1.Differentiation and analysis on YAN Ming-guang and XU Feng's Najia fa (day-prescription of acupoints).
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(1):89-91
The traditional Najiafa (day-prescription of acupoints) can be classified into two schools of YAN Ming-guang and XU Feng. The author studied the YAN Ming-guang and XU Feng Najia fa from the aspects of the academic source, selection of points, existing researches and current application. When compared between the two schools, it is held that Najia fa of YAN Ming-guang school more accords with the law of point selection according to Ziwu Liuzhu Zhenfa (acupuncture based on the midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine) in following the original doctrine, selection of points on the base of day-prescription, and time-meridian relation of Sanjiao (triple energizer) and Pericardium meridians. Therefore, it is concluded that the YAN's Najia fa should not be neglected and forgotten. Its inheritage and further study should be carried out so as to enrich the ways of study as well as the prevention and treating methods in clinic.

4.Correlation between the dosage of premixed insulin analogue treatment and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion treatment in type 2 diabetes
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2011;27(10):828-829
To observe the patients with type 2 diabetes who were injected premixed insulin analogues after short time continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion( CSII ) treatment. It was found that the patients needed premixed insulin analogue injection 2 times daily when the dosage of CSII was less than 45 U/d,and 3 times daily when the dosage was greater than 45 U/d.The relationship of dosages between premixed insulin analogue treatment ( Y ) and CSII treatment(X) was calculated by following equations:2 times daily premixed insulin analogue treatment:Y =13.093 +0.395X,3 times daily premixed insulin analogue treatment:Y =23.114+0.405X.
5.Gene polymorphism and physical constitution theory: starting point of exploring syndromes of lung cancer.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2010;8(1):15-9
Physical constitution theory is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine theory. Physical constitution is associated with the incidence, development and prognosis of diseases. Gene polymorphism is a result of the interaction between internal and external environments during the human evolution, and it is the reason for differences in biological characteristics and disease susceptibility of individuals. Current status of the research on physical constitution theory, lung cancer syndromes and gene polymorphism are summarized in this paper. Exploring lung cancer syndromes from the point of view of gene polymorphism may reveal the scientific connotation of lung cancer syndromes, and provide new evidence and method for diagnosis of lung cancer.
6.Construction and application of monitoring platform for medical response to nuclear or radiological emergency
China Medical Equipment 2014;(6):7-10
Objective: In order to implement effectively on-scene medical response to a nuclear or radiological emergency, and also keep track of relevant on-scene audio and video information and monitoring data, we have designed and developed a monitoring platform for medical response to nuclear or radiological emergency. Methods:Based on relevant national standards for emergency response and the features of nuclear or radiological emergency, exploiting modern information technology and monitoring equipments, we formulate the design idea, characteristics, functions and framework of the platform. This platform takes treatment centers for nuclear or radiological injuries, designated medical institutions and medical response teams as main users. Results:We have developed the monitoring platform for medical response to nuclear or radiological emergency. Conclusion:Through the application of this platform, we hope to enhance the preparedness and on-scene response capability for nuclear or radiological emergency, and also provide information support for disposal of nuclear or radiological emergency in the future.
7.The effects of exercise to kidney
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;05(1):14-15
This article summarizes the effects of intense exercise on the structure and function of the kidney, the possible mechanism of the changes of the structure and function of the kidney and the research state of the improvement of the function of the kidney by the medicine. The research suggests the intense exercise will lead to the damage of the renal tubules and the glomerulus, the increase of the LPO of the kidney tissue, the decrease of the activity of SOD,the appearance of the exercise-induced albuminuria,exercise-induced hematuria.Vitamine E,Vitamine C,GSH have some protective effect on the structure and function of the kidney.
8.Diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in hematoma of soft tissues
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(17):24-26
Objective To study the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in hematoma of soft tissues, and compare the images of different period of hematoma. Method Analyzed and compared the size, shape and sonographic characteristic of 46 cases with hematoma. Results The images of hematoma were round or oval in shape, more than 2.0 cm in trans-diameter, and were isoechoic or hypocchoic in the early stage, then anoechoic areas increased with hyperechoic septum and irregular hypoechoic, with posterior enhancement and hyperechoic boundary. A part of muscle fibres raptured and were occupied by the hematoma if the muscle tore. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography can be the first choice and reliable imaging method to diagnose hematoma of soft tissues.
9.Idiopathic carpal tunnel syndrome:a saddle-spaded transverse carpal ligament and its ;significances
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2016;50(5):367-370
Objective To explore the MRI characteristics of saddle transverse carpal ligament (TCL)of patients with idiopathic carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). Methods The clinical diagnosis of 21 cases of idiopathic CTS patients (22 wrists) were retrospectively analyzed and as the idiopathic CTS group. Thirty two patients without CTS symptoms or TCL and volar soft tissue lesions (33 wrist joints) were selected as the control group. Patients in two groups were both conducted with sagittal and axial MRI scan of wrist joint to observe the form of the TCL, determine whether the TCL saddle and calculate the TCL palmar concave curvature and the median nerve compression rate. The differences of the morphology of the TCL of patients in two groups were compared by Chi?square criterion, and the difference of the TCL palmar concave curvature were compared by non parametric test. The relativity of TCL palmar correlation concave curvature and compression ratio of the median nerve of patients with idiopathic CTS was evaluated by the Pearson correlation analysis. Results The sagittal plane of patients with idiopathic CTS was upper, saddle shaped TCL was dented to the palmar and the concave point most frequently located in the hamate hook. Thirty one patients were with saddle shaped TCL (20 patients with idiopathic CTS and 11 patients in the control group) and 24 patients were with non saddle shaped TCL (2 patients with idiopathic CTS and 22 patients in the control group) as the standard of saddle shaped TCL concave 0.25 mm and the difference of the morphology of the TCL of patients in two groups had statistical significance (χ2= 17.791, P<0.01). The median of TCL palmar concave curvature of patients with idiopathic CTS and patients in the control group was 8.49%and 0.00%, respectively, the difference of which was statistically significant (Z=-4.79, P<0.01). The level of the median nerve, the TCL palmar concave curvature [(7.88+4.28)%] and the median nerve compression rate [(39.36 + 19.43)% ] of patients with idiopathic CTS were positively correlated (r=0.714, P<0.01). Conclusions Saddle shaped TCL is the characteristic manifestation of patients with idiopathic CTS. The TCL sagittal concave palm and median nerve compression percentage rate are both helpful to the accurate diagnosis.
