Objective To investigate the effect of mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) on the balance of Th1/ Th2 with different stimulations. Methods To inoculate MSC in 24-well tissue culture plates.after 3 days, added T lymphocytes co-stimulated by PMA and Ionomycin,or the MSC were added to the two-way mixed lymphocyte culture according to different proportion. The subsets and cytokines of T lymphocytes were analyzed by flow cytomety. Results Differentiation into Th1 of T lymphocytes activated by co-stimulation can be inhibited MSC;In MLC,CD8~+T cell subsets and Th1 were evidently decreased. But Th2 cells were slightly increased. Conclusion MSC can significantly suppress CD8~(+)T cell,Th1,increase Th2.MSC has potentialities of alleviating acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD) and maintaining graft versus leukemia(GVL).

Objective To investigate infectious complications and analyze their risk factors in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and provide clue for antibiotics treatment. Methods Patients with SLE admitted to our hospital between 2002 and 2007 were. reviewed, and the characteristics of their infections including the infection sites, pathogens and the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria were investigated. The suspected risk factors of infections in patients with SLE were selectod and then analyzed by chi-square test and Logistic regression. Results The prevalence of infection in this group of patients was 24.4% (130/533). One patient died from respiratory tract infection. The common infection sites were respiratory tract (56.9%), urinary tract (23.8%) and skin (18.5%). Bacteria were the most common pathogens of infections in SLId pa-tients (53.3%), the majority of which were gram-negative bacteria. The second major pathogen was fungus (39.2%), and the third was the combination of bacteria and fungus. There were 7 patients with tuberculosis. The common strains causing infections in SLE patients were. Escheriehia coli, Klebsiella pneumonea, Pseu-domonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albican. Antimicrobial susceptibility tests showod that the drug resistant rates increased rapidly. The gram-negative ones were sensitive to eefoperazone-sulbac-tam and carbopenems. The infection-related risk analysis suggested that the independent risk factors of infections in SLE patients included old age, hypopruteinemia, moderate anemia and high dose of eorticos-teruids treat-ment. Conclusion Those patients with infection-related risk factors should be monitored closely for infec-tions. Respiratory tract and urinary tract are the most common infectious sites in SLId patients, and gram-nega-tive bacteria are the major pathogens, so antibiotics such aa cefoperazone-sulbactam or carbopenems may be good choices before the result of antimicrobial susceptibility test information is available.

Objective To study the renal oncocytoma CT eosinophil performance, improve the rate of correct diagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of seven cases confirmed by pathology of renal oncocytoma CT.Results Tumor cortex to the growth mainly three cases to the pelvis grow mainly two cases, two cases are located entirely within the renal parenchyma.Plain;Four cases of tumor performance for the more homogeneous density.Three cases density uniform, which show two cases within Stelletta tenui Lindgren-sharp edge,low-density,one cases show multiple internal circular low-density category, there calcification in 2 cases.Enhanced cortex and medulla period was more homogeneous strengthen four cases, three cases heterogeneous enhance and strengthen below the renal cortex.Pelvis period density decreased, but the level not lower than the same muscle density, and normal kidney tissue clear, two cases showed a complete fake capsule. Conclusions Renal oncocytoma scar except center outside homogeneous enhancement, pelvis with a period of not less than muscle density levels, and normal kidney tissue.Coated with a complete sham and center when scar more precise diagnosis.Other typical performance required when combined with clinical analysis.

Background Researches have demonstrated that dexamethasone (Dex) can induce the changes of the function and structure of trabecular meshwork cells, and latrunculin A (Lat A) can enhance the outflow of aqueous humour and therefore low the intraocular pressure. Objective The aim of the present study is to investigate the effects of Dex and Lat A on the expression of protein in human trabecular meshwork cells. Methods Human trabecular meshwork cells were primarily cultured in DMEM using expand culture method and the fifth generation of cells were used to this experiment.Dex and/or Lat A were added in medium as 10~(-6)mol/L Dex group(Dex treating for 24 hours),Dex+Lat A group(10~(-6)mol/L Dex+2mmol/L Lat A for 24 hours),Lat A group(2mmol/L Lat A for 24 hours) and DMEM culture group. Two dimensional gel electrophoresis(2 DE) was used to compare the protein expressions among these four groups.Subsequently protein spots with different intensity were selected for mass spectrometry analysis. Results Four gel patterns of two dimensional gel electrophoresis of human trabecular meshwork cells from Dex,Dex+Lat A,Lat A and control groups were obtained.A good isolated result for majority of proteins in human trabecular meshwork cells was found in all of the four groups. An obvious expression difference of proteins in human trabecular meshwork cells was seen among the different culture conditions.Twenty four kinds proteins were identified by GDPiMALDI TOF MS,including cytoskeleton related proteins, heat shock proteins, redox related proteins, and proteins participating in carbohydrate metabolism. The expressions of aldehyde dehydrogenase(ADLH)and Rab were increased in Lat A group and decreased in Dex group, but HSP27 and hCRMP2 showed the contrary outcome. Conclusion This study construct the pattern of protein expression in human trabecular meshwork cells by using 2 DE.Dex and Lat A impact the protein expressions in human trabecular meshwork cells.

This study was aimed to establish a fast determination method of main components in honey. Honey samples from difference production bases were used as study objects. Transmission and reflection spectra of different honey samples were collected with the Fourier transform near infrared spectrometer. The main components in honey (moisture content, fructose content, glucose content and reducing sugar content) were detected by the near infrared quantitative analysis technique. The near infrared quantitative analysis models of moisture content, fructose content, glucose content and reducing sugar content in honey were established by the partial least squares (PLS). The results showed that the correlation coefficient (r) of the moisture content, fructose content, glucose content and reducing sugar content in honey were 0.997 25, 0.973 90, 0.927 94 and 0.952 68, respectively. The root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) were 0.165 (%), 0.564 (%), 1.300 (%) and 1.270 (%), respectively. It was concluded that determination of main components in honey by the near-infrared spectroscopy technology was a fast and nondestructive determination method with high accuracy, which can be used in the quantitative detection of main components in honey.

Literatures on arrhythmia induced by acute organophosphorous pesticide poisoning published in domestic journals from 1979 to 2010 were searched. Total 3468 cases of acute organophosphorous poisoning were collected and analyzed. The average abnormal ECC rate was (53 ±15)%(35. 4% -68. 4% ) in acute organophosphorous poisoning, the most common ECG abnormalities were ST-T segment changes (26. 5% ) and sinus tachycardia (16. 6% ). The rate and severity of ECG abnormalities were increased with the severity of organophosphorous poisoning(x2 = 33. 253,P < 0. 01). The most common causes of death in acute organophosphorous poisoning were ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation (26.2%).
