Objective To establish a three-dimensional finite element model of rapid canine tooth movement by reducing resistance and distracting procedures, and to discuss canine distal movement and force distribution of periodontium, and to provide theory basis for its clinical application. Methods Through 64-slice spiral scanning, temporomandibular joint (TMJ),the mandible, lower jaw denture section phantom DICOM data were obtained.Mimics software,Geomagic Studio 8.0 software,Unigraphics NX software, and Ansys11.0 software were mixed, and the three-dimensional finite element model were established under the conventional condition to move the canine (model 1 ),rapid canine movement through distracting osteggenesis of the periodontal ligament (model 2),rapid canine movement tooth movement through reducing resistance and distracting method (model 3),the strength were carried on three kind of models and the canine, the pericementum, the tooth socket bone stress distribution were observed. Results The biggest displacements on those three models occured in canine crown on 1/3,biggest displacement quantity:model 3 >model 2 >model 1,and the canine crown displacement reduced gradually from crown to the root point; in the model 1 most greatly equivalent stress mainly concentrated in the middle of distal alveolar crest, but in the models 2 and 3 most greatly equivalent stress centralism area shifted liguodistal alveolar crest. Conclusions In the process of canine distal movement, reducing bone resistance, can accelerate the tooth moving speed effectively and simultaneously, the canine has distal motion tendency. While under the action of force, the canine tends to move ligually with the canine distal movement, and thus appropriate measures should be taken to prevent canine lingual rotation in clinical work.

Objective To investigate the outcomes of arthroscopically lateral retinaculum patellae release and medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction using the semitendinosus tendon autograft for the treatment of habitual or recurrent dislocation of the patella. Methods 18 cases of recurrent dislocation of the patella were included in this group, among which there were 6 males and 12 females. The average age was 20 years old(range from 17 to 24 years). Arthroscopic investigation found tensed lateral retinaculum patellae and damaged cartilage at patellar medial margin and femoral lateral condyle. There were 6 cases of Ⅱdegree cartilage injuries, 5 cases of Ⅲ degrees injuries, and 7 cases of Ⅳ degree injuries caused by patellofemoral joint impact. For cases of Ⅳ degree injuries, the damaged cartilage was shaved and microfractured. For cases of Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree injuries, radiofrequency system was used for debridement. After the lateral retinaculum patellae was extensively released, semitendinosus tendon autograft was used to reconstruct the medial patellofemoral ligament. The knee joint was flexed and extended. Patella's dynamic motion, the tension of the tendon and relationship between the femoral trochlea and patellar bone were arthroscopically observed. Interface screw was used to fix the tendon ends within the bone tunnel on condylus medialis femoris. Results All patients were followed up for 9 to 19 months averaging 13 months. No patellar dislocation occurred postoperatively. Apprehensive test, patella tilt test were negative; and Apley test were negative in 16 patients and positive in 2 patients. One case of inferior pole of patella fractured. Axial view of X-ray and MR images of patella showed 15 cases regained normal anatomical relation of patellofemoral joint. 3 cases had mild semi-dislocation. Lysholm's score averaging (78.0?4.5) points preoperatively and (94.0?3.5) points postoperatively. Conclusion Lateral retinaculum patellae solution and medial part reconstruction under arthroscope can effectively cure recurrent subluxation of the patella and improve knee joint function.

AIM:To evaluate the efficiency of vitrectomy combined with inferior scleral buckling for a special kind of retinal detachment.
METHODS: Nineteen eyes of special retinal detachment had following features: 1 ) the course was more than 6mo;2) there were at least one hole located in the 5 : 00 - 7 : 00 of the marginal retina; 3 ) the detachment range of retina more than 270 degrees and retinal proliferation in retinal detachment. The 19 eyes who received vitrectomy combined with inferior scleral buckling, retinal anatomic reattachment and visual function recovery was observed.
RESULTS: Among these 19 eyes, all eyes retinal anatomic reattachment and best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA ) was improved in various degrees. The BCVA was 0. 01-0. 1 in 5 eyes, 0. 12-0. 3 in 9 eyes, and ≥0. 4 in 5 eyes.
CONCLUSION: It is an effective method to vitrectomy combined with inferior scleral buckling for the special kind of retinal detachment which has following features:1) the course was more than 6mo;2) there were at least one hole located in the 5:00-7:00 of the marginal retina;3 ) the detachment range of retina more than 270 degrees and retinal proliferation of cable in retinal detachment.
6.Intrapentoneal chemotherapy for malignant ascites
Journal of International Oncology 2006;0(11):-
The formation of malignant ascites is concerned with non-obstructive factors including immunity regulator(IL-2,TNF,IFN-?)and factors of inducing blood vessel penetrability(VEGF,MMP) besides obstructive factors. Intraperitoneal chemotherapy makes drug directly act on peritoneum and arrives at the aim of controlling and treating malignant ascites.

Objective To investigate early renal damage of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients and the risk factors related to their renal function. Methods CHB patients who visited the second people’s hospital but did not receive systemic treatment were enrolled in our study. Those who visited for general check-up with no hepatic findings during the same period were selected as control group. Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of all the participants were estimated by simplified MDRD equation and CKD-EPI equation (designated as M-eGFR and C-eGFR respectively). Influence factors of eGFR were statistically analyzed. Results In the total 528 cases in CHB group, 88 (16.67%) and 62 (11.74%) suffered declined M-eGFR and C-eGFR respectively. By contrast, 10 (8.77%) and 6 (5.26%) cases in the total 114 cases in control group present declined M-eGFR and C-eGFR ac?cordingly. Percentages of renal function impairment, estimated by both M-eGFR and C-eGFR, were higher in the CHB group than those in control group. The difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.518, P<0.05;χ2=4.156, P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that age, HBsAg and body mass index (BMI) were risk factors of M-eGFR while age, HBsAg, gender and serum albumin were risk factors of C-eGFR. On the other hand, HBV-DNA and HBeAg were not risk factors for M-eGFR or C-eGFR. Conclusion HBV infection can lead to early renal damage. Age and HBsAg are main risk factors of renal function impairment. Therefore, renal function should be scrutinized in CHB patients.
