1.Statistics method for the segmentation evaluation of the head MRI
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
This paper introduces a statistics method for the segmentation evaluation for the head MRI. A new evaluation scheme proposed, the evaluation result is analyzed objectively by the statistic method. Genetic neural network algorithm proves with a stronger antinoise ability than other ones. The statistic method is helpful for evaluating the segmentation objectively.

3.Is the location of acupoint unchangeable?.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(11):1194-1202
Acupoint,as the special body surface part where the qi of zang-fu and meridians infuses, arouses the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion. Through the exploration for the origin and the evolution of acupoint, and the integration of the related data about acupuncture-moxibustion theory and modern research, it is believed that acupoint is not fixed and it may be in a state of dynamic change. Also, it is bound up with body function. Acupoint is relatively static and the location is immobile while the body is in normal physiological status. When the body is under pathological condition, however, it is activated and the position is correspondingly changed.

4.Treatment of polypoid lesions of gallbladder by Traditional Chinese Medicine
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(3):276-277
This article reviewed literatures on the treatment of polypoid lesions of gallbladder(PLG) with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in recent years. The research showed that TCM has satisfied therapeutic effects on PLG, which can avoid unnecessary operation. But the systemic theoretic and experimental studies have been insufficient, and further studies are needed.
5.C-reactive protein and atherosclerotic inflammation
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2009;25(12):2487-2490
Inflammation plays a pivotal role in atherogenesis. In addition to being a potent predictive and prognostic marker for major cardiovascular events, recent evidence indicates that C-reactive protein (CRP) might directly promote atherogenesis by exerting direct effects on vascular cells. Thus, CRP will become important novel pharmaceutical targets for the treatment of atherosclerosis. This review presents an overview of the current knowledge about the pathological role of CRP in atherosclerosis initiation and progression.
6.Analysis of risk factors for hypoalbuminemia in patients with apoplectic scquela
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2012;(10):772-774
To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 305 cases with apoplectic sequela admitted at our general geriatric nursing ward from January 2000 to December 2011.The subjects were divided into 2 groups:hypoalbuminemia and non-hypoalbuminemia.Advanced age (OR =5.624),chronic heart failure (OR =2.298),conscious disturbance (OR =1.575),dysphagia (OR =1.565),complete bedridden (OR=2.874),pneumonia (OR =3.725) and bedsore (OR =5.336) were risk factors for hypoalbuminemia in the patients with apoplectic sequela. And hyperglycemia(OR =0.066)was a protective factor for it.
7.Effect of telbivudine on serum IL-18,IL-12, IL-37 and TNF-αlevels in patients with HBV-related hepatocirrhosis
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(11):130-132
Objective To explore the effect of telbivudine on serum interleukin-18(IL-18),IL-12, IL-37 and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) levels in patients with HBV-related hepatocirrhosis. Methods 66 cases of patients with HBV-related hepatocirrhosis were collected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment method , 34 cases in control group were treated with routine treatment , 32 cases in treatment group were treated by telbivudine on the basis of routine treatment. The serum IL-18, IL-12, IL-37, TNF-αlevels and adverse reactions were compared post-treatment.Results Compared with control group, the levels of IL-18, IL-12, IL-37 and TNF-αdecreased significantly post-treatment (P<0.05).The above levels were significantly lower in treatment group post-treatment than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Telbivudine adjuvant therapy could suppress viral replication, and improve liver function and immune response in patients with HBV-related hepatocirrhosis.
8.Reliability and validity of Chinese version of Patient Dignity Inventory
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(1):26-29
Objective We aimed to translate the English version of Patient Dignity Inventory (PDI) into Chinese and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PDI in terminal stage patients. Methods Totally 285 patients in terminal stage was recruited and investigated by the Chinese version of PDI.Results The internal consistency coefficient of the Chinese version of PDI ranged from 0.728 to 0.953,which was >0.70; split half coefficient was 0.561; the test-retest reliability was 0.824,which showed that internal consistency of Chinese version of PDI was good. The content validity index was 0.912.Factor analysis got five factors, which explained 62.172% of the total variance; the factor loading of each item was >0.4.Conclusions The Chinese version of PDI has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used as a valid tool for the measurement of dignity in terminal stage patients.
9.Comparative proteome research of epithelial cells and stroma from invasive ductal carcionma patients
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2015;(5):697-703
Aim To study the difference of proteins expression of epithelial cells and stroma of breast canc-er patients. Methods Formalin-fixed paraffin-embed-ded tissue samples from invasive ductal carcionma pa-tients were stained by improved HE staining methods. And the neoplastic epithelium and stroma were micro-dissected using laser capture microdissection and ana-lysed by mass spectrometry. Results Total 43 1 differ-ent proteins were detected by mass spectrometry and there were respectively 384 and 298 different kinds of proteins identified in epithelial cells and stroma.A-mong them,25 1 proteins were commonly expressed in two samples, while the contents of 69 and 60 proteins in stroma were respectively higher or lower than the ones in epithelial cells. The expression level and local-ization of proteins identified in epithelial cells and stro-ma were associated with their roles in development and progression of tumor cells. Conclusions The differen-tial expression proteins between epithelial cells and stroma of invasive ductal carcionma patients may func-tion as biomarkers for breast cancer screenning,diag-nosis and prognosis.
10.Three-dimensional nano-level morphological changes of hippocampal neurons either being damaged or protected
Chinese Journal of Trauma 2003;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of p38 MAPK inhibition in reducing the damage to rat's hippocampal neurons caused by kainic acid (KA) and observe the three-dimensional morphological changes on the cell surface. Methods The rat's hippocampal neurons cultured primarily for 10 days were pretreated with SB203580 (0.2 ?mol/L, a p38 MAPK inhibitor). Thirty minutes later, the hippocampal neurons were administered with KA at concentrations of 0, 25 and 250 ?mol/L for action for 10 and 100 minutes respectively. The cellular membrane structure was scanned and examined at nano-level by using atomic force microscope. Results Normal neurons displayed smooth membrane surface with homogeneous and regular undulation. In contrast, the neurons treated with KA showed coarse membrane surface with holes. Furthermore, the degree changes increased with the action time and the KA concentrations in a dose-effect dependent fashion. The above-mentioned changes were obviously mitigated by means of pretreatment with SB203580 (200 nmol/L). Conclusions Inhibition of p38 MAPK may, in certain degrees, protect the neurons against the impairments on cytomembrane resulted from the toxic effect of KA.
