Psychotherapy is a kind of medical treatments based on interpersonal interaction that is highly context-dependent.While psychotherapy is an important treatment in clinical work and its effectness has been confirmed with wide practical application,its adverse effects has received little attention.This article will review the literaturesand discuss the possible side effects and relatedfactors of psychotherapy.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of surem eystatin C and urinary transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1)in patients with severe eclampsism.Methods Serum cystatin C and urinary transforming growth factorβ1 were examined in 35 severe eclampsism women(experiment group,n=35)and normal late pregnant women(control group,n=35).Results The levels of serum cystatin C and urinary transforming growth factorβ1 were both significantly increased in experiment group than those in control group(both P<0.01).The serum level of cystatin C was positively correlative with urinary TGF-β1 level in experiment group(r=0.581,P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum cystatin C and urinary transforming growth factorβ1 is useful to assess renal function lesion in patients with severe eclampsism,which contributes to the diagnosis and treatment of severe eclampsism.

Venetoclax is an important breakthrough in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in recent years. A chemo-free treatment of inducing apoptosis drugs combined with hypomethylating agents is used in the management of AML, which brings hope of long-term survival for the elderly patients or patients who cannot tolerate intensive chemotherapy. However, there are still some patients who are resistant to venetoclax-based regimens. This article introduces the new progress of venetoclax in the treatment of AML in combination with reports at the 62nd American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting.

Objective To investigate mRNA expression levels of cathepsin B,cathepsin L and uPA in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) samples,and analyze the relationship between three genes and clinicopathological factors.Methods Real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR was used to quantify the relative expression levels of cathepsin B,cathepsin L and uPA mRNA in 39 NHL patients without chemotherapy or radiotherapy and 15 patients with lymph node reactive hyperplasia.Relationship between their expression and clinico-pathological factors was analyzed.Results mRNA expression levels of cathepsin B,cathepsin L and uPA in NHL group were significantly higher than those in the control group (0.403 vs 0.128,0.209 vs 0.057,0.459 vs 0.031,all P ＜ 0.05).The mRNA expression levels of cathepsin B,cathepsin L and uPA were correlated with each other in NHL.The mRNA expression levels of cathepsin B,cathepsin L and uPA in advanced staged NHL were markedly higher than those in early staged NHL (0.453 vs 0.341,0.204 vs 0.085,0.372 vs 0.196,all P ＜ 0.05).mRNA levels of cathepsin B,cathepsin L and uPA were higher in NHL patients sensitive to chemotherapy than in those resistant to chemotherapy(0.401 vs 0.556,0.085 vs 0.205,0.316 vs 0.499,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The high expression of cathepsin B,cathepsin L and uPA could be detected in NHL,and their expression has a close relationship with the biological behavior characters of NHL.The dynamic examination of cathepsin B,cathepsin L and uPA may be used as clinical auxiliary diagnosis and prognosis of NHL.

Thrombolysis is still an important treatment modality in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) in a hospital without percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) facility. However, the optimal treatment after thrombolysis is still unclear. Conservative treatment after thrombolysis was recommended in the past. "Guidelines for percutaneous coronary intervention (2009)" also suggested that the condition of STEMI patients should be evaluated to determine whether the patient should be transferred to a hospital with PCI facility. But this suggestion lacksed evidence-based support. In recent years, several clinical trials suggested that immediate transfer to the nearest interventional centre for PCI was plausible regardless of success or failure in thrombolysis in local hospital, and this might reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with STEMI.

Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Prodromal Questionnaire-Brief Version (PQ-B).Methods By convenience sampling,122 college students and clinical psychology outpatients were assessed by PQ-B and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90).Eighty among them were rctcstcd with the PQ-B after 2 weeks to test test-retest reliability.Correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis were used for data processing.Results The internal consistency reliability of the Chinese version of PQ-B was 0.894,the correlation coefficient between each item and total score were higher than 0.347 (all P ＜ 0.01),and when each of the total items deleted,the Cronbach' s Alpha of the whole score was lower than 0.894.Moreover,the test-retest reliability was 0.71 (P ＜ 0.01) and the Guttman Split-Half Coefficient was 0.874.The exploratory factor analysis showed that KMO was 0.833,and 65.22％ of the total variation could be explained by 6 factors,and the rotated pattern matrix value of item were 0.404-0.896 by direct oblimin.The total PQ-B score and the score of most of the extracted factors was significantly correlated with SCL-90(r=0.233-0.725,P＜0.01),while factor 5 had low correlation with subscales of Obsessive-Compulsive,Interpersonal Sensitivity,Depression and Hostility in SCL-90(r=0.154-0.206,P＞0.01).Conclusion The Chinese version of PQ-B suggested primarily good reliability and validity.

MicroRNA is a type of endogenous noncoding small molecular RNA with a length of 19-25 nucleotides. MicroRNAs are involved in almost all key biological processes, such as cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and hematopoiesis, via repres-sion of target gene expression. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common type of pediatric cancer. It is a heterogeneous disease with different clinical signs, morphology, immunophenotype, and cytogenetics. Currently, several microRNAs have implicated aberrant expression in ALL and play an important role in cancer initiation and development. MicroRNA expression pattern is associated with clinical feature, prognosis, and treatment. Therefore, microRNAs could act as a novel marker to help scientists learn about the pathogenesis of ALL and to provide more effective treatment options.

Objective To study the influence of health behavior intervention on coping style and hope level in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 60 lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 30 patients in each group. Two groups all had an operation, carried on the normal nursing care and health education. After operation, the intervention group accepted health behavior intervention from the beginning of the first period chemotherapy. After the third period chemotherapy, coping style and hope level of the two groups were measured. Results After intervention, positive coping style "confrontation" had a higher score. Negative coping style such as obviation and acception got lower scores in the intervention group compared with the control group. In addition to "keep an intimate relation(I)",the rest dimensions of hope level showed significant differences as well. Conclusions Applying the related theories of health behavior to build up mental nursing intervention mode has a significant meaning on lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. It can increase patients' positive coping style and reduce negative aspects. At the same time, hope levels of lung cancer patients also have an improvement.

Objective To know the relationship of self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after postoperative chemotherapy, and then carry out reference to clinical nursing cares. Methods Interviewed 115 patients with breast cancer after postoperative chemotherapy by questionnaire to know their conditon about self-efficacy and quality of life, and then analysis the relationship between them. Results The general score of quality of life of patients with breast cancer was 105.62±6.68, which was significant lower than the normal model. There was significant correlation of self-effi-cacy and quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Conchusions Related experts should emphasis the postoperative management of patients with breast cancer, and then promote their self-efflcacy and quality of life.

Heart disease is the major disease that threaten human health. ECG is an important tool for the diagnosis of cardiac disease. As traditional ECG measurement devices have many disadvantages, a non-contact ECG measurement system was designed. With the non-contact electrode based on capacitive coupling, the signals were collected and then they were amplified and filtered. The conditioned analog signal was converted to digital data which was sent to the mobile terminal through bluetooth. Finally, the ECG data was analyzed to extract the key ECG parameters. The results showed that the precise ECG signals can be got with the non-contact electrode and the key ECG parameters can be acquired accurately.
