2.Analysis on the current situation of insufficient sleep and its association with physical exercise among Chinese Han students aged 9-18 years, in 2014.

<b>Objective:b> To describe the situation of insufficient sleep and the association between insufficient sleep and physical exercise, among Chinese Han students aged 9-18 years. <b>Methods:b> We selected 172 197 Chinese Han students aged 9-18 years from the project 2014 Chinese National Survey on Students Constitution and Health. The average sleep duration per day of less than 9 h for children aged 9-12 years and of less than 8 h for adolescents aged 13-18 years, were defined as insufficient sleep. We described the distribution of sleep duration and the prevalence rates of insufficient sleep for each subgroup. Logistic regression models were established to assess the association between insufficient sleep and physical exercise. <b>Results:b> In 2014, 6.6%, 30.8%, 26.3%, 20.8%, 13.8% and 1.8% of the Chinese Han students self-reported sleep duration were <6, 6-, 7-, 8- and ≥10 h, respectively. The overall prevalence rate of insufficient sleep was 77.2%, with 75.8% for boys and 78.6% for girls. No gender disparity was found at each 9-11 age groups. However, in the 12-18 age groups, the prevalence rates for girls were significantly higher than that for boys. The prevalence rates of insufficient sleep for primary school, middle school and high school students were66.6%, 74.1% and 93.8%, respectively. Rates were increasing with age for children aged 9-12 years and adolescents aged 13-18 years respectively. The three provinces with the lowest prevalence rates of insufficient sleep were Zhejiang (68.8%), Jiangsu (66.7%) and Shaanxi (65.2%). Data from the logistic regression models revealed that, when comparing to those students with only exercise of <0.5 h per day, the exercise hours of 0.5-1 h (OR=0.72, 95%CI: 0.69-0.74) or ≥1 h (OR=0.46, 95%CI: 0.44-0.47) per day seemed as protective factors for insufficient sleep. When compared with physical exercise frequency <2 times per week, the 2 times (OR=0.82, 95%CI: 0.78-0.86) or >2 times (OR=0.65, 95%CI: 0.62-0.68) frequencies also appeared as protective. <b>Conclusions:b> The prevalence rate of insufficient sleep prevailing among students aged 9-18 years was high, in China. Our data called for setting up effective measures to deal with this situation.

<b>Objectiveb> To explore the efficacy of the resolving depression and tranquilizing herbal sachets in alleviating sleep disorders of soldiers in naval vessels. <b>Methodsb> Fifty-nine soldiers with sleep disorders (PSQI scale score ≥8 and SAS scale score ≥50) were selected before training at sea, and were randomly divided into sachet treatment group, mindfulness meditation group and control group. During the training period, the sachet treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine sachet treatment, the mindfulness meditation group was trained in mindfulness meditation, and the control group was not given any intervention. <b>Resultsb> Compared with the control group, the PSQI and SAS scores of soldiers in both the experimental sachet treatment group and the positive meditation group were significantly improved; compared with the pre-intervention data, the PSQI and SAS scores of both the positive meditation group and the sachet treatment group were significantly decreased, and the degree of decrease was comparable. <b>Conclusionb> The homemade improving depression and tranquilizing TCM sachets have the effect of alleviating the sleep disorders of naval troops served on vessels, which is equivalent to mindfulness meditation. It is easy to use and operate, which is suitable for promotion in the military.
4. Application value of B-mode ultrasound in gynecologic acute abdomen

Objective:
To explore the application value of B-ultrasound examination in gynecological acute abdomen.
Methods:
From October 2015 to October 2017, 150 patients with suspected gynecological acute abdomen were selected in the People's Hospital of Lishui.The effect of B-ultrasound examination in diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen was analyzed.
Results:
The sensitivity, specificity and total accuracy of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen were 75.00%(99/132), 44.44%(8/18) and 71.33%(107/150), respectively.The sensitivity, specificity and total accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen were 87.12%(115/132), 72.22%(13/18) and 85.33%(128/150), respectively.The sensitivity, specificity and total accuracy of abdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen were 98.48%(130/132), 94.44%(17/18) and 98.00%(147/150), respectively.The sensitivity, specificity and total accuracy of abdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen were significantly higher than those of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound(χ2=8.658, 10.699, 9.075, all
5. Effect of tight junction protein of intestinal epithelium and permeability of colonic mucosa in pathogenesis of injured colonic barrier during chronic recovery stage of rats with inflammatory bowel disease

