1.New progress of allogeneic transplantation in myelodysplastic syndromes in the 55th ASH annual meeting
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(2):73-74,78
New progress of myelodysplastic syndomes (MDS) in the 55th ASH annual meeting on allogeneic transplantation were reviewed.Even though the IPSS was developed mainly to determine the prognostic risk in newly diagnosed MDS patients, its predictive value concerning posttransplantation outcome has bcen confirmed in several studies.According to a decision model published a decade ago, patients with intermediate-2 or high-risk MDS by IPSS criteria should be considered for hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) at the time of diagnosis if an HLA-matched donor is available at this time.Given the age of most MDS patients, therapeutic interventions are per se often limited to rather nonintensive treatment approaches. This article reviews the current evidence for allogeneic HCT as a therapeutic option in the context of disease-specific characteristics and current available alternative treatments.
2.Rapid method of object detection based on color feature
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
Object detection systems are widely used in many fields. To speed up object detection, a rapid method based on color feature is presented in this paper. Artificial neural network is used for color classification. A series of original objects are gained through searching the most outstanding feature of the marker based on multi-resolution. A set of features obtained from these original objects in the original image, and artificial neural network are used for object classification. Experimental results prove the effectiveness of this method.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2009;23(12):852-855,874
Object:To describe Chinese systemic family therapy process through analysis on the therapeutic experience of 4 Chinese systemic family therapists.Method:Four well-certificated systemic family therapists in China were selected as research sample.A semi-structure interview under the guidance of a self-compiled interview outline was made with every therapist.Transferred raw data was analyzed with deductive thematic analysis following 5 steps:coding, themes searching, themes reviewing, themes defining and naming, themes merging and revision.Results:(1)Respectively 102,93,97,and 95 codes were got from each piece of interview raw data, which generated 57,52,50,and 33 primary themes.Five main themes emerged from the merging of the primary themes.(2)Themes and sub-themes constructed the theoretical hypothesis on the change process of Chinese systemic family therapy. Conclusion:There is an experiential manipulating model in Chinese systemic family therapy process under the guidance of systemic therapeutic philosophy, which is integrated with some therapeutic technique from other psychotherapy models. This model can be studied with deductive thematic analysis.
4.New progress of myelodysplastic syndromes in the 55th ASH annual meeting
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(1):20-21,29
New progress of myelodysplastic syndomes (MDS) in the 55th ASH annual meeting on 5-azacytidine and decitabine was reviewed.Except in older females, the survival time for a diagnosis of MDS in the United States does not seem to have substantially improved since the introduction of 5-azacytidine into the market in 2004.However,clinical and mechanism data suggest that judicious,mechanism-based application and optimization of these agents will have increasingly meaningful impact. Moreover, these drugs are exemplars of an inspiring alternative to the traditional cytotoxic paradigm and should pave the way for additional relatively nontoxic but broadly effective agents.
5.Study on Preparation of Temperature Sensitive Hydrogel of Chitosan/Polyvinyl Alcohol/Sodium Glycerophosphate and Its Characteristics
China Pharmacy 1991;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE:To prepare temperature sensitive hydrogel which is of strength.METHODS:The hygrogel was prepared using CS,PVA and GP as matrix with concentration of CS(A),weight ratio of CS to PVA(B) and pH value(C) as factors and with initial gelatination temperature, strength and dehydration as indexes. The formula was optimized by orthogonal experiment and verified.RESULTS:The optimal formula was as follows:A 20 mg?mL-1,B 1 :1,C 7.2.The prepared hydrogel was fluid at 4 ℃ or room temperature while gelatinized at 37 ℃ within 10 min with strength of about 1.4 kPa.Gelatination time reduced along with the increase of temperature. The pH value had hardly changed during degradation in vitro within 28 d.CONCLUSION:The CS/PVA/GP hydrogel is simple and practical in preparation technique and is temperature sensitive and of strength.
6.Long-term clinical observation on treatment of delayed union and nonunion of long bone fractures by using decalcification bone matrix
Chinese Journal of Trauma 1993;0(05):-
Objective To explore remote effect of decalcification bone matrix (DBM) in treatment of delayed union and nonunion of long bone fractures. Methods From 1986, 96 cases of delayed union and nonunion of long bone fractures were treated with DBM. Of all, 38 cases of nonunion of long bone were treated with surgical implantation, 37 delayed union and 21 nonunion with percutaneous injection. Results All 96 cases were followed up for 4-16 years (average 7.5 years). Of 37 cases of delayed union treated with percutaneous injection, 35 attained bone union but 2 resulted in nonunion of tibial fractures with a union rate of 94.6%. Of 21 cases of bone nonunion treated with percutaneous injection, 17 got bone union but 4 did nonunion (3 tibial nonunion and 1 humeral nonunion) with a union rate of 80.1% and union time for 3-8 months (average 4.5 months). Of 38 cases treated with implantation of DBM, 36 had bone union but 2 nonunion at 1/3 inferior to the tibia with a union rate of 94.7%. Conclusions Either percutaneous injection or surgical implantation of DBM can attain satisfactory effect even to autograft. After prepared by dehydration, degrease, decalcification and irradiation disinfection, DBM is characterized by safer transplantation and less immunity than other bone transplantations and can be preserved for a long time so as to be applied both in the peacetime and the wartime.
