1.CLINICAL FEATURES OF CHILDREN WITH MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA A REPORT OF 104 CASES
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(02):-
104 cases of children with malignant lymphoma in our hospital from June 1966 to June 1986 are reported. 84 were males and 20 females. Their ages ranged 6 to 12. These patients were 33 HD, 71 NHL. 9 in stage Ⅰ, 29 in stage Ⅱ, 37 in stage Ⅲ and 29 in stage Ⅳ. In this series B group was 55% (57/104). The clinical primary site of intranodular was 75% (78/104) and extranodular 25%(26/104). The treatment methods include rrdiotherapy alone 16, chemotherapy alone 27 and combination 61. The complete remission (CR) was 30% (31/104), partial remission (PR) 58% (60/104). Total repose rate was 88%. The overall 3 and 5 year survival rates were 26.3%(24/91) and 18%(15/83). Survivals of 10 years were 6 cases (no evidence of disease). It is indicated that the primary sites, clinical stages, pathology types, treatment methods and complete remission are the prognostic factors in children with malignant lymphoma. Errly diagnosis, clinical stage and treatment have been discussed briefly. It is emphasized that after treatment, follow-up and maitaining chemotherapy may prolong the life of the patients.
2.Application of real-time Bi-Plane in measurement of normal fetal mitral annular area
Chinese Journal of Interventional Imaging and Therapy 2017;14(8):476-479
Objective To assess the feasibility of real-time Bi-Plane in observing normal mitral annular areas in different gestational ages. Methods Routine two-dimensional echocardiography and real-time Bi-Plane were used to observe mitral structure and measure the mitral annular area in 159 fetuses.Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation of the areas with gestational age.Visualization rates and acquisition time were recorded and analyzed statistically.Resuits The mitral annular areas measured by two techniques were both correlated to the gestational age (r=0.71,0.75,both P<0.05).There were significant differences in visualization rate (x2 =4.375,P=0.036) of mitral annular area and acquisition time (t=6.11,P<0.05) between routine two-dimensional echocardiography and real-time Bi-Plane.Conclusion Real-time Bi-Plane technique is direct, accurate, convenient and fast in observing mitral prenatally.By using Bi-Plane technique to measure mitral annular area, abnormal morphology changes of mitral valve can be evaluated,so as to provide great application value for clinic.
3.THE EFFECTS OF BLACK MUSHROOM ON THE GROWTH OF GASTRIC CARCINOMA CELL IN VITRO
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
Using proliferating inhibition test, the effects of three cultivars of black mushroom on the growth of gastric carcinoma cell in vitro were observed. We have found that the extracts of all three cultivars of black mushroom had inhibiting effects on the growth of tumor cells in medium at some levels, especially Cr-02 was the most evident one.The results suggest that black mushroom has some anti-tumor effects, and it is worthwhile to study farther for verification.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2002;0(05):-
Objective To establish a method for detection of RhD(+) red blood cells mixed in D-negative blood by flow cytometry(FCM).Method RhD(+) and RhD(-) RBCs were mixed according to predefined ratios.Cells were indirectly labeled, with IgG anti-D labeled as the first antibody, and FITC-anti-IgG F(ab')2 as the second antibody. The percentage of RhD(+) RBCs was determined by FCM,and the best dosage of IgG anti-D was also defined. The ratio of red cells in the two groups, measured by FCM,was compared with the actual ratio. The consistency of method was also evaluated. Results The effective dosage of IgG anti-D was 1∶4,and 50?l/1?106 cells. When the actual percentages of RhD(+) cell among RhD(-) cells were 2.5%-0.312%,the correlation coefficient between the percentages measured by FCM and the actual percentages was 0.987.The same tubes, containing 10% and 2.5% RhD(+) RBCs,were each tested for 10 times, and their coefficient of variation were 3.4%,and 4.9%,respectively.Conclusion The method of quantifying the RhD(+) RBCs in D-negative blood by FCM is feasible and repeatable, which deserves a further clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(11):1122-1124,1125
ISO 15189 standard quality management system developed by the International Organi-zation for Standardization (ISO) embodies the international medical laboratory's latest quality management concept, and puts forward the quality improvement method of the standard. In this research, ISO 15189, as an important content in practice teaching for laboratory medicine, was designed according to the elements of this system. Students were requested to participate in every linkage of laboratory quality management by writing system document, taking part in quality activity, and practicing the key and difficult points of tech-nique in quality system in order not only to cultivate their basic idea of ISO 15189 standard, but also to make them familiar with the basic patterns of laboratory accreditation system and process, which could make them become the backbone of the laboratory quality management quickly in their vocational positions in the future.
