Objective:To compare the antihypertensive effects of tuina at Taichong (LR 3),Neiguan (PC 6) and Qiaogong (Extra) to screen the best tuina protocol for primary hypertension due to liver-fire flaming-up.Methods:A total of 102 patients with primary hypertension due to liver-fire flaming-up were randomly divided into a Taichong (LR 3) group,a Neiguan (PC 6) group and a Qiaogong (Extra) group according to the random number table,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the three groups received 4-week tuina treatment with the corresponding acupoint respectively.The blood pressure was recorded by benchtop mercury sphygmomanometer before tuina,immediately after tuina treatment,30 min and 60 min after tuina treatment with the patient in a supine position in a quiet treatment room.The total effective rate was observed.Results:The systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the three groups all decreased after treatment (all P＜0.05).The decrease of systolic and diastolic blood pressure at different time points after treatment in the Qiaogong (Extra) group and the Taichong (LR 3) group were better than those in the Neiguan (PC 6) group (all P＜0.05).Qiaogong (Extra) group had the highest total effective rate though there was no statistical difference in the total effective rate among the three groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Treating primary hypertension due to liver-fire flaming-up with tuina at Taichong (LR 3),Neiguan (PC 6) and Qiaogong (Extra) can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure respectively,among which Qiaogong (Extra) has the highest total effective rate.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect and side effect of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation (ILIB) on the abnormal lipid metabolism induced by clozapine.Methods52 patients with schizophrenia (34 males, 18 females) took clozapine alone at a dosage of 200-350 mg/d. All patients were treated with ILIB every other day, 60 min once, ten times altogether. Before and after treatment, lipid metabolism, liver, kidney and blood coagulate functions of patients were tested.ResultsTC, TG, LDL-ch levels of patients decreased obviously after ILIB treatment (P<0.05), while HDL-ch level increased obviously (P<0.01). The liver, kidney and blood coagulate functions were as same as before treatment.ConclusionILIB has an extreme effect on the abnormal lipid metabolism induced by clozapine, and it is quite safe and has clinical practice value.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of music treatment on memory decrease causing by clozapine of patients with schizophrenia. MethodsThe 70 patients with schizophrenia aged 18 to 30, who were in hospital for the first time and had graduated from middle school were divided into the experimental group who received music treatment and the control group with 35 cases each at random,when they reached the clinical cure standard after only taking clozapine. The two groups were given the same test before and after the experiment.ResultsThe memory measurement of the two groups had no difference before the experiment(P>0.05). The patients in the experimental group greatly increased their memory after the treatment (P<0.01), but these was no significent difference in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusions Music treatment can help to improve the memory of the patients received clozapinetreatment.

Particle radiotherapy using proton and heavier-ion beam was first proposed for clinical application by Robert Wilson in 1946. Compared to conventional photon radiation, proton and heavier-ion beam has significant physical advantage, and heavier-ion has unique biological characteristics. With the development of accelerator and radiation technique, it is being investigated for tumor treatment in many clinical centers. This article reviews the current status of clinical application of particle therapy using proton and heavier-ion beam in digestive system tumor.

Objective To evaluate the effect of training for therapists based on Kirkpatrick's Four-level Model. Methods Totally 39 ther-apists who completed 2014 Beijing Clinical Shortage of Manpower Training Programs (Therapist) were investigated with Kirkpatrick's Four-level Model, named reaction, learning, behavior and results. Results For reaction level, the total satisfaction was high, but different with the degree of education, especially in the items of Participate in Training, Type of Cases, Organizing on Practice Training, Organizing Case Discussions and Get A Lot of Benefits from the Training (F>4.59, P<0.05). For learning level, the test scores were significantly differ-ent before and after the training (t>9.53, P<0.001). For behavior level, the self-reports of the therapists, and the reports from their depart-ment directors and colleagues all agreed that their ability improved after training (t>4.44, P<0.001). For results level, eleven therapists passed the rehabilitation therapist test, two therapists participated in some researches, and one published an article. Conclusion The thera-pists satisfied in the training, that may improve the ability of therapists to contribute to their organization.

Objective To explore the methods of training for therapists. Methods The students participated in 2014 Beijing Clinical Shortage of Manpower Training Programs (Therapist) by Beijing Quality Control and Improvement Center of Medical Rehabilitation accepted theoretical and operating training and tests. They were interviewed for the situation of training program. Results 39 students had completed the training with the average age of (28.41±6.05) years. The average scores of theory test was (76.23±5.70), and it was (87.18±8.00) of operation. The score of theory test was more than that before the training (P<0.01). From interview, a total of 59 recommendations were obtained, which focused on the quality of training of training provider and the support from sending institutes. Conclusion Beijing Clinical Shortage of Manpower Training Programs (Therapist) has improved the academic and operative level of therapists.

