1.Rehabilitation therapeutic effect of baduanjin training in aged patients with hypertension
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(3):252-254
Objective:To explore the influence of sitting baduanjin on blood pressure level in aged patients with hy-pertension .Methods:According to random number method ,a total of 84 patients with hypertension were randomly and equally divided into baduanjin group and routine nursing group .Based on routine nursing care ,baduanjin group received sitting baduanjin training intervention .Blood pressure level was measured ,compared and analyzed between two groups before and three months after intervention .Results:After three-month intervention ,compared with be-fore intervention ,there were significant reductions in systolic blood pressure (SBP ) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in both groups (P<0.01 all) ,and SBP of baduanjin group was significantly lower than that of routine nurs-ing group [ (127.54 ± 6.72) mmHg vs .(132.82 ± 6.78) mmHg ,P<0.01] ,but there was no significant difference in DBP between two groups ,P>0.05. Conclusion:Long-term sitting baduanjin training can effectively lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension .
2.Effect evaluation on measuring quality of life in patients with total hip replacement by SF-36 scale
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(07):-
[Objective]To explore the feasibility of SF-36 in assessment of health-related quality of life(HRQOL) in patients with total hip replacement.[Method]The reliability, validity and responsiveness of the SF-36 in 90 total hip replacement patients were analyzed.[Result]The SF-36 was of better validity by factor analysis. All domains of the scale, the test-retest reliability correlation coefficients were better and internal consistency coefficients were more than 0.7 for five domains, except role-physical 0.43;vitality 0.57;role emotional 0.15.The SF-36 could detect the change of quality of life over before and after treatment sensitively(P

4.Current research on molecular regulation of cornea development
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(12):1135-1139
The abnormality of corneal development leads to congenital corneal endothelial dystrophy,Peter abnormality,Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome and squamous cell epithelioma of ocular surface etc..The development of cornea experiences the different phases, such as induction, embryogenesis and maturation. In this procedure, cellular proliferation and differentiation are tightly regulated by signaling cascades. Some members of these signaling cascades have been identified in recent studies.By using embryo tissue and genetic manipulation techniques in the study of corneal development researchers reveal that a number of transcription factors such as Pax6,Kruppellike factor (KLF6),transforming growth factor β (TGF-β),TGF-α are expressed, and they play major roles in different stages of cornea development. This review summarizes the recent researching progress in the study of transduction pathway and factors during the development of the cornea.
5.Application in diagnosis of primary glaucoma by macular ganglion cell complex thickness measurement with spectral-domain OCT
International Eye Science 2016;16(11):2039-2043
Glaucoma is a group of irreversible blind eye diseases with specific optic nerve damage and visual field defect. Early diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma is vital for prognosis, but difficult in clinical practice. Macular ganglion cell complex thickness(mGCC) consists of the inner three layers of retina:retinal nerve fiber, ganglion cell and inner plexiform layers, which is glaucoma target tissue so to be measured the thickness of the mGCC as better indicator for early diagnosis in glaucoma. Optical coherence tomography ( OCT ) is a non-contact, good repeatability technique to obtain fast high- resolution images from the anterior and posterior segments of the eye, and it has been widely used in ophthalmology. Spectral- domain ( SD ) OCT allows a higher image resolution and can measure the thickness of mGCC thickness, providing new parameters for the early diagnosis of glaucoma.

Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(9):992-993
Objective To understand the clinical characteristics during clinical diagnose and treatment of young women patients under 35 years with cervical cancer. Methods The clinical data of 95 cervical cancer patients under 35 years was reviewed and analysed retrospectively. Results The percentage of the patients at this age set was 18. 59% ,accounting for almost one fifth of all the same period patients with cervical cancer. The most common primary clinical representation was sexual bleeding of vigina (90.53% ,86/95) ;28 cases (29. 47%, 28/95) were misdiagnosed by naked eye examination and local treated as cervicitis; 13 cases (13. 68%, 13/95) with severe pathological changes were missed diagnosed by biopsy under colposcopy ;53 cases (55. 79% ,53/95) had their ovary preserved by one or two and had no metastasis or recurrence with carcinoma. Conclusions Sexual intercourse bleeding is the most common manifestation of young women with cervical cancer, which demands more attention. The biopsy under colopscopy has certain limitations, and should be performed along with conization while necessary. It is safe and feasible to retain ovary in cervical cancer patients before Ⅱ stage.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1996;0(08):-
In order to observe the effect of postoperative analgesia with epidural morphine on the prolactin and colostrum after cesarean section. Method: Forty healthy full-term parturients undergoing elective cesarean section under epidural anesthesia, were randomly divided into two groups: the analgesic group (group A, n=20)and the controlled group (group C, n=20). Postoperative follow-up time was 48 hours. The plasma prolactin level was determined with radioimmunoassay. Result: The VAS of group A was significantly lower than that of group C (P
9.Antitumor efficacy of lymphocytes from hepatic porta lymph node stimulated by staphylococcal enterotoxin A
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
ObjectiveTo evaluate the antitumor effects of lymphocytes from hepatic porta lymph node co cultured with staphylococcal enterotoxin A(SEA)?MethodsLymphocytes isolated from lymph node of 5 HCC patients were co cultured with SEA. The proliferation and cytotoxicity of the lymphocytes were observed. Flow cytometer was used to detect the expression of CD3?CD4 and CD8 on the surface of the lymphocytes. TNF ? and IFN ? released into the culture medium were measured by the method of ELISA. The results were compared with that yielded from TILs of the individual patients. ResultsCultured in the presence of SEA, there was a sharp rise of T cells, especially CD8 + cells. Cytotoxic activity was increased. TNF ? and IFN ? were predominantly produced in the first week.ConclusionsLymphocytes from lymph node activated by SEA were armed with an increased antitumor efficacy.

Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the protective effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) and angiotensin receptor antagonist(ARB) on renal function of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and mild or midrange damages of renal function were observed. The patients all accepted routine diabetic therapy and were randomly divided into three groups,ACEI group,ARB group and combination group with ACEI and ARB.The blood pressure, blood creatinine and urine protein of 24 hours were measured before therapy and 8 weeks after therapy. Results The excretive amounts of urine protein decreased in all groups. The excretive levels of urine protein in combination group significantly decreased than in ACEI group and ARB group(P
