1.Analysis of allergen skin prick test in children with bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the outcome of allergen skin prick test in children with bronchial asthma,and propose prevention strategy.Methods Sensitinogen prick test on the skin was applied on 200 children who were in asthma clinic of our hospital between Mar 2007 and Oct 2010.Then,the distribution of sensitinogen and their correlation with age and sex were analysed by SPSS 17.0.Results (1) The positive rate of sensitinogen prick test in 200 children with asthma was 72.5%(145/200).The positive rate of inhalant allergen and ingestion allergen were 62.5%(125/200),14.0%(28/200),respectively,of which dermatophagoides farinae,dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,outdoor mould,mugwort,cat epidermis,tree Ⅰ,egg,milk were 36.5%,40.5%,19.0%,17.0%,17.0%,13.0%,8.0%,5.5% respectively.(2) The frequency of sensitivity to cat epidermis,mugwort,outdoor mold and tree Ⅰ increased with age and the frequency of sensitivity to egg and milk decreases with age.The sensitivity rate to all other allergens had no relation with sex.(3) The severity of sensitivity to dermatophagoides farinae,dermatophagoides,ragweed and pigweed increased with age,while severity of sensitivity had no significant relation with sex among the 18 kinds of allergens.Conclusion Dermatophagoides farinae,dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,outside mould,mugwort,tree Ⅰ,cat epidermis,egg and milk are the major allergens in children with bronchial asthma,who should avoid contact with these facters.
3.Analysis of Drugs Used in 10 Hospitals of Hunan Province From 1996 to 2000

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the current situation and developing trend of drugs used in 10 hospitals of Hunan Province from 1996 to 2000, and to serve as reference for drug production, marketing and clinical application .METHODS:The sum of money and percentages of different kinds of drugs used each year were added up separately.RESULTS: The sum of money of drugs consumed was increasing at a rate of 18% each year.About 40% of the money was spent on anti - infective drugs and 20% on imported drugs.CONCLUSION: The sum of money of drugs consumed will grow year by year .The clinical use of drugs will be more rational and of more choices,but the sum of money spent on imported drugs will decrease.

5.Simultaneous determination of four kinds of components in Erchen Decoction by UPLC-MS/MS

Objective:To develop the UPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of hesperidin, oleanolic acid, ephedrine and glycyrrhizic acid in Erchen Decoction. Methods:The separation was performed on Phenomenex Gemini C18, isocratic elution was carried out with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile - 2 mmol/L ammonium formate. The mass spectrometer was operated in the positive and negative ionization electrospray (ESI) mode using multiple monitoring (MRM) for analysis of four components. External standard methods fix quantity. The precursor to product ion transitions monitored for hesperidin, oleanolic acid, ephedrine and glycyrrhizic acid were m/z 611.2→303.1, 455.2→407.2, 166.2→148.2 and 821.4→350.9, respectively. Results:Hesperidin, oleanolic acid, ephedrine and glycyrrhizic acid were all analyzed exactly, the linear ranges were 0.010 0-0.400 0, 0.006 3-0.250 0, 0.012 5-0.500 0, 0.002 5-0.100 0 ng, respectively. The r were 0.998 2, 0.998 8, 0.999 4 and 0.999 1, respectively. The recovery rateof the four analytes ranged from 98.45% to 102.60% and the RSD were all below 1.67%. Conclusion:This UPLC-MS/MS method is sensitive, accurate and suitable hwhich could be applied for the determination of hesperidin, oleanolic acid, ephedrine and glycyrrhizic acid in Erchen Decoction.
6.Research progress on competency models for practitioners in the field of nutrition and food hygiene

This paper reviews the currently research on competency of practitioners in the field of nutrition and food hygiene at home and abroad. Through literature review, it's found that the there are few researches on competency in China at present. Furthermore, compared with foreign countries, there are several issues in China, such as the methods and index system setting. However, due to different national conditions, there are significant differences in the demand for nutrition and food hygiene practitioners, related disciplines and characteristics between China and abroad. Therefore, when drawing lessons from foreign models, we should appropriately make adjustments according to China's national conditions. This review will provide references for further research on establishing a set of scientific and standardized competency evaluation indexes for practitioners in the field of nutrition and food hygiene with Chinese characteristics.

9.The relation between clinical prognosis and blood pressure after acute inferior myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in short-term prognosis of acute inferior myocardial infarction patients .Methods A total of 80 patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction received 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring after enrolled .According to the results of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monito-ring ,eligible patients were divided into dipper model group(n=29) and non-dipper model group(n=51) .Clinical information was collected and all patients were followed-up for major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) .Results The rate of intravenous thrombolysis in dipper model group was significantly higher than that in non-dipper model group(t=4 .120 ,P=0 .021) .Night mean systolic blood pressure and night mean diastolic blood pressure were all significantly lower in dipper model group than in non-dipper model group(t=2 .032 ,P=0 .040 ;t=3 .175 ,P=0 .002) .The rate of cumulative MACE in non-dipper model group was significant-ly higher than that in dipper model group(t=2 .626 ,P=0 .041) .Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that ,daytime mean systolic blood pressure(<90 mm Hg) was independent risk factor of MACE(P=0 .018 ,OR=1 .298) ,dipper model blood pressure (P=0 .019 ,OR=0 .769) and intravenous thrombolysis(P=0 .007 ,OR=0 .520) were protective factors for MACE .Conclusion Parameters of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring are closely correlated with prognosis of acute inferior myocardial infarction pa-tients ,and the change of blood pressure model is an important factor for short-term prognosis .
10.Effect of subinhibitory concentrations of antibiotics on Staphylococcus aureus producing panton-valentine leukocidin

Objective To explore the effect of subinhibitory concentrations (sub-MICs) of four antibiotics on pan-ton-valentine leucocidin ( PVL ) expression by Staphylococcus aureus . Methods Eight strains of PVL-positive Staphylococcus aureus were isolated by PCR. The MICs of these antibiotics were determined by constant dilution. then, PVL expression of Staphylococcus aureus was measured at different MICs of these antibiotics by ELISA. Re-sults Clindamycin, linezolid and tigecycline all could reduce the expression of PVL at 1 / 8 MIC ~ 1 / 2 MIC. after 4 and 6 hours of culturing, the relative PVL mRNA expression was reduced about 17% ~ 82% , 8% ~ 85% and 11% ~ 78% by clindamycin, linezolid and tigecycline, respectively. The protein expression of PVL was reduced by 65% and 83% under 1 / 4 and 1 / 2 MIC of clindamycin, and reduced by 40% and 61% under 1 / 4 and 1 / 2 MIC of linezolid, and reduced by 61% only at 1 / 2 MIC of tigecycline. There had no effect of vancomycin on PVL expres-sion. Conclusion The effects of four antibiotics on PVL expression at sub-MICs were different. Clindamycin and linezolid could significantly reduced PVL expression. Tigecycline colud reduced PVL expression only at high sub-MICs. Vancomycin had no effect.