Objective: To discuss the changes in the tight junction protein of intestinal epithelium and permeability of colonic mucosa and its possible mechanism by building the rat mode of inflammatory bowel disease at the chronic recovery stage. Methods: A total of 36 SD rats were divided into the model group and control one according to the random number table, with 18 rats in each group. Rats in the model group were given the 3% dextran sulfate sodium solution by the way of drinking for 7 d to build the rat model of inflammatory bowel disease, while rats in the control group were given free drinking of water. Six rats were executed at day 7, 14 and 21 respectively. The colonic tissues were collected from rats to observe the pathological changes of colonic mucosa. The activity of myeloperoxidase was detected and the white blood count was performed for rats in each group. The Ussing chamber technique was employed to detect the transepithelial electrical resistance (TER) and short-circuit current (SC) of colonic mucosa of rats in different time intervals; the quantum dots labeling technique was employed to detect the expression level of claudin-1 and claudin-2 in the colonic tissues. Results: After the successful modeling, the weight of rats in the model group was significantly reduced, while the disease activity index score was increased. The weight was at the lowest level at day 14 and then it began to increase afterwards. The disease activity index score was at the highest level at day 12 and then it began to decrease gradually. The activity of myeloperoxidase and WBC for rats in the model group all reached the peak value at day 14 and then decreased gradually. There was no significant difference in the changes of TER and SC in different time intervals for rats in the control group (P > 0.05). TER of model group was at the lowest level at day 14 and then increased gradually; SC was at the highest level at day 14 and then decreased gradually. TER of model group at day 7, 14 and 21 was significantly lower than that of control group, while SC of model group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the change of mean fluorescence intensity of claudin-1 and claudin-2 in different time intervals for rats in the control group (P > 0.05). The claudin-1 and claudin-2 for rats in the model group reached the highest level at day 14 and then decreased gradually. The claudin-1 and claudin-2 of model group at day 7, 14 and 21 was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: After the acute stage, the inflammatory bowel disease is then in the chronic recovery stage; the increased permeability of colonic mucosa and increased expression of tight junction protein of intestinal epithelium are closely related to the pathogenesis and development of disease. The tight junction protein plays a key role in the pathogenesis of injured colonic barrier of inflammatory bowel disease.
6.Seroprevalence and risk factors for Toxoplasma gondii in sheep and goats in Jinzhou, Northeastern China

In the present study, serum samples from 402 sheep and 216 goats were collected
from 5 counties in Jinzhou from August to October 2012 and antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii
were detected by modified agglutination test (MAT). Overall, 104 (16.8%) had antibodies to T.
gondii with antibody titres of 1:25 to 1:800. Seropositive samples were distributed in all the
5 counties and seroprevalences of T. gondii varied significantly with flock size, age and
rearing system, but not with breed, gender and farm location. The seroprevalences in small
farms (18.3%, 95/518, 95% confidence interval [CI], 15.0-21.7%) were statistically higher than
that in large farms (9%, 9/100, 95% CI, 3.4-14.6%) (P < 0.05), older animals were statistically
higher than that in younger animals (P < 0.01). The prevalence in extensively and semiintensively
raised samples was statistically higher than that in intensively raised animals (P
< 0.01). Small flock size and extensive rearing system are the potential risk factors for the
prevalence of Toxoplasma infection in sheep and goats in Jinzhou. This is the first report of
T. gondii infection in sheep and goats in Jinzhou, northeastern China, and of an association of
seropositivity to T. gondii and the risk factors.
7.lncRNA MAFG-AS1 promotes migration, invasion and aerobic glycolysis of gastric cancer AGS cells by regulating miR-11181-3p/GLG1 axis

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of lncRNA MAFG-AS1/ miR-11181-3p/GLG1 axis on cell migration, invasion and aerobic glycolysis of gastric cancer (GC) cells and its possible mechanism. Methods: AGS, a GC cell line with relatively high expression of MAFG-AS1, was selected as the study object. qPCR was used to detect RNA expression levels of MAFG-AS1, miR-11181-3p and GLG1. Transwell and glycolysis analysis were used to investigate cell migration, invasion and aerobic glycolysis. Bioinformatics analysis and Dual luciferase reporter gene assay were used to analyze the interaction among MAFG-AS1, miR-11181-3p and GLG1. Results: Knockdown of MAFG-AS1 significantly up-regulated miR-11181-3p and down-regulated GLG1 expression (both P<0.01), and significantly inhibited migration, invasion and aerobic glycolysis of GC cells (all P<0.01). Luciferase reporter gene assay confirmed that MAFG-AS1 competitively sponged miR-11181-3p (P<0.01). Inhibition of miR-11181-3p or overexpression of GLG1 partially reversed the inhibitory effect of MAFG-AS1 knockdown on GC cell migration, invasion, and aerobic glycolysis (all P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: MAFG-AS1 promotes cell migration, invasion and aerobic glycolysis of GC cells via miR-11181-3p/GLG1 axis, and may be a potential molecular target for GC diagnosis and therapy.
8.Assessment of Nervous System of High-risk Infants: 236 Cases Report

