Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(5):87-89
Objective To study the effect of different drugs on the treatment of severe pneumonia caused by multi drug resistant Acinetobacter Bauman, and to provide reference for clinical application in the future.MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted on 250 cases of severe pneumonia patients with multiple drug resistant Acinetobacter Bauman admitted to intensive care unit in Yuyao Second People's Hospital from June 2011 to June 2016.The 250 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group, 125 cases in each group. The observation group were given imipenem (imipenem/cilastatin sodium), mepem (meropenem), sulperazone (Chuba Staw Na, cefoperazone) and levofloxacin, while the control group were given polymyxin E.The clinical efficacy, adverse reaction rate, C-reactive protein(CRP) and white blood cell count(WBC) were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 87.20% and 61.60% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P<0.05.The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 10.40% and 8.80% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups about adverse reaction rarte.Inflammatory markers, CRP and WBC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P<0.05.ConclusionImipenem, mepem, sulperazone and levofloxacin in treatment of severe pneumonia with multi drug resistant Acinetobacter Bauman, the clinical curative effect is good, less adverse reaction, is a drug treatment program that is worth promoting in clinical practice.

Objective To explore whether there is significant difference in the oral-pharyngeal resonance function between children with spastic and athetoid cerebral palsy. Methods The acoustic parameters (F1、F2) of /ɑ/、/i/、/u/ were compared between these two kinds of children. Results The incidence of oral-pharyngeal resonance disorder were 71% and 95% in the children with spastic cerebral palsy and athetoid cerebral palsy respectively. There was no significant difference in F1 and F2 of /ɑ/、/i/、/u/ between these two kinds of children. Conclusion The incidence of oral-pharyngeal resonance disorder is high in both two kinds of children, and there is no significant difference in the oral-pharyngeal resonance function between them.

Objective To compare the genotypes distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV ) infection in tissues of cervical cancers and cervical intraepithelial neoplasias (CIN ) and its clinical significance .Methods The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the gene-chips technique were utilized for the detection of 23 kinds of HPV genotypes in the tissue specimens from 192 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 85 cases of cervical cancers .And the related data of all subjects were analyzed .Results In 192 cases of CIN ,the total positive rate of HPV was 82 .29% (158/192) ,the positive rate of single genotype infection was 46 .88% (90/192) and the positive rate of multiple genotypes infection was 35 .42% (68/192);In 85 cases of cervical cancers ,the to-tal infection rate of HPV was 88 .24% (75/85) ,the positive rate of single genotype infection was 65 .88% (56/85) and the positive rate of multiple genotypes infection was 22 .35% (19/85) .Conclusion PCR combined with the gene-chips technique can be used in the detection of the tissue samples of cervical lesions ,once detection can detect 23 kinds of HPV genotypes with high sensitivity and strong specificity ,which has very important significance to the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and the their vaccine research .

Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is a common symptom which associated with cancer itself or cancer treatments. CRF will not only interrupt the patient's treatment, but also affect the patient's quality of life seriously. To date, the pathogenesis of CRF is still unclear, and recognized effective treatment is lacking. It is the precondition of establishing standardized animal models for CRF to find effective treatments. This paper summarizes the animal model of CRF in order to find suitable methods, and distinguish the effects of different interventions.

The shortage of medical resources promotes medical treatment reform, and smart healthcare is a promising strategy to solve this problem. With the development of Internet, real-time health status is expected to be monitored at home by using flexible healthcare systems, which puts forward new demands on flexible substrates for sensors. Currently, the flexible substrates are mainly traditional petroleum-based polymers, which are not renewable. As a natural polymer, cellulose, owing to its wide range of sources, convenient processing, biodegradability and so on, is an ideal alternative. In this review, the application progress of nanocellulose in flexible sensors is summarized. The structure and the modification methods of cellulose and nanocellulose are introduced at first, and then the application of nanocellulose flexible sensors in real-time medical monitoring is summarized. Finally, the advantages and future challenges of nanocellulose in the field of flexible sensors are discussed.

Proteomic characterization of plasma is critical for the development of novel pharmacodynamic bio-markers.However,the vast dynamic range renders the profiling of proteomes extremely challenging. Here,we synthesized zeolite NaY and developed a simple and rapid method to achieve comprehensive and deep profiling of the plasma proteome using the plasma protein corona formed on zeolite NaY.Specifically, zeolite NaY and plasma were co-incubated to form plasma protein corona on zeolite NaY(NaY-PPC),followed by conventional protein identification using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.NaY was able to significantly enhance the detection of low-abundance plasma proteins, minimizing the"masking"effect caused by high-abundance proteins. The relative abundance of middle-and low-abundance proteins increased substantially from 2.54%to 54.41%,and the top 20 high-abundance proteins decreased from 83.63%to 25.77%.Notably,our method can quantify approxi-mately 4000 plasma proteins with sensitivity up to pg/mL,compared to only about 600 proteins iden-tified from untreated plasma samples.A pilot study based on plasma samples from 30 lung adenocarcinoma patients and 15 healthy subjects demonstrated that our method could successfully distinguish between healthy and disease states. In summary, this work provides an advantageous tool for the exploration of plasma proteomics and its translational applications.
