Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):155-156
Objective To analyze the effect of modified Yulin Decoction on hormones and ovarian function in patients with premature ovarian failure (POF).Methods 142 cases of patients with POF and kidney-yang deficiency syndrome were selected and randomLy divided into the control group (n=64) and the observation group (n=78).Levels of serum hormones and ovarian function, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom score in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores and levels of hormones. After treatment, levels of serum FSH, LH and E2 were significantly decreased in the two groups, and the changes were more obvious in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, TCM symptom scores of two groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yulin Decoction is significantly effective in the treatment of POF of spleen and kidney-yang deficiency syndrome. It can significantly improve the level of estrogen, adjust endocrine and relieve clinical symptoms.

Objective To investigate and compare PM2.5pollution levels in Taiyuan and Beijing and to study the DNA damage induced by PM2.5.Methods PM2.5pollution levels in Taiyuan with coal smoke pollution and in Beijing with mixing air pollution typed by coal smoke and automobil exhaust were monitored, and the DNA damage induced by PM2.5was detected by single cell gel-electrophoresis(SCGE)(Comet assay)using human alveolar epithelial cell line A549(A549cells).Results The PM2.5pollution levels in Taiyuan and Beijing during winter were0.132-0.681mg /m 3 and0.028-0.436mg /m 3 respective-ly.PM2.5could induce DNA damage in A549cells after exposure to doses of5,50and200?g /ml for12h and24h-incuba-tion.Compared with the negative control group, there were significant differences(P

Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):671-673
With accelerated population aging, traditional pension mode cannot adapt the diversified medical and nursing requirements of the elders. Therefore, it should reposition the function of medical service in pension career and encourage combining medical service with pension service. Through the methods of setting medical insti-tutions in pension institutions with conditions, developing social pension service in medical institutions, pension in-stitutions cooperating with medical institutions, both professional medical service and basic pension service would be offered to the elders, and thus to realize the integration of medical and nursing resources and to improve health con-dition of the elders.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2012;(10):1246-1248
Objective To compare the severity of kidney injury following liver transplantation performed under sevoflurane versus propofol combined anesthesia in patients. Methods Fifty ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ patients of both sexes, aged 40-64 yr,weighing 47-85 kg,scheduled for elective orthotopic liver transplantation, were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =25 each) ∶ propofol combined anesthesia group (group P) and sevoflurane combined anesthesia group (group Se).During maintenance of anesthesia, propofol was given by target-controlled infusion and the target plasma concentration was 2-4 μg/ml in group P,and sevoflurane was continuously inhaled and the endtidal concentration was maintained at 1.0%-3.0% in group Se.Venous blood samples and urine specimens were taken immediately before skin incision (T0),at 30 min after occlusion of the inferior vena cava (T1),at 30 min of neohepatic phase (T2),at the end of surgery (T3),and at 1,3 and 5 days after operation (T4-6) for determination of serum concentrations of creatinine (Cr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and urinary β2-MG concentrations. Results Compared with group P,the serum concentrations of Cr,BUN and β2-MG and urinary β2-MG concentrations were significantly lower at T3,4 in group Se (P < 0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The severity of kidney injury is reduced in patients undergoing liver transplantation performed under sevoflurane combined anesthesia compared with that under propofol combined anesthesia.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(18):2529-2530
Objective To evaluate the detection efficiency of residual reagent used in electrochemiluminescence immunoassay an-alyzer .Methods Alpha fetoprotein (AFP) ,carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA) and total prostate specific antigen(TPSA) were de-tected by using remaining reagents .The precision and recovery rate of remaining reagents were analyzed .Referring to the document of NCCLS EP9-A2 ,8 clinic samples were detected everyday by residual reagent and new reagent respectively .The test results of to-tal 40 samples were recorded within 5 days .The test results derived from 2 kinds of reagents were analyzed comparatively and their bias was evaluated by using new reagent as a control method and residual reagent as experimental methods .Results The within-run and between-run coefficients of variation(CV) of the 3 items measured by residual reagents in low and high levels of quality control products met the related standard .The recovery rate was variable from 90% to 110% .The test rewults of the 2 kinds of reagents were positively correlated(r2 >0 .95) .Their anticipated biases were within allowed biases on the medical decision level of CEA ,AFP and T PSA .Conclusion Residual reagent of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer can meet the clinical practice needs , which also can ensure the quality of measurement and the reduction of the cost .

0.05). There was no correlation between Bcl-2 and Fas positive cells and acetylcholine receptor antibody serum titre, disease grouping, age and sex in patients with or without hyperplastic thymic and thymoma. Conclusions In MG patients, the expression of Bcl-2 in hyperplastic thymus is upregulated. There is no correlation between the expression of apoptotic genes Bcl-2 and Fas and clinic relative factors.

AIM:To investigate the relevance of the proliferation of megakaryocytic cell line-HEL stimulated by the recombinant human interleukin-13 (IL-13) to the expression of pro-oncogene c-mpl in HEL cells. METHODS: MTT colorimetric assay and reverse transcrition polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) are separately used in this study to observe the effect on the proliferation of HEL cells and the expression of c-mpl mRNA in HEL cells by rhIL-13. RESULTS: RhIL-13 stimulated the proliferation of HEL cells and upregulated the expression of c-mpl mRNA in HEL cells. CONCLUSION: Our results suggest that rhIL-13 stimulated the proliferation of HEL cells and provide the evidence that its mechanism is partly because of increasing the pro-oncogene c-mpl expression in HEL cells.
10.Thearpeutic effect observation of intra-arterial thrombolysis for treatment of acute cerebral infarction
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of intra-arterial thrombolysis (IATT) in acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods 15 patients with ACI were treated with IATT using Urokinase(UK). All patients were assessed by DSA before and after IATT. The stroke scale(ESS and NIHSS) and Barthel Index(BI) were used before and 2 h,48 h,15 d ,30 d after treatment for appraising thearpeutic effect . Results After IATT, the sides of obliterated middle cerebral artery in 12 patients were completely re-circulated. Compared with before IATT, the scores of ESS, NIHSS and BI were significantly improvement at 2 h,48 h,15 d and 30 d after IATT(P