Objective:To investigate evaluation methods to predict the outcome of nervous system development in high-risk infants. Methods:From March, 2015 to March, 2016, 336 high-risk infants were enrolled. They were assessed by General Movements (GMs) Quality Assessment, 0~1 Years Old 20 Items Neuromotor Assessment and Gesell Developmental Schedules. Results:A total of 236 infants finishied the study. GMs Quality Assessment showed that 203 cases were normal and 33 cases were abnormal in the writhing movements stage; 218 cases were normal and 18 cases were abnormal in the fidgety movemonts stage. 0~1 Years Old 20 Items Neuromotor Assessment showed that 202 cases were normal and 34 cases were abnormal. Gesell Developmental Schedules showed that 12 cases were abnormal. Conclusion:The combination of GMs Quality Assessment, 0~1 Years Old 20 Items Neuromotor Assessment and Gesell Developmental Schedules could better predict the nervous system development of high-risk infants.
9.Expression of DEAD box RNA helicases 10 and Bystin-like proteins in colorectal cancer tissues and cells and their clinical significance

[摘 要] 目的:探讨结直肠癌(CRC)组织及结肠癌细胞DLD-1中DEAD盒解旋酶10(DDX10)与Bystin-like(BYSL)的关系及其临床意义。方法:收集2017年3月至2018年3月间福建医科大学附属第二医院手术切除的78例CRC组织和配对癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测癌组织和癌旁组织中DDX10和BYSL的表达水平,采用卡方检验、Pearson相关性分析和Kaplan-Meier法分别分析CRC组织中DDX10、BYSL蛋白表达与其患者的临床病例特征的关系,两者表达的相关性,以及与患者PFS和OS的关系。利用瞬时转染技术在DLD-1细胞中分别转染siDDX10和siNC,用qPCR法检测DLD-1细胞中敲减DDX10的表达对BYSL表达的影响,用CCK-8及Transwell实验验证DDX10及BYSL表达对结肠癌细胞增殖迁移及侵袭的影响。结果:免疫组织化学Envision法检测显示,与癌旁组织相比,DDX10和BYSL在CRC组织中呈高表达(73.08%和74.36%)。CRC组织中DDX10与BY肿瘤分期、是否发生淋巴结转移及复发等临床病例特征均有关联(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,DDX10与BYSL的表达呈正相关(r=0.636,P<0.001)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析结果显示,DDX10与BYSL的高表达与患者更差的预后相关。Logistic回归分析发现,DDX10与BYSL均是CRC复发的独立风险因素。CCK-8法及Transwell实验检测结果显示,敲降DDX10的表达可使BYSL表达降低,且可抑制DLD-1细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭能力(均P<0.05)。结论:DDX10和BYSL在CRC组织中呈高表达,两者表达水平呈正相关,且与患者更差的预后相关,是CRC复发的独立风险因素。可调控结直肠癌DLD-1细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭能力。

<b>Objectiveb> To make a textual research on Zisu about the name, origin, morphology and efficacy, a dual-purpose medicinal and edible plant, in order to make the original clear and provide reference basis for clinical application. <b>Methodsb> Textual research was carried out from the aspects of synonym, distribution, morphology, efficacy, toxicity and side effects of the plants. <b>Resultsb> Zisu,Baisu and Su in the herbal medicine of past dynasties belong to the Ren category, which are species or varieties of Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt. Zisu has purple leaves, and its stems, leaves and seeds are used as medicine to mainly lower Qi. While Baisu has green leaves, which could cure wind cold. <b>Conclusionb> There are significant differences in botanical morphology and pharmacological efficacy between Zisu and Baisu, which should be distinguished and used separately. Zisu is a dual-purpose traditional Chinese medicine with a long application history. Baisu is not suitable for edible consumption.
