Statistical analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical symptoms were made in 163 cases of diseases of digestive tract. It was found that the patients of abnormal defection or tendecy of abnormal defecation with the hyperactive liver - Qi attacking the spleen, stagnation of liver-Qi due to hypofunction of the spleen, loose stool due to deficiency of the spleen, constipation due to Qi-deficiency, constipation due to Qi - staganation syndromes accounted for 60%- 100%. Elecrtic examination of colon on the body surface and analysis of frequancy spectrum found that hyperelectroactivity of low - frequency and high - frequency segment of colon and contractive complex myoelectric hyperactivity in the patients of the hyperactive liver - Qi attacking the spleen; hyperelectroactivity of high - frequency segment of the ascending and descending colon and contractive complex myoelectric hyperactivity and decrease of electric activity of high - frequency segment of the sigmoid colon in the patients of loose stool due to hypofunction of the spleen: obvious decrease of electric activiy of low - frequency and high-frequency of the colon and contractive complex myoelectric hyperactivity in the patients of constipation due to deficiency of Qi or Qi - stagnation, but electric activity of the high -frequency segment of the colon and contractive complex myoelectric activity after meal in the patients of constipation due to Qi -stagnation was stronger than that in the patients of constipation due to Qi - deficiency. Electric frequency spectrum of colon can indirectly reflect changes of colon dynamics of different syndromes, and it can partially expain the changes of stool and the mechanism of relative symptoms.

In 51 patients with gastrointestinal diseases, diseases, abdondnal X-lay Photos at lying POSition weretaken 6.5 hours after barium ined and 12 healthy volunteers served as coneal. The longitudinal axis, the transverse diameter, the number and the height of colonic bags in the colonic X-ray photes at fillingand evacuating Phases were counted.Chronic colitis was mainly manifested as loose stool, alternation ofconstipation and diarrhea, dyschesia or abdominal pain whenever desire to defecate. The colonic X-rayphotos showed that the diameter and the number of colonic bag in chronic colitis were reduced and the evacuation of barium became accelerated. These colonic X-ray images can explain the pathophysiologicmechasm of the above manifestations and may serve as a kinetic index providing evidence for the clinicaldiagnosis and treatment of the disease.

Objective To construct a curriculum system for higher vocational education in speech-language-hearing rehabilitation based on the World Health Organization rehabilitation competency framework(RCF),to align with international standards. Methods Based on RCF,curriculum theory and principles of vocational education psychology,a curriculum system and its content for higher vocational education in speech-language-hearing rehabilitation were developed. The curric-ulum content and core competencies were analyzed in detail across four levels:basic courses, specialized basic courses, specialized core courses and practical training courses. Results From the perspective of the seven competency domains of RCF,the theoretical and practical significance of con-structing a speech-language-hearing higher vocational education curriculum system based on RCF was systemati-cally elaborated. The study emphasized the importance of establishing competency-oriented higher vocational re-habilitation education for developing students'professional competence, adapting to job requirements, and pro-moting career development.A curriculum content system for speech-language-hearing rehabilitation higher voca-tional education based on RCF was systematically constructed, encompassing basic courses, professional cours-es,and practical training courses. The course names, main content and competency objectives at each level were analyzed in detail. Conclusion It is important to develop the course system of higher vocational education of speech-language-hearing reha-bilitation based on RCF.By comparing with international standards, the curriculum is optimized, focusing on im-proving students'vocational competence and promoting the international development. The curriculum system covers key areas such as core values, beliefs, practice and professionalism, integrates basic, core and practical training courses to achieve a competence-oriented curriculum system for higher vocational speech-language-hear-ing rehabilitation education.

Objective To investigate the current health status of the targeted recipients of the precision poverty alleviation program in Taiziwan Village, Shazhenxi Town, Zigui County and explore its influencing factors, and to provide reference for the formulation of local health poverty alleviation policies. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate 115 poverty alleviation recipients aged 18 and above in Taiziwan Village. The status of “physiological health” and “mental health” was investigated using the international general SF-36 (Chinese version) health scale. Results The survey subjects were mainly the people with advanced age, low education background and suffering from chronic diseases. Except for the physiological function score being more than 70 points, the scores of other dimensions were all 60 points around. The scores were 61.74±19.86 points for physical health and 59.05±16.91 points for mental health, respectively. People aged 60 and above scored lower in all dimensions than those aged under 60. Factors that affected both physical and mental health of the whole population were advanced age and chronic diseases. While the factors that affected physical health of people aged 60 and above were chronic diseases, the factors that affected mental health were chronic diseases and a long interval between children's home visits. Conclusion The health status of people aged 60 and above is worse than that of people aged below 60. Their physical health is affected by chronic diseases, and their mental health is affected by chronic diseases and children's visit cycles. While formulating poverty alleviation policies for physical health, an attention should also be paid to mental health.

Senescence of activated hepatic stellate cells (aHSCs) is a stable growth arrest that is implicated in liver fibrosis regression. Senescent cells often accompanied by a multi-faceted senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP). But little is known about how alanine-serine-cysteine transporter type-2 (ASCT2), a high affinity glutamine transporter, affects HSC senescence and SASP during liver fibrosis. Here, we identified ASCT2 is mainly elevated in aHSCs and positively correlated with liver fibrosis in human and mouse fibrotic livers. We first discovered ASCT2 inhibition induced HSCs to senescence in vitro and in vivo. The proinflammatory SASP were restricted by ASCT2 inhibition at senescence initiation to prevent paracrine migration. Mechanically, ASCT2 was a direct target of glutaminolysis-dependent proinflammatory SASP, interfering IL-1α/NF-κB feedback loop via interacting with precursor IL-1α at Lys82. From a translational perspective, atractylenolide III is identified as ASCT2 inhibitor through directly bound to Asn230 of ASCT2. The presence of -OH group in atractylenolide III is suggested to be favorable for the inhibition of ASCT2. Importantly, atractylenolide III could be utilized to treat liver fibrosis mice. Taken together, ASCT2 controlled HSC senescence while modifying the proinflammatory SASP. Targeting ASCT2 by atractylenolide III could be a therapeutic candidate for liver fibrosis.
