ObjectiveTo analyze literature on acupuncture-related adverse events published in periodicals in Science Citation Index (SCI) and Medllars Online(Medline).MethodsWe searched the Web of Science database and the Medline database to identify articles about the safety of acupuncture therapy.Case reports,case series,surveys and other observational studies were included if they reported factual data,but review articles,translations and clinical trials were excluded.ResultsFindings:The inclusion criteria were met by 232 articles that in total reported on 389 cases of adverse events after acupuncture.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy is relatively safe,most acupuncture-related adverse events can be avoided by standardized clinical practice.Establishment of acupuncture medical safety standard system is extremely urgent.

Objective:To construct GM-CSF and EB virus LMP2A fusion gene recombinant adenovirus and identificate it , using recombinant adenovirus to do immunologic study.Methods:With RT-PCR and Western blot to detect GC 2A gene expression of the recombinant adenovirus , with ELISA to analysis antibodies of vAd-GC2A stimulation in murine body , lactate dehydrogenase assay to detect the mouse cellular immunity effect , thereby the recombinant adenovirus immune effect was initially analysis.T-test method was used to do preliminary analysis and evaluation of the immune effect of recombinant adenovirus .Results:GC2A fragment amplified by PCR, the size was 1 961 bp and it was the expected.The results showed, the recombinant adenovirus vAd-GC2A proteins can be recognized by sera antibody of GM-CSF ( LMP2A); the results of ELISA showed that vAd-GC2A can stimulate the generation of antibodies.EBV-positive tumor cell killing rate (%) by CTL induced recombinant adenovirus was (66.7 ±6.9)%, at the same time the adenovirus type 5 wild strains and PBS were (24.3 ±2.5)%and(32.4 ±3.1)%only(P≤0.05).Conclusion:Fusion gene has been successfully constructed , vAd-GC2A in mice have humoral and cellular immune function.The data suggest that the vAd-GC2A should play a potent role in preventing the positive EB virus tumor.

Objective:To study Clinical Effect of Anterolateral Approach ofor the Patients with Hip Arthroplasty and the effect on the serum CRP,IL-6,D-Dimer in levels.Methods:102 Patients with Hip Arthroplasty who received therapy from February 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital,Patients were asked to be divided into observation group and control group.Among them,the control group of 54 cases,through the conventional approach to hip arthroplasty;48 cases of observation group.Serum CRP,IL-6 and D-dimer levels were compared between the two groups before and after surgery,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared by follow-up.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05),Serum CRP,IL-6 and D-dimers increased in both groups at 12 h after surgery and decreased gradually at 7 and 14 days.The levels of serum CRP,IL-6 and D-dimer in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 12 h,7 d and 14d(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the anterolateral approach on hip arthroplasty is more significant than that of conventional approach,and can effectively reduce the levels of serum CRP,IL-6 and D-dimer,and is more favorable for postoperative recovery.

Compared with normal tissues and cells, the tumor microenvironment has significant differences. For example, glutathione-related metabolic enzymes and reactive oxygen species are highly expressed in different subcellular structures, resulting in an unbalanced redox state. Aiming at the specific redox state in tumor tissues and cells, a series of small molecule prodrug self-assembled nanoparticles can be designed and connected by intelligent response linkers including disulfide bonds, sulfide bonds, and selenium bonds, thioketal bonds, etc. The in vitro and in vivo efficiency and metabolic mode of these nanoparticles are related to the type of linker. This review will summarize the tumor redox microenvironment, the design of intelligent responsive small molecule prodrug nanoparticles, and the metabolic pathways of small molecule prodrug nanoparticles with different connecting linkers and their relationship with drug efficacy.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the potential value of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI)elastography in the characterization of solid liver tumors.MethodsForty-three patients with 56 liver tumors were evaluated with ARFI,which included 21 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),8 patients with metastase,5 patients with cholangiocarcinoma(CCC),and 9 patients with hemangioma.The shear wave velocity of the tumor and background liver parenchyma were calculated,and results were compared with 30 healthy subjects.Statistical analysis was performed on the shear wave velocity for differentiation of normal liver,background liver parenchyma,and tumors.ResultsHCC and CCC had greater stiffness than metastase (P ＜0.05),there were no statistical differences between HCC and CCC (P = 0.179).Malignant liver tumors had significantly greater stiffness than hemangioma and normal liver (P = 0.000).34.5% (9/26) HCC and 33.3% (4/12) hemangioma appeared softer than the background liver.With a cut-off value of 1.5 m/s for the shear wave velocity,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value for malignancies were 79.5%,83.3%,94.5% and 52.6%,respectively.ConclusionsARFI elastography quantification is a promising noninvasive technique for assessing solid liver tumors.Use of ARFI elastography quantification may lead to new quantitative tissue characterization parameters for differentiating hemangioma and malignant liver tumors.

