A novel built-in-self-test (BIST) method called seeded autonomous cyclic shift register (SACSR) is presented to reduce test power of the sequential circuit. The key idea is to use a pseudorandom pattern generator and several XOR gates to generate seeds that share fewer test vectors. The generated seed is taken XOR operation with a cyclic shift register, and the single input change (SIC) sequence is generated. The proposed scheme is easily implemented and can reduce the switching activities of the circuit under test (CUT) greatly. Experimental results on ISCAS89 benchmarks show that on average more than 63% power reduction can be achieved. It also demonstrates that the generated test vectors attain high fault coverage for stuck-at fault and transition fault coverage with short test length.

The mosquito vector of filariasis malayi and its vectorial capacity was investigated In 5 endemic villages in Leshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The results showed that the man-biting rate, numan blood index and vectorial capacity of An. lesteri anthropophagus were 0.7, 5.1 and 10.63 times higher than those of An. sinensis. Besides, the natural infection by microfilaria in An, lesteri anthropophagus was also higher than that in An. sinensis by 5 times. From the above result, the authors concluded that An. lesteri anthropophagus was the main vector for transmitting filariasis malayi in the area under study.

Objective:
To construct the recombinant adenoviral containing fructose 1, 6-biphosphatase 1 (FBP1), and to investigate whether FBP1 has effect on autophagy and proliferation in liver cancer cells (HepG2).
Methods:
FBP1 cDNA sequence was amplified by PCR and cloned in adenovirus vector pAdTrack-TO4, and then recombinant adenovirus plasmid pAdTrack-FBP1 was constructed. The recombinant adenovirus plasmid was transfected into HEK293 cells by Lipofectamine 3000. High-titer of recombinant adenovirus AdFBP1 was obtained by packaging and amplification. HepG2 cells were infected with recombinant adenovirus AdFBP1, and the Mock and AdGFP group were set at the same time. Western blot and confocal laser scanning microscopy were used to observe the effect of FBP1 on the level of autophagy in hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and the effect of FBP1on the proliferation was observed by MTS and colony formation assay. A t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to compare the mean between group.
Results:
A high-titer recombinant adenovirus FBP1 was successfully constructed. Western blot and confocal laser scanning microscopy showed that the level of autophagy in AdFBP1 group was significantly lower than that in AdGFP group. Western blot results showed that LC3-II protein expression level in AdGFP was 1.10 ± 0.10 and 0.30 ± 0.01 in AdFBP1 group,

Objective:To analyze the influence of comprehensive rehabilitation on postoperative functions in the elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods:From June 2015 to June 2019, 144 elderly patients were treated at Department of Orthopedics, China-Japan Friendship Hospital for femoral intertrochanteric fractures by internal fixation with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA). Of them, 65 received comprehensive rehabilitation, including intervention measures for details, prevention and management of comorbidities and complications and active exercise of the injured limb, while 79 conventional rehabilitation. In the comprehensive rehabilitation group, there were 22 males and 43 females with an age of (76.6±6.7) years, and 18 cases of type 31-A1, 35 cases of type 31-A2 and 12 cases of type 31-A3 by the AO type. In the control group, there were 23 males and 56 females with an age of (75.2±7.0) years, and 25 cases of type 31-A1, 39 cases of type 31-A2 and 15 cases of type 31-A3 by the AO type. The 2 groups were compared in terms of visual analog scale (VAS), Harris hip score, Barthel index, postoperative ambulation time and complications at 6 months after operation. Results:The 2 groups were comparable because there was no significant difference between them in the preoperative or intraoperative general data ( P>0.05). The comprehensive rehabilitation group had a significantly lower VAS score (1.5±1.0), a significantly higher Harris hip score(83.9±5.4), a significantly higher Barthel index (81.6±5.4), significantly shorter postoperative ambulation time [(2.6±1.0) d], and a significantly lower incidence of complications [4.6% (3/65)] than the control group did [1.9±1.2, 80.2±7.9, 78.2±7.9, (3.2±1.4) d, 16.5%(13/79), respectively] (all P< 0.05). Conclusion:For elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture, comprehensive rehabilitation can significantly reduce complications, promote functional recovery of the hip, and speed up recovery of capabilities of daily living compared with conventional rehabilitation.

Objective To investigate the clinical features and surgical treatment of cerebral amyloid angiopathy hemorrhage (CAAH) caused by cerebral vascular amyloidosis. Methods The clinical data, radiological diagnoses, pathology results and treatment efficacies of 76 patients with CAAH,admitted to and performed surgery in our hospital from August 2010 to September 2015,were retrospectively analyzed. Results The first preoperative CT indicated that prompt hematomas were located in the cerebral hemisphere brain cortex, forming lobulated or irregular shape;2 or more lesions of recurrent hemorrhage were noted in 14 (18.4%);34 (44.7%) were with subarachnoid hemorrhage,16 (21.1%) were with intraventricular hemorrhage.Histopathological examination supported the diagnosis.Sixteen patients (21.1%) underwent second operation during hospitalization due to large amount of bleeding.During hospitalization,18 (23.7%) died, and 20 (26.3%) had long-term coma.During the follow-up period,23 patients (30.3%) had recurrent intracranial hemorrhage,of which,6 patients (7.9%) underwent surgical treatment, and 17 patients (22.4%) died. Conclusion The bleeding sites of CAAH mainly locate in the lobes of the brain surface, with lobulated or irregular shape, which is easily complicated with subarachnoid hemorrhage or intraventricular hemorrhage, with multiple features;diagnostic rate of CAAH can be improved by pathological examination of brain tissues and blood vessels;CAAH after surgery has high relapse rate and poor surgical results.

Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) displays normal or near-normal left ventricular ejection fraction, diastolic dysfunction, cardiac hypertrophy, and poor exercise capacity. Berberine, an isoquinoline alkaloid, possesses cardiovascular benefits. Adult male mice were assigned to chow or high-fat diet with L-NAME ("two-hit" model) for 15 weeks. Diastolic function was assessed using echocardiography and noninvasive Doppler technique. Myocardial morphology, mitochondrial ultrastructure, and cardiomyocyte mechanical properties were evaluated. Proteomics analysis, autophagic flux, and intracellular Ca2+ were also assessed in chow and HFpEF mice. The results show exercise intolerance and cardiac diastolic dysfunction in "two-hit"-induced HFpEF model, in which unfavorable geometric changes such as increased cell size, interstitial fibrosis, and mitochondrial swelling occurred in the myocardium. Diastolic dysfunction was indicated by the elevated E value, mitral E/A ratio, and E/e' ratio, decreased e' value and maximal velocity of re-lengthening (-dL/dt), and prolonged re-lengthening in HFpEF mice. The effects of these processes were alleviated by berberine. Moreover, berberine ameliorated autophagic flux, alleviated Drp1 mitochondrial localization, mitochondrial Ca2+ overload and fragmentation, and promoted intracellular Ca2+ reuptake into sarcoplasmic reticulum by regulating phospholamban and SERCA2a. Finally, berberine alleviated diastolic dysfunction in "two-hit" diet-induced HFpEF model possibly because of the promotion of autophagic flux, inhibition of mitochondrial fragmentation, and cytosolic Ca2+ overload.
