Objective To study the effect of network peer education on the 131I treatment adherence in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with thyroid cancer who performing 131 I treatment from April 2012 to April 2014.They were divided into intervention group 61 cases and control group 59 cases according to the hospital ward number.Control group was given routine health education and intervention group was given network peer education.The data from the habits,drug therapy,grasp the situation,the equivalent monitoring of the relevant knowledge of 4 different dimensions of treatment adherence for patients were investigated and compared before discharge by using questionnaire and examination method.Results The incidence of the good habits,drug therapy,grasp the situation,and the equivalent monitoring reaching the standard were 96.7％(59/61),98.4％(60/61),96.7％(59/61),100.0％(61/61) in intervention group,and 54.2％(32/59),76.3％(45/59),79.7％(47/59),89.8％(53/59) in control group,there were significant differences,x2=29.54,13.38,8.47,4.56,P＜0.01 or ＜0.05.Conclusion Network peer education for patients with thyroid cancer during the 131I treatment can effectively improve the patient's treatment adherence,has positive significance for the treatment.

Objective To develop a method for determination of the plasma protein binding rate of bisoprolol in human plasma by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) combined with hollow fiber-based liquid-phase microextraction ( HF-LPME) . Methods Method of liquid phase microextraction was optimized. The concentration of bisoprolol in the reconstitute solution was analyzed by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of water-methanol-acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (50:34:6:10). The excitation wavelength was 232 nm and emission wavelength was 300 nm. Through the linear regression equations, the total and free concentrations were obtained, and then the protein binding rate was calculated. Results At low, middle, and high concentration, the protein binding rate of bisoprolol was 31. 2%, 32. 0% and 31. 8%, respectively. Conclusion The proposed method is proven to be simple, fast and reproducible, and is feasible for the determination of plasma protein binding rate of bisoprolol. Bisoprolol moderately binds with plasma protein independent of concentration.

Objective To investigate the role of inflammatory cytokines in the pathogenesis of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CAP/CPPS) patients. Methods The 38 cases with CAP/CPPS patients (18 cases of CAP and 20 cases of CPPS) and 20 cases of healthy controls were selected. The differential expressions of 40 kinds of inflammatory cytokines were detec-ted by antibody arrays in prostate fluid. Results The inflammatory cytokines which increased more than 1.5 times expression have been found. There were seven kinds in CAP including monocyte che-moattractant protein (MCP)-1, solution tumor necrosis factor receptor Ⅱ(s TNF R Ⅱ), platelet-de-rived growth faetor-BB (PDGF-BB), interleukin (IL)-β, IL-11、IL-6、MCP-2 and five kinds in CPPS groups including MCP-1、PDGF-BB、MCP-2、s TNF R Ⅱ、It-11 respectively, compared with healthy control group. The cluster analysis results showed that protein expression of Monocyte chemoattrac-tant protein 1 (MCP-1)and platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB) were significantly increased in CAP (3.47 and 2.07 times) and CPPS (2.25 and 2.19 times) compared with healthy control group and were the final polymerization of inflammatory cytokines. The protein expression of interleukin 1 β (IL-1 β), MCP-1 and soluble tumor necrosis factor Ⅱ (s TNF R Ⅱ) in CAP group was increased more than 1.85,1.55,1.67 times compared with CPPS group. Conclusions Elevated expression of inflammatory cytokines may play an important role in the course of CAP/CPPS disease. The extent of the inflammatory response of CAP was higher than CPPS. The inflammatory factors of MCP-1 and PDGF-BB could serve as a novel diagnostic marker.

AIM: To explore the regulatory effects of cytokines such as EGF, bFGF on expression of neural-specific molecules in mononuclear cells (MNCs) cultured in H-DMEM medium. METHODS: The umbilical cord blood samples were collected from health puerperal natural delivery. The mononuclear cells were isolated by centrifugation over Lymphoprep and planted in T-75 flasks containing H-DMEM medium with or without addition of EGF, bFGF or EGF plus bFGF at a final concentration of 20 ?g/L, respectively. Phenotypic changes were monitored by inverse phase-contrast microscopy. Tau and MAP2 mRNA were determined by reverse-transcript polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Tau and MAP2-positive cell were determined by immunocytochemistry. RESULTS: The expression of tau protein mRNA was negative in uncultured cells, but MAP2 mRNA was positive. In cultured cells, tau protein mRNA expressed positively, MAP2 mRNA expression was upregulated by EGF+bFGF, EGF or bFGF compared with control group (no cytokines). The upregulatory capability of EGF+bFGF to MAP2 mRNA expression was stronger than that of EGF or bFGF alone. The same upregulatory tendency was noted in tau mRNA expression. In the group of control, bFGF, EGF, EGF+bFGF, the rate of MAP2-positive cells was 14.4%, 19.6%, 25.6%, 33.5%, respectively. Tau protein-positive cells were 13.5%, 15.3%, 21.4%, 29.8%, respectively. Under inverse microscopy, the freshly isolated MNCs were small and round, after culturing, the cells became larger with some big, long cytodenrites in the EGF+bFGF group, with 1 or 2 threadlike cytodenrites in the EGF group, or with some short multi-dendron like-astrocyte in the bFGF group and control group, but the number of astrocyte-like cells in the control group was less than that in bFGF group. CONCLUSION: MNCs derived from human umbilical cord blood cells express some neural specific molecules and are upregulated by cytokines, especially EGF and bFGF, which have the synergetic action. [