Objective To study the interobserver variabilities and the differential diagnosis value of Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System-Ultrasound (BI-RADS-US) lexicon for small ( ≤ 2 cm) breast nodules. Methods Between January 2009 and December 2011, 289 patients with small (≤2 cm) breast nodules (n=317) were included. According to sizes, the lesions were divided into two groups, i.e., 0-1 cm (n=160) group and 1-2 cm (n=157)group. Each lesion was described independently by 3 radiologists using BI-RADS-US lexicon. Interobserver variabilities were assessed by Kappa test. Chi-square test was used to compare the frequency difference of the descriptors between malignant and benign lesions. Sensitivity, speciifcity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negtive predictive value were calculated. Results (1)Moderate agreements were obtained for lesion shape, orientation, margin, echo pattern, surrounding tissue and calciifcations (κ=0.44, 0.57, 0.48, 0.43, 0.51 and 0.57) in 0-1 cm group. Substantial agreements were obtained for lesion shape, orientation, margin and echo pattern (κ=0.65, 0.61, 0.64 and 0.63) in 1-2 cm group. (2)Irregular shape, non-parallel orientation, non-circumscribed margin, echogenic halo and microcalciifcations were more frequently found in malignant nodules than in benign nodules in 0-1 cm group [52.3% (34/65) vs 20.0% (19/95), 38.5%(25/65) vs 13.7%(13/95), 75.4%(49/65) vs 32.6%(31/95), 18.6%(12/65) vs 0 (0/95) and 10.8%(7/65) vs 2.1%(2/95);χ2=18.19, 13.08, 28.22, 16.39 and 3.95;P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000 and 0.047]. Similarly, irregular shape, non-parallel orientation, non-circumscribed margin, echogenic halo, shadowing, changes of Cooper′s ligament and microcalciifcations were signiifcantly more frequent found in malignant nodules than in benign nodules in 1-2 cm group [74.2%(49/66) vs 12.1%(11/91), 36.3%(24/66) vs 5.5%(5/91), 93.9%(62/66) vs 22.0%(20/91), 37.9%(25/66) vs 3.3%(3/91), 30.3%(20/66) vs 7.7%(7/91), 15.2%(10/66) vs 0 (0/91) and 16.7%(11/66) vs 4.4%(4/91);χ2=62.59, 24.21, 79.40, 31.22, 13.73, 12.30 and 6.67;P=0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000 and 0.010]. (3)In both groups, a good sensitivity was demonstrated (75.4%&93.9%) when using the non-circumscribed margin as a criterion for malignancy, and high speciifcity was achieved in two groups (80.0%-100%and 87.9%-100%) when other descriptors including irregular shape, non-parallel orientation, echogenic halo, shadowing, changes of Cooper′s ligament and microcalciifcations were used as differentiation criteria. Conclusions Good interobserver agreement can be achieved using the BI-RADS-US lexicon in the diagnosis of small breast nodules. Non-circumscribed margin are proved as the most valuable sign for screening malignant breast lesions ≤ 2 cm. High speciifcity was found for irregular shape, nonparallel orientation, echogenic halo, shadowing, Cooper′s ligament changes and microcalciifcations, which can help biopsy and preoperative diagnosis.

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and management of ectopic pancreas.Methods The clinical data of 62 cases of ectopic pancreas,which were diagnosed by endoscopic uhrasonography (EUS)or pathologic findings between July 2006 and December 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.The cases were divided into 4 groups according to different ways of management.Group A included 37 patients,who were diagnosed as having ectopic pancreas(＜19mm)by EUS only and were followed up via phone call every 3 months.Eight patients in group B were diagnosed by EUS as having submucosal lesions suspected as ectopic pancreas,and underwent operation because of large size or difficulty in diagnosis.Eight patients in group C received operation for other diseases and the eetopic pancreases were found in operation.Group D included 9 patients who underwent surgery due to malignant tumors.ResultsEctopic pancreas were most commonly found as a single lesion in gastric antrum(35/62,56.5%)with mean size of 9.2±5.4 mm.All patients in group A were asymptomatic,of which 10 received followed-up endoscopy and no changes in size of the lesion were found.All patients in group B,C and D were diagnosed as ectopic pancreas pathologically.Conclusion Ectopic pancrea is relatively common and asymptomatic,only part of them could be diagnosed clinically.Carcinoma arising from the ectopic pancreas is rare and lesion of small size diagnosed by EUS could be followed up endoseopieally.

There were many factors that affect the chimerism of donor DNA, such as the type of disease, the treatment of the disease, the severity of the disease, the source of hematopoietic stem cells, HLA, GVHD, and so on. This paper mainly discussed the two factors that affect forensic science, including the posttransplantation intervals and sensitivity of the detection method. Forensic workers in forensic practice and paternity and individual identification of allo HSCT recipients, should pay attention to the time after transplantation and the detection method of sensitivity of chimerism. When female recipients received HSCT in the case of male donors, Y chromosome DNA of the donor can be detected from the recipient's hair follicles. The case of biological specimens from the crime scene can not only detect Y chromosome speciifc genetic markers, so as to avoid wrong identiifcation.

AIM:To investigate the roles of feeder cells ln stratification of murine corneal epithelial cells and build an ideal method to engineer stratified epithelial sheet.METHODS:Using contact feeder culture,separated feeder culture,compound feeder culture and culture without feeder cells by Air-lifting method in Transwell chamber culture system,tissue engineered corneal epithelium was reconstructed.Corneal sheets were stained with hematoxylin and eosin(HE)for histological observation.The expression of p63 and keratin 19(K19)and involucrin(IVL)was investigated by immunocytochemistry analysis.RESULTS:Stratification was limited to three to four layers in the contact feeder group,whereas separate feeder sheets were slightly more stratified.The compound feeder group produced a stratified epithelium with five to seven layers of cells.The group without 3T3 feeder cells formed only two to three layers of cells.Immunostaining images in the compound feeder group showed expression of progenitor markers p63 and K19 in the basal and suprabasal layer,as well as differentiation marker involucrin in all layers.CONCLUSION:The remarkable stratification as well as the Iimbal phenotype makes the compound feeder system a candidate tool for cultivating transplantable epithelial sheets.
