[Objective]To explore the effect of early-stage comprehensive rehabilitation after prosthesis of rotator cuff injury(RCI).[Method]Totally 120 cases of RCI were treated with arthroscopic prosthesis therapy,with 42 males and 78 females and average age of 38.2 years.All cases were divided into experimental group with 60 cases(26 males,34 females),and control group with 60 cases(28 males,32 females),randomly.At 0-3 weeks postoperatively,patients underwent early-stage recovery training of swimming-like circling,hanging-and-swaying,isometric contraction and activity of daily living(ADL's).At 6-8 weeks postoperatively,patients underwent training of positive-passive joint supporting practices,repetition burdening practices and low-loading practices.At 8-12 weeks postoperatively,functional technique training and continuous joint action.All training was completed in 6 months.[Result]All cases were followed up for 10-36 months(averaged,16.6 months).The satisfactory rate reached 81.67% in experimental group,28.33% in control group.The result showed significant difference between two groups(x2=34.84,P

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Kouyanqing chewable tablet.METHODS: Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Radix Scrophulariae and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in the tablet were identified by TLC. The content of Chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic separation was performed on Hypersil ODS column (150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with mobile phase consistd of methanol-0.8%phosphoric acid solution(19∶81) with a flow rate of 0.8 mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm. RESULTS: The TLC spots were clear and concentrated. There was a good linear relationship for Chlorogenic acid within the range of 11.3～101.7 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 1). The average recovery was 99.04%(RSD=1.31%,n=9). CONCLUSION: This method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible and specific, and it can be used for the quality control of Kouyanqing chewable tablet.

Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) technology play an important role in studying diseases in vitro. iPSC disease model was based on the iPSC technology, and has achieved important results in many diseases. For those spe-cific genetic diseases that are relatively easy to simulate, iPSC disease model is especially useful. This technology can direct-ly obtained required material from patients, which is free from ethical constraints and rich in cell sources . iPSC disease model as widely used in studying disease mechanism, drug screening, safety inspection, cell therapy, and so on. It is expect-ed to be used in gene correction, gene repair and to obtain the required target cells for the treatment. Cells modification caused by reprogram, lacking of optimum experimental scheme for cell differentiation and difference in genetic backgrounde limit the application of iPSC disease model. More advanced nonintegrated programming technology, improvement of culture conditions, stricter quality control and setting up the standard for iPSC disease model will help to solve these problems.

Objective To explore the relationship between serum levels of unconjugated estriol (uE3)and human placental lacto-gen (hPL)and preeclampsia.Methods 123 cases of pregnant women diagnosed as preeclampsia were enrolled into observational group,and 1 50 cases of healthy pregnant women were enrolled into control group.Blood specimen were collected from the two groups in 28-<32 gestational weeks and 32-36 gestational weeks.Serum levels of uE3 and hPL were determined and compared between the two groups.Results The pregnancy outcomes of the control group were better than those of the observation group. With the increase of gestational age,there was increasing trend of serum levels of uE3 and hPL in the two groups.However,com-pared with the observation group,the serum levels of uE3 and hPL were higher in the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The decrease of serum levels of uE3 and hPL in pregnant women with preeclampsia may be associated with the pregnancy outcomes.

Objective] To assess the clinical efficiency of psychological care on the lumbar disc herniation in the early stage. [Methods] Patients of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Psychological care was used in experiment group and routine nursing was used in control group. Then through comparing the score of JOA with VAS to evaluate effect. [Result] After treatment, the scores of anxiety and depression were decreased more than control group(P<0.05), the score of JOA in experiment group was statistically significant higher than control group(P<0.05); the score of VAS was decreased, compared with control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The clinical efficiency of Psychological care on the patient of lumbar disc herniation in the early stage is effective and it is worthy of promotion and application for the future.

Objective To analyze the possible risk factors for Parkinson's disease (PD),and to provide clues to its etiology and prevention.Methods A matched case-control study,including 91 cases of PD and 364 controls,was carried out in Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital.Subjects completed an interviewer administered questionnaire about some putative risk factors.Multivariable conditional Logistic regression model was used to analyze the associated factors for PD.SAS 8.0 was used to analyze the data.Results 6 risk factors were found significantly associated with PD.The odds ratio (OR) of Parkinson's disease was 5.421 (95％CI:1.272-23.103) for family history,3.330 (95％CI:1.268-8.741) for rural living more than 10 years,2.495 (95％CI:1.044-5.961) for maternal smoking during pregnancy,1.607 (95％ CI:1.224-2.112) for maternal age more than 37 years,3.673 (95％CI:1.766 7.643) for history of drinking alcohol,2.147 (95％CI:1.279 3.602) for less physical exercising.Conclusions PD is a disease affected by the interaction of genetic and environmental factors,and the risk factors should be intervened selectively.

Acute appendicitis is the most common general surgical problem encountered during pregnancy, which may be associated with serious maternal and /or fetal complications such as appendiceal perforation or premature delivery.Clinical presentation and imaging remains vital in the diagnosis of appendicitis.As a general rule,the clinical suspicion of acute appendicitis during pregnancy is an indication for an urgent surgical intervention.Appendectomy is the preferred treatment.Laparoscopic appendicectomy(LA)can also be performed safely and effectively in pregnant patients without bringing additional maternal complications.
