Under the background of the new medical reform, a large variety of traditional Chinese medicine from complicated sources, Chinese traditional medicine of actor of true and false of the quality directly affect the drug safety and clinical efficacy, but also relate to the social and economic benefits of hospital. Along with the development of the modern management of medical institutions and drug circulation circulation system reform in our country, the hospital drug inventory, supply and management work is an important topic for the pharmaceutical trading. However, there is always contradiction, dispensary need to supple pharmacy, in order to satisfy the demands of hospital patients with normal diagnosis and treatment work. However, if the drug inventory is too much, not only increases the drug monitoring problem, at the same time, but also causes storage costs rise. Therefore, completing scientific and reasonable storage and management becomes urgent problems at present. Wherefore, our country administration of traditional Chinese medicine in 2007 promulgated the "Chinese traditional medicine yinpian management norms in hospital", aims to standardize management of Chinese traditional medicine quality and improve the safety of drugs. The author through looking up information and visiting survey, to understand the currently existing problems, and summarizes the literature inland and abroad in recent years Chinese medicine drug inventory management work experience, in view of status quo of Chinese medicine inventory management in China, put forward the solution. To guarantee TCM pharmacy management more standardized, more standard, to adapt to the new reform of Chinese traditional medicine industry, improve the management level of hospital, defend the hospital's reputation and the patient's interests.

OBJECTIVE: To review the pathological and clinical features and treatment of sinonasal malignant melanoma. METHOD: A retrospective analysis of 23 cases of sinonasal malignant melanoma. All the patients were conformed by histopathology, the most common symptoms were nasal obstruction and epistexis. Eight cases were treated with surgery, 8 with surgery and radiotherapy, 5 with surgery and chemotherapy, 2 with surgery and ra- diotherapy plus chemotherapy. RESULT: Twenty patients were followed up, the survival rates of 3 and 5 years were 50% (10/20) and 35% (7/20), respectively. CONCLUSION Sinonasal malignant melanoma has an aggressive behavior and easy recurrence and poor prognosis. Early diagnosis and reasonable treatment can increase the survival rate of the disease.

Objective To study the expression of adiponectin in the peripheral blood of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA),and discuss its role in the pathogenesis of RA.Methods Fifty-three patients with RA and 31 healthy controls were enrolled in the study.The level of adiponectin in the peripheral blood were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method and the relation with clinical and laboratory parameters were analyzed.The stastistical analysis was carried out with independent t-test,one-way ANOVA and Spearman correlation analysis.Results The level of the adiponectin in rheumatoid arthritis patients [(12±8) μg/ml] was higher than control group [(8±4) μg/ml],with statistically significant difference (t=3.694,P=0.002).The level of adiponectin of the experimental group was negatively correlated with rheumatoid factor (RF),anti-cyclic centrullinated peptides (anti-CCP) (r=-0.301,r=-0.290,P＜0.05) and positively correlated with the levels of globulin (GLO),IgA and IgM (r=0.492,r=0.431,r=0.485,P＜0.05),while no significant correlation (P＞0.05) with erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),C reactive protein (CRP),disease activity score in 28 joints (DAS28),Body mass index (BMI),anti streptolysin O (ASO),IgG,liver and kidney function,triglyceride (TG) and cholesterol (TC),C3,C4 levels and prothrombin time (PT) series.The level of adiponectin of the whole experimental group was not significantly correlated with BMI (r=0.142,P＞0.05),but negatively correlated with BMI (r=0.197,P＜0.05) in patients with 10-15 years courses of disease.Conclusion Related to RF and CCP,adiponectin may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic inflammation of RA.

Objective To understand the status of depression and compare with the same age group of Chinese norms of CES-D in urban areas and analyze its potential influencing factors among male nursing undergraduates.Methods In this cross-sectional study,the CES-D and self-made questionnaire were administrated to 102 male nursing undergraduates from two schools of nursing through two-stage random sampling.Results The prevalence of depression was 14.0％,and the score of nursing undergraduates was (11.00±6.37) points,which had no significant difference from the scores of the same age group of Chinese norms in urban areas.Univariate analysis showed that coming from countryside,worse interpersonal relationship,worse career prospect,getting no attention from parents had some significant association with depression.Multivariate analysis showed that worse career prospect and getting no attention from parents associated with lower CES-D scores.Condusions For male nursing undergraduates,efforts should be given from the aspects of families and career prospects to improve their psychological health condition,and reserve qualified resources for nursing profession.

Objective To describe the mastery of knowledge about antihypertensive drugs of clinical nurses in one tertiary comprehensive hospital of Beijing.Methods Purposive sampling was used to recruit 195 clinical nurses who were working in one tertiary comprehensive hospital in Beijing.The demographic questionnaire,knowledge of antihypertensive drugs questionnaire were filled.Results The score of knowledge of antihypertensive drugs Questionnaire was (45.63 ± 3.79) points;different education,wishes to take part in hypertension related knowledge training had significant differences (t =2.007,2.049,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Knowledge of antihypertensive drugs of clinical nurses in Beijing was at medium level.Those who indicated that it was not matter whether to attend hypertension related knowledge training and had low level of education had more problems in knowledge of antihypertensive drugs.

Aim To observe the effect of dopamine (DA) and its antagonist on the electrical activities of pain excitation neurons (PEN) in the caudate nucleus (Cd) of morphine dependent rats. Methods The right sciatic nerve was stimulated by train of electrical impulses as noxious stimuli to morphine dependent rats.The electrical discharges of PEN in Cd were recorded with glass microelectrode to observe influences of intracerebroventricular (icv) injection of DA and droperidol on the electrical activities of PEN. Results DA could decrease excitabilities of PEN in Cd of morphine dependent rats. Conclusion Results suggest that the depression of DA on PEN response in Cd of morphine dependent rats might be blocked by droperidol.

Objective To study the effects of desflurane on Ca 2+-ATPase activity isolated rat cardiac myocyte plasma membrane ,for the mechanisms of its inhibitory myocardial function.Methods The effects of different concentration desflurane(0%-11%) on Ca 2+-ATPase activity were studied at different calcium concentration(04-20?mol/L) and at 25℃ or 37℃Results Ca 2+-ATPase activity wan depressed by desflurane,the greater inhibitory effect,the higher desflurane concentration,and more severely at low calcium concentration or at 37℃ than at high calcium concentration or at 25℃Conclusions At clinical concentration desflurane produces tha inhibitory effect on rat cardiac myocyte plasma membrane Ca 2+-ATPase activity dose-dependently,which may in part explain its depression on myocardial function.

Objective To investigate the high-risk factors of premenstrual acne to provide evidence for disease prevention and treatment.MethodsA total of 660 patients with premenstrual acne during February 2006 and October 2009 were retrospectively reviewed.Pillshbury method was used for diagnose and classification of premenstrual acne.Six hundred and sixty complete questionnaires were received for statistic analysis.Results Age and season showed no effect on moderate to sever premenstrual acne.However,spicy and fried food(x2=5.68),mental stress(x2=14.58),gastrointestinal disorders(x2=8.07),family history(x2=12.79),longer hairs around areolas(X2=11.88),and thyroid gland,adrenal gland or adnexal cysts(x2=9.72)had significantimpact on moderate to severpremenstrual acne(all P＜0.05).In addition.inflammatory papules on frontal partress were found in 67.4% of moderate premenstmal acne.ConclusionFood intake,mental health,gastrointestinal disorders,family history,longer hair around areolas,and thyroid gland,adrenal gland,adnexal cysts may be high-risk factors of premenstrual acne.
