3.Imaging features of Alport syndrome combined with huge esophageal and gastric leiomyoma
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2014;13(9):730-733
Alport syndrome is a hereditary glomerular basement membrane disease.Hematuria, sensorineural deafness and progressive renal function impairment is the main clinical symptoms.Alport syndrome can be associated with ocular abnormalities, and a few of patients were complicated with diffuse leiomyoma. The incidence of Alport syndrome with diffuse leiomyoma is low,and it mainly invades esophagus, the trachea and female genital tract,et al.Patients with Alport syndrome and diffuse leiomyoma have difficulty in swallowing and postprandial vomiting, recurrent bronchitis symptoms and dyspnea.Diffuse leiomyoma is commonly seen in the esophagus.Alport syndrome with huge esophageal and gastric leiomyoma is rarely seen in clinical practice. In this article, the imaging manifestations of Alport syndrome combined with huge esophageal and gastric leiomyoma is summarized to improve the understanding and diagnostic accuracy of this disease.
4.ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVILIES OF SEVERAL SEAWEEDS IN QINGDAO COAST
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Duplicate plates methods and two purposive extraction methods (extracting phenols with 80% ethanol for 3 times after extracting lipids with other for 13 hours in soxhlot extractor)were used to research antimicrobial ability of nine common seaweeds in Qingdao coast. All extracts of nine seaweeds showed considerable activity against Bacillus subtilis, however, only three extracts, belonging to three species respectively, were effective against Escherichia coli. Several seaweeds not showing antimicrobial activity in previous tests showed considerabal effects. Gas chromatography was applied to analyse the contents of fatty acids in six kinds of lipids. C12-C22 saturated and unsaturated fatty acids were detected but no positive relation between the contents of unsaturated fatty acids and inhibition abilities were found.

Xiaoyong XU ; Yi SHI ;
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(10):-
Small cell lung cancer, most malignant and highly aggressive has a high relapse rate due to drug resistance. Potential strategies as high dose chemotherapy with autologous bone marrow transplantation and analysis on genes of metastases are focused on. In spite of great improvement, methods and clinic significances of bone marrow micrometastases are still to be determinated. Bone micrometastases may be a resort to clarify the mechanism of metastases.
6.Pulmonary vascular development, diagnosis and treatment for pulmonary hypertension in preterm in-fants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(12):811-814
It is well known that pulmonary hypertension(PH) is one severe complication of bron-chopulmonary dysplasia( BPD) that is associated with high mortality. Aberrant pulmonary vascular growth, abnormal vasoreactivity and pulmonary vascular remodeling may ultimately lead to PH. Symptoms of PH of-ten overlap those of BPD itself. Furthermore, the emergence of symptoms may indicate that the disease has already progressed to a late, less reversible phase, thereby supporting arguments for screening all infants at risk. Echocardiography is non-invasive and widely available, and is currently the most commonly used screen-ing modality for PH in infants with BPD. Because the incidence of associated cardiovascular anomalies is high, cardiac catheterization and CT scanning of the chest should be considered in all infants who have signifi-cant PH despite optimal management of their lung disease. Early diagnosis and aggressive specific drug thera-py can improve the outcome for these patients.
7.Clinical study on the treatment of non small cell lung cancer with the combination of Shenqi Fuzheng injection and EP chemotherapy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(17):2580-2583
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with EP chemotherapy in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and to improve the quality of life and side effects. Methods 60 cases of NSCLC were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with EP,the observation group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection for two courses. The life quality and adverse effects were observed. Results The quality of life of the two groups after treatment was compared, the difference was statistically significant (93.3% vs 70.0%,χ2 =2.83,P <0.05),the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The white blood cell reduction, anemia and liver and kidney function damage between the two groups had statistically significant differences (P =0.011,0.025,0.016),the adverse reaction of the observation group was less than the control group. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with EP regimen in the treatment of NSCLC can protect bone marrow hematopoietic function and improve the quality of life of patients with NSCLC chemotherapy. It can be used as one mean of Chinese and western treatment for patients with NSCLC in clinical application.
8.Efficacy and safety of psychological intervention combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-Coated Capsules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):274-275
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of psychological intervention combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-Coated Capsules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from May 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital. The subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given repaglinide treatment, given metformin treatment of Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-Coated Capsules on the basis of the experimental group, psychological intervention on the mental status of patients and patients, strengthen communication and exchanges, increase confidence in the treatment and the treatment compliance of patients. Results After the corresponding treatment, the patients in the experimental group and the control group had no serious adverse reactions, and the safety was better. The probability of hypoglycemia in the experimental group (15%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (5%), with statistical difference (P<0.05). Before treatment, the fasting blood glucose levels of the experimental group and the control group were (9.21±2.31) and (9.38±2.28) nmol / L, and there was no significant difference between the two groups, and there was no statistical significance The fasting blood glucose level (7.31±1.02), nmol / L in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.90±0.82) nmol / L. The effect of diabetes treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-Coated Capsules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has high efficacy and low incidence of adverse reactions. It has clinical significance.
9.Issues that challenge our attention about B-type natriuretic peptide and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide in clinical use
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(01):-
BNP (B-type natriuretic peptide) and NT-proBNP (N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide) are peptide hormones secreted by the heart.Recently, many researches have described that BNP and NT-proBNP were useful markers for the diagnosis of heart failure. We should develop these assays correctly on the basis of full understanding of biological characteristics and guide clinical use for them in medical laboratories.
10.An in Vitro Test of Propolis against Trichomonas vaginalis
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1997;0(06):-
Cultured T.vaginalis was used for the anti-trichomonas test at different times, concentrations of propolis and densities of the parasites. After being cultured for 0,6,12,24 hrs,the survival rate of the parasites was(91.50?3.11)%,(43.00?6.83)%,(22.25?5.32)% and(11.50?5.74)% respectively with a significant difference between propolis group and the control.Under the concentrations of 0.24,0.48,0.96,1.92,3.84 and 7.68(mg/ml) with 24 hrs culture, the survival rate was(88.00?5.29)%,(92.67?4.16)%,(90.0?6.00)%,(84.00?4.00)%,(2.67?1.15)%,and 0 respectively. The results showed that propolis possesses clear in vitro anti-trichomonas activity which is relevant to the duration of culture and the concentration of the agent.
