Objective:Reference to the risk loop in hospital accreditation spot tracing method, enhancing the management of medical equipment.Methods: By six link as planning, training, implementation, monitoring, feedback, improvement in the spot tracing method to implement the management of medical equipment.Results: Evaluate the risk level of medical equipment by the risk value evaluation, thereby setting clinical equipment training period and mode, and apply the result of training assessment to feedback adjusting ,use monitoring and use effect improving.Conclusion: By preventing and controlling the risk of medical equipment, the original medical management was promoted to a new level, more in line with the requirements of medical service safety and standardized level in hospital accreditation.

Objective To discuss the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in adenomyosis and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of COX-2 and VEGF was examined by immunohistochemistry SP method, in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium, compared with normal endometrium. Results (1) COX-2 expression in ectopic, eutopic endometrium with adenomyosis was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). No statistically significant difference was found between ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium group with adenomyosis (P0.05).(2) VEGF expressions in ectopic, eutopic endometrium with adenomyosis were both significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05); no statistically significant difference was found between ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium group (P0.05).(3) COX-2 and VEGF had the positive relativity in the ectopic endometriumal expression of adenomyosis patient (P<0.05). Conclusion COX-2 and VEGF may play a key role in adenomyosis. Both may have close relation in angiogenesis and may provide new targets for therapy of adenomyosis.

Objective To study the hygroscopicity of glucosamine sulfate powder.Methods Hygroscopic studies were conducted on glucosamine sulfate powder at 5℃ and 30℃ used gravimetric method,determined the equilibrium moisture content(EMC) and drew the moisture sorption isotherms.The experimental values were regressed using the BET model,calculated the monolayer moisture content.Results At 30℃,when water activity exceeded 0.43,samples agglomerated,browned and lose adsorbed water,EMC declined;At 5℃,the isotherm had typical ob-S shape,the EMC increased with water activity raising.At 30℃ and 5℃,the monolayer moisture content were 4.8633,5.5740g/100g respectively.Conclusion At 5,30℃ the appropriate aw for storage appeared to be below 0.3056,0.2784,respectively.

Objective To compare direct magnetic resonance(MR)arthrography with arthroscopy of the wrist for evaluation of injury in the triangular fibrocartilage complex(TFCC).Methods Fourteen cases with suspicion of injury of triangular fibrocartilage complex were performed with conventional MR and direct MR arthrography,10 cases were done by arthroscopy.In the direct MR arthrography,needle placement was obtained using clinical landmark under sterile technique and fluoroscopy,intra-articular injection was performed at the radius-scaphoid space with 5-7 ml 0.3%mixture of Gadolinium (0.1 mmol/L)and saline(0.3 ml Gd-DTPA+100 ml saline).The findings of MRI and MR arthrography were analyzed with results of arthroscopy.Resuits (1)Among 14 cases with injury of TFCC,there were ulnar tear in 5cases,radius tear in 4 cases,complete tear in 5 cases(included 2 cases with long term rheumatoid).(2)High signal intensity and isointensity signal of injury of TFCC were revealed on STIR or T2 WI and T1 WIrespectively,normal hypointensity signal of the TFCC was partially or completely absent.Contrast media at the ulnar insertion(5 cases with ulnar tear)or radius attachment of the TFCC(4 cases with radius tear)were seen in the MR arthrography with difierent extent,5 cases with complete tear showed contrast media at the both ulnar insertion and radius attachment of the TFCC.The findings of MR arthrography were well corresponded with results of arthroscopy on the lesion site,including ulnar tear in 3 cases,radius tear in 4cases and complete tear in 3 cases.(3)Among 14 cases with TFCC,8 cases had dislocation of radius-ulnar joint,6 cases had bone contusion of radius or ulnar,synovial reaction was also clearly depicted on conventional MRI and direct MR arthrography in all cases.Conclusion Compared with results of arthroscopy,direct MR arthrography can adequately reveal the injury of the triangular fibrocartilage complex,synovial reaction and edema changes are depicted on conventional MRI.

ObjectiveTo study the way for establishing prediction model of acute pancreatitis with secondary multiple organs dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in the early stage.MethodsThe linical data were collected from 113 hospitalized patients with acute pancreatitis admitted from October 2008 to October 2011.Some biomarkers within 48 h after the onset of acute pancreatitis were statistically analyzed by univariate and multivariate binary logistic regression analysis in order to establish the prediction model evaluated by the ROC curve. ResultsThere were statistically significant differences in lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ),serum creatinine ( CR),serum albumin ( P ＜ 0.05 ) identified by univariate regression analysis.These independent risk factors in the regression model were:ln (P/1 -P) =2.243 +0.002 × LDH + 0.014 × CR - 0.186 × ABL,likelihood ratio test ( x2 =66.46,P =0.000) ; in the ROC curve analysis:AUC 0.927 (95％ CI:0.875 -0.980),the best cut- off value of the model predicting probability was 0. 177 (sensitivity 82. 14％,specificity 85.88％,correctly classified 84.96％ ).ConclusionsEfficient prediction model could be set up by the logistic regression analyzing the early risk factors in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome following acute pancreatitis.

Objective:To check the clinical effect of Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine.Method:Sixteen volunteers are divided into two groups.Members of the first group which is the corresponding group listen to news material in the sober state and then answer the questionnaire.At last their EEG is collected.Members of the second group listen to the same material in the sober state and they are stimulated at the forehead and temporal area by Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine at the same time.They also answer the questionnaire under the magnetic stimulation at forehead and their EEG is collected,too.Result:Answers of the second group are obviously better than the first group.The power spectrum of EEG at the forehead,temporal,parietal region and even the whole brain area in the first group is stronger than that of the second.Conclusion:Multi-channel Brain Magnetic Stimulation Machine excites brain in a way and then helps people complete the job better.

Objective To evaluate the effect of direct stenting on no-reflow in patients with ST-segment elevation (STEMI) acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 157 patients with STEMI received direct stenting (DS,n=85) or conventional post-dilation stenting (CS,n=72). The time of X-ray exposure, the amount of contrast media consumed, the TIMI grading after stenting and ST-segment changes of electrocardiogram were compared between two groups.
