of 70.69% of IMN patients.PLA2R1 antigen and IgG4 co-localization all deposited along glomerular capillary loop presenting as fine granules.The 24 h urine protein level in the patients with PLA2R1 antigen deposition in renal tissues was higher than that in the patients without PLA2R1 deposition (P<0.05),moreover serum albumin level was lower than that in the patients without PLA2R1 deposition(P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of renal tissue PLA2R1 antigen in the diagnosis of IMN are higher.The expression of PLA2R1 antigen in renal tissue by biopsy is significantly correlated with the clinical severity.
7.High-performance capillary electrophoresis method for ferulic acid assay in serum of rats treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction

Object To develop a high-performance capillary electrophoresis method to determine ferulic acid concentrations in serum of rats treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BHD). Methods Capillary zone electrophoresis was applied for ferulic acid assay, quantitative determination was based on internal standard and detection was carried on by direct UV. The electrolyte buffer was composed of 25 mmol/L borax-methanol (85∶15). Capillary electrophoresis was performed using a 52 cm (30 cm to detector)?50 ?m fused-silica capillary tube. Separation voltage was 20 kV, sampling time was 3 s, detection wavelength was 320 nm, and the temperature was 30 ℃. Results Ferulic acid was successfully separated within 6 min, the recoveries were 97.2% in serum and 103.28% in BHD, respectively. RSD were 3.73% and 0.91% (n=3), respectively. Conclusion This method can supply reference for the determination of ferulic acid in serum samples and BHD.
8.Study on situation of Chinese medicine services with an example of Longhua new-build district of Shenzhen

To study the current situation of Chinese medicine services from both perspective of supply and demand, looking to promote the healthy development of Chinese medicine community health service strategy. Questionnaire survey was conducted to practitioners of 14 community health service centers in Longhua district (80) and service objects (800). Ratios and SWOT methods were used for analysis. 75 qualified practitioners and 736 qualified service objects questionnaire recoveries showed that there are different degrees of commands from both sides, different options on therapeutic methods and lack of practitioners. It is suggested that community health service center should supply TCM service according to different time, different place and different patient on different type and levels.
9.Effects Evaluation of Clinical Pharmacists Participating in Disease Management of Chronic Heart Failure

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of clinical pharmacists participating in disease management of chronic heart failure(CHF). METHODS:A total of 180 CHF inpatients selected from cardiovascular medicine department of our hospital during Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2014 were divided into control group and pharmacist management group according to random number table,with 90 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment. The pharmacist management group additionally received indi-vidualized pharmaceutical care,such as pharmaceutical monitoring,psychological counseling,medication education and 6-month follow-up. The comprehensive self-care ability of the 2 groups were compared on admission and on discharge;re-hospitalization and mortality were compared between 2 groups within 6 months after discharged;the patients’NYHA classification,LVEF,plas-ma level of NT-proBNP and quality of life were compared between 2 groups on admission and 6 months after discharge. RE-SULTS:There was no statistical significance in the cognition of patients to disease,self-care ability,medication compliance score and total comprehensive self-care ability score between 2 groups on admission (P>0.05). Each score and total score of 2 groups were better on discharge than on admission,and the pharmacist management group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Within 6 months after discharge,re-hospitalization rate of pharmacist management group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in mortality rate be-tween 2 groups (P>0.05). There was no statistical significance in NYHA classification,LVEF,plasma level of NT-proBNP be-tween 2 groups on admission(P>0.05). 6 months after discharge,the above 3 indexes of pharmacist management group as well as NYHA classification and plasma level of NT-proBNP of control group were improved significantly compared to on admission;NYHA classification,LVEF and plasma level of NT-proBNP of pharmacist management group were better than those of control group at corresponding period,with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in social limit,mood, symptom score and total score of life quality between 2 groups on admission(P>0.05). 6 months after discharge,each score and total score of 2 groups were all better than on admission,and the pharmacist management group was better than control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The participation of clinical pharmacists in the disease management of CHF can significantly improve comprehensive self-care ability,decrease re-hospitalization rate,ameliorate cardiac function and en-hance the quality of life.
10.The expression research of histone acetylation and p21WAF1 in breast cancer

Objective To research the expression change and the sense of histone acetylation and p21WAF1 protein in breast cancer. Methods Pathological morphologic changes of breast cancer were identified by H. E. staining. Immunohistochemical study for p21WAF1 protein expression was performed on 80 breast cancers and 80 normal breast tissues. The expressions of acetylated histone H3, H4 and p21WAF1 protein in 80 breast cancers and 80 normal breast tissues were analyzed by Western blot. Results H.E. staining discovered that the tissue structure and cell morphous of breast cancer had visible atypia, compared with normal breast tissues. The immunohistochemical results displayed that the positive expression of p21 WAF1 in 80 breast cancers and 80 normal breast tissues was 49 cases(61.25 %) or 3 cases (3.75%), respectively. There was significantly difference in the expression level between the 80 breast cancers and 80 normal breast tissues (P < 0. 05). The expression levels of p21WAF1 protein in breast cancer tissues were higher than that in normal breast tissues, 0. 78 ± 0. 095 or 0. 65 ± 0. 055, respectively. The expression levels of acetylated histone H3, H4 protein in normal breast tissues were higher than those in breast cancer tissues. H3 was 2. 35 ± 0. 340 or 1.07 ± 0. 067, respectively, H4 was 3.44 ± 0. 202 or 1.11 ± 0. 086, respectively. There was significantly difference in the expression levels between the 80 breast cancers and 80 normal breast tissues (P <0. 01). Conclusions The occurrence and development of breast cancers may be related to the expression change of histone acetylation and p21WAF1 protein.