BackgroundWhether the peeling of the inner limiting membrane (ILMP) increase the closure rate of idiopathic macular hole is still in controversy.Some ophthalmologist recommend vitrectomy combined with inner limiting membrane peeling for the treatment of idiopathic macular hole.However,the removal of ILMP is difficult because of its similar appearance to adjacent tissues.Objective This study was to investigate the efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide(TA) and indocyanine green(ICG) double staining-assisted vitrectomy combined with ILM peeling during the surgery.Methods A consecutive case- observational study was designed.The standardized vitrectomy was performed in 25 eye of 23 cases with IMH.During the vitrectomy,TA and ICG were injected into posterior pole vitreous to visualize and assist the ILM peeling.The dying effectiveness was observed,and the closure rate of macular hole,visual acuity,intraocular pressure and complications were evaluated after surgery.Written informed consent was obtained from each patient prior to operation.Results Posterior vitreous cortex and ILM were visible and the residual vitreous and cortex were removed clearly after dying of TA and ICG in all the 25 eyes.During the following-up duration of 3-8 months,the completely anatomical reattachment of the macular area was in 22 eyes ( 88.0％ ) and partially reattachment in 3 eyes( 12.0％ ).The best corrected vision was 0.07-0.60 in all of the operated eyes 2 months after surgery.Conclusions TA and ICG- assisted vitrectomy combined with ILM peeling appears to be a safe and effective method for IMH repair.

Objective Analysis of the expression of CD38,CD133 antigen and their clinical significance in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).Methods CD38 and CD133 antigen were analyzed by flow cytometry in 31 cases of MDS patients.Results CD38 was expressed in 18 cases (58.1% ),among them,12 cases were found to be myelodysplastic syndrome refractoryanermia ( MDS-RA ),accounting for 57.1%,6 cases were found to be MDS-RAEB,accounting for 66.7%.CD133 was expressed in 20 cases(64.5% ) ,among them,11 cases were found to be MDS-RA ( 52.4% ),1 case MDS-RAS,and 8 cases of MDS-RAEB,accounting for 88.9% .CD38 expressed significantly higher in MDS than anemia and relatively normal group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).CD133 expression in anemia groups was different from MDS-RA without statistical significance ( P ＞ 0.05 ),but was significantly different from relatively normal group (P ＜0.05).CD133 expression was significantly higher in these with MDS-RAEB than those in anemia and normal group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Combining with conventional antibodies,flow cytometry used in detection of CD38 ,CD133 ,could improve the diagnostic rate of MDS.

Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) on poststroke dysphagia.Methods A total of 90 patients with poststroke dysphagia were enrolled.They were randomly divided into either a NMES + rTMS group or a NMES + sham rTMS group (n =45 in each group).The Kuhota water drinking test and Standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA) were used to assess the swallowing function.Results The scores of Kuhota water drinking test (F=82.001,P＜0.001) and the SSA (F =33.743,P ＜0.001) before treatment,treatment of one course,treatment of two courses,and at 3 months after treatment in the NMES + rTMS group had significant differences.Compared with before treatment,they were improved significantly for treatment of one course (P ＜0.01 and P ＜0.05,respectively),two courses (all P＜0.01),and at 3 months (all P＜0.01) after treatment.The scores of Kuhota water drinking test (F =53.647,P＜0.001) and the SSA (F=19.178,P＜0.001) in the NMES + sham rTMS group also had significant difference.Compared with before treatment,they had significant improvement for treatment of one course (all P ＜0.05),two courses (P ＜0.05 and P ＜0.01,respectively) and at 3 months (all P＜0.01)after treatment.The scores of Kuhota water drinking test for treatment of one course,two courses,and at 3 months after treatment (treatment of one course:t=2.217,P=0.02;treatment of two courses:t =2.406,P =0.019;at 3 months after treatment:t =2.128,P =0.037) and the SSA (treatment of one course:t =2.196,P =0.030,treatment of two courses:t =2.425,P =0.016;at 3 months after treatment:t =2.512,P=0.013) in the NMES + rTMS group were significantly better than those in the NMES + sham rTMS group.Conclusions High-frequency rTMS combined with NMES may significantly improve the swallowing function in patients with stroke.Its efficacy is superior to NMES.