7.Research progress of functional magnetic resonance imaging in self-referential processing of depression
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2015;24(11):1049-1052
Objective To review the research progress of functional magnetic resonance imaging in Self -referential Processing (SRP) of patients with Depression based on the papers published from 2004 to 2014 at abroad and domestic, with an attempted to explore the neuromechanism of depression and to provide reference for treatment of depression. Methods Major online database including PubMed,EBSCO,Ovid,Medline,Clinicalkey,Wan Fang,CNKI,Cqvip, and CBM date bases were searched in Octobor 2014.The key words we used are depressionor depressive disorder,Self-referential Processing or rumination orautobiographical memory or Self-face recognition, Functional Magnetic Resonance Inaging(tMRI)and so on.Results 28 studies were adopted in this study, findings from the study showed:①rumination,autobiographical memory (AM) retrieval, and self-face recognition(SFR) are SRP paradigms, the cortical midline structures (CMS)and default mode network (DMN) were involved in the SRP of depression.②Both medication and cognitive behavioral therapy could reduce the abnormal activation of CMS and DMN in patients with depression.Conclusioins ①Both CMS and DMN may be the neuromechanism of SRP of depression.②Both CMS and DMN may be used as objective indicators to evaluate the treatment response in patients with depression.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(07):-
[Objective]To develop macroporous calcium phosphate cements(CPCs) by incorporating the gelatin microspheres(GMs) and to evaluate the performance of the composite as a bone substitute in vitro and in vivo. [Methods]GMs were prepared by improved emulsified cold-condensation method and macroporous CPCs were developed using GMs with three different weight ratios (0%,2.5% and 5%). The porosity and the compression strength of the three composites were measured to determine the proper weight ratio of GMs. The morphologic changes of osteoblasts were examined with scanning electron microscope at two days after the cells were seeded on the CPCs and GMs/CPCs. The cells were also cultured with different leaching liquor of three kinds of materials (0%,2.5% GMs/CPCs and polystyrene).Cell viability analysis was performed by MTT assay, and alkaline phosphatase was measured with alkaline phosphatase kit. At six months after implanted in the goat vertebre ,the samples with CPCs or GMs/CPCs were obtained and evaluated by X-ray image and histological anatomy.[Results]Porosity of the GMs/CPCs increased with the increase of GMs,but compression strength decreased. The proliferation and differentiation of the osteoblasts were enhanced with the 2.5% GMs/CPCs compared to the CPCs. In vivo study showed that the degradation of GMs/CPCs was improved.[Conclusion]Macroporous calcium phosphate cements can be developed by incorporating gelatin microspheres, and biocompatibility and degradability of the composite can be enhanced. The composite can be used as a bone substitute under non-loaded circumstances.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(28):5236-5242
BACKGROUND: Dlx gene family is highly expressed in the cranial neural crest cells, and regulates the cranial neural crest cel migration and differentiation. OBJECTIVE: To review the mechanism that the highly-expressed Dlx genes mediate the cranial neural crest cel migration and differentiation. METHODS: An online search of CNKI and Medline databases was performed for articles published before 2013 using keywords of “cranial neural crest cells, migration of cranial neural crest cells, Dlx, Dlx overexpression, Fgf, chodrogenesis, osteogenesis” in Chinese and English, respectively. Relevant articles were summarized from three aspects: the migration of cranial neural crest cells, Dlx over-expression’s impact on the migration of cranial neural crest cells, interaction between the environment and Dlx genes. A total of 63 articles were included. According to inclusion criteria, 43 articles were retained at last. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Dlx abnormal-expression wil lead to cel -cel adhesion. Dlx over-expression wil induce most of the cranial neural crest cells aggregate and migrate to a wrong place, and result in skeletal dysmorphology. Dlx over-expression wil also lead to ectopic chondrogenesis, and the interaction between cel factors can be the possible reason for this.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(3):168-185
Heart disease is the major disease that threaten human health. ECG is an important tool for the diagnosis of cardiac disease. As traditional ECG measurement devices have many disadvantages, a non-contact ECG measurement system was designed. With the non-contact electrode based on capacitive coupling, the signals were collected and then they were amplified and filtered. The conditioned analog signal was converted to digital data which was sent to the mobile terminal through bluetooth. Finally, the ECG data was analyzed to extract the key ECG parameters. The results showed that the precise ECG signals can be got with the non-contact electrode and the key ECG parameters can be acquired accurately.
