Third lumbar vertebra TP syndrome is one of the common diseases and frequently encountered diseases in sports trauma,and it tends to have recurrent attacks.The author of this article successfully cured 83 cases of athletes with this syndrome through electric acupuncture combined with Tuina,with low recurrence rate.In this article,the author illuminated the principles of curing and the highlights of operation.

Cell division cycle 42 (Cdc42)has been shown as an important regulator of many biological processes.Studies have suggested the role of Cdc42 in the diseases of digestive tract,but the mechanisms remain unclear.More studies are needed to advance the knowledge of roles of Cdc42 in the pathogenesis of digestive tract diseases,which may lead to therapeutic improvements.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of SKy bone expander system in percutaneous kyphoplasty for treatment of osteoporotic verterbral compression fracture. Methods: Twenty-two patients (aged 62-90 years, 32 vertebrae) underwent percutaneous kyphoplasty using SKy bone expander system. The bone cement was injected into the collapsed vertebrae. The vasual analogue scale (VAS) and complications were recorded during follow up. Results: The operations were successful in all patients via unilateral or bilateral approach. The operation time ranged from 30 to 120 min. The mean volume of cement injected into each vertebra body was (4.8±1.1) ml, ranged from 3.1 to 6.8 ml. Extravertebral leakage of bone cement was observed in two vertebrae with no symptoms. All patients had their pain relieved; the VAS was 7.6±0.8 before operation,3.5± 0.5 one day after operation, 2.8±0.6 one week after operation, and 2.4±0.6 one month after operation, with significant difference found between preoperation and postoperation (P<0.05). The symptoms of the patients were improved during a follow up of 12-26 months without recurrence. Conclusion: Application of SKy bone expander system in percutomeous kyphoplasty can relieve pain and restore the vertebrae height; it may be an effective treatment for aged patients with osteoporotic verterbral compression fracture.

The present study reported that 5srRNA from reticulocytes of rabbit could pass into the nucleus of mouse myeloma cells SP2/0,and in the mean time DNA synthesis and cells division were markedly suppressed. In a separate experiment, the rRNA was extracted from embryonic liver and erythrocytes of rabbit or rat and analysed by agarose electrophoresis method. The result indicated that the amount of 5srRNA in various period of the development of erythrocyte is changed along with denucleation process. Thus it is likely that 5srRNA of mammalian erythrocyte plays a role in reversing malignant phenotype of tumor cells and promoting denucleation of mammalian erythrocyte through inhibiting DNA synthesis.

Objective To explore the value of urinary albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) in coronary heart disease(CHD) compli-cating thyroid dysfunction and its correlation with the various detection indicators of thyroid function.Methods The results of uri-nary ACR and thyroid function detection in 863 patients with CHD in our hospital from November 2015 to August 2016 were col-lected.According to the standards of American National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and Food and Drug Administration(FDA) ,863 CHD patients were divided into the group A (ACR≤10.0 mg/g · Cr) ,B(10.0 mg/g · Cr< ACR≤30.0 mg/g · Cr) ,C (30.0 mg/g · Cr300 mg/g · Cr).According to the reference values of thyroid functional indica-tors ,these patients were divided into the thyroid function normal and abnormal groups.Results The ACR level was negatively cor-related with the FT3 level in 863 CHD patients(r= -0.297 ,P<0.05) ,and was positively related with the FT 4 level(r=0.172 , P<0.05).The abnormal rate of thyroid function had significantly statistical difference among four groups (χ2 =33.533 ,P<0.05). The abnormal rate of thyroid function had significantly statistical difference between the patients with ACR >10.0 mg/g · Cr and the patients with ACR ≤ 10.0 mg/g · Cr ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05) ,its risk degree was 2.083. Conclusion ACR is likely to be a risk factor for CHD patients complicated with thyroid dysfunction.It is necessary to monitor the thyroid function when ACR level >10.0 mg/g · Cr in CHD patients.

Objective To observe the efficacy of prostatic massage combined with α1 receptor blocker in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group( n =45 ) were given twice-weekly prostatic massage in combination with α1 receptor blocker( terazosin 2mg per night) for 6 weeks. Thc control group(n =41 )were only given terazosin 2mg per night for 6 weeks. AII the patients were asked to complete the National Institutes of Healthe Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI) before and after the treatment. Results 86 cases were evaluated after the treatment. The NIH-CPSI scores of the two groups decreased from ( 29.5 ± 4.2 ) to ( 9.6 ± 3.8), from ( 28.9 ± 3.4) to ( 14.6 ± 3.6) respectively, with statistically significant differences from pretreatment( t = 12.131、6.999, all P ＜ 0.05 )as well as between the combined therapy group and the control group(t = 4.649, P ＜ 0.05). There were no serious side effects during the therapy. Conclusion Prostatic massage combined with α1 receptor blocker can relieve the symptoms in type Ⅲ prostatitis patients and improve their life quality. The combined therapy can produce better efficacy than terazosin used alone.

Objective To evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine likeDansen and western medicine in treating traumatic brain edema (TBE). Methods A total of 130 Wistar rats were divided randomly into six groups: Group A (normal contrast group), Group B (operation group), Group C (western medicine treatment group, WM group), Group D (western medicine and salvia injection), Group E (western medicine and Honghua injection) and Group F (western medicine and Sanqi injection). The model of brain edema was established by liquid nitrogen treatment to assay whole blood viscosity, water content and Even blues (EB) in brain tissues and to observe the content and pathologic changes of endothlin (ET) in plasma. Results Whole blood viscosity of Groups D, E and F was lower than that of Group B (P0.05).
