1.Effect of clinical nursing pathway on oral and maxillofacial trauma
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(7):35-38
Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway on oral and maxillofacial trauma. Methods One hundred inpatients were assigned according to the odd or even number of registration into the experiment group and the control group equally. The experiment group received clinical nursing pathway while the control one routine nursing. Results The rates of awareness of health education and satisfaction in the experiment group were significantly higher than the control group and the average stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway used in the care of oral and maxillofacial trauma may standardize the manipulations of nursing care, enhance the nursing staff's sense of responsibility, and promote the patients' satisfaction,as well as the quality of care.
2.Literature review and analysis of nursing intervention among patients with hand-foot-month disease
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2015;21(8):948-950
Objective To explore the development, characteristic, developmental direction and influencing factors of hand-foot-mouth disease in 10 years. Methods We summarized 10 years overt published literature review of journal, and classified statistic literature review amount, nursing intervention types and the frequencies of nursing intervention mode by frequency table. Results A total of 544 references met the requirements, involving a total of 51 kinds of nursing interventions. Total frequencies of interventions presented 3 225 times including the top ten ways accounted for 85. 24% of all interventions: oral care (12. 00% ), disinfection and isolation (11. 37% ), skin care (10. 67% ), fever Care (10. 23% ), disease observation (10. 11% ), diet care (9. 64% ), psychological care (8. 49% ), health education (6. 54% ), encephalitis care (3. 13% ), intubation care (3. 06% ). Conclusions The trends of hand-foot-mouth disease affects nursing research. Although routine care interventions always plays an important role, nursing intervention studies showed a diversified development in critically ill patients when we deepens study of nursing interventions.

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),laminin(LN)and type IV collagen expression in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC).Methods:EGFR gene in 78 cases of SACC with complete clinical data was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)technique, the expression of EGFR,PCNA,LN and type IV collagen protein was detected by immunohistochemistry technique(IHC),their correlation with the clin-icopathological parameters was analysed by SPSS 13.00 software. Results:EGFR gene amplification levels(69.2%)was positively related to the ratio of EGFR protein positive expression(7 1 .8%),the expression of EGFR,PCNA,LN and type IV collagen was posi-tively related to the clinical pathological parameters(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between EGFR and PCNA expression (P<0.05),a negative correlation between LN protein and type IV collagen protein expression(P<0.05).Conclusion:EGFR gene is amplified in SACC.EGFR,PCNA,LN and type IV collagen take part in the occurrence and development of SACC.

Objective? To explore the effect of cardiovascular family-care APP on self-management behavior of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods? The hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted in the department of cardiovascular medicine of a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were recruited by non-probability sampling method. All the research subjects were randomly divided into intervention group and control group by random number table. The intervention group consisted of 143 cases and control group consisted of 147 cases. The intervention lasted 12 months. The intervention group received health management of cardiovascular family-care APP, while the control group received routine discharged-guidance and outpatient clinic follow-up. Self-management behavior and risk factors of coronary heart disease were evaluated at baseline and 6 months and 12 months after intervention. Results? At 6 months after intervention, the total score of self-management behavior, medical management and emotional management in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). At 12 months after intervention, the total score of self-management behavior and medical management in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After 6 months of intervention, BMI, alcohol consumption, blood pressure control of the intervention group were better than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After 12 months of intervention, the control of blood pressure in the intervention group was better than that in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusions? Cardiovascular family-care APP can promote the establishment of good self-management behavior in patients with coronary heart disease. Self assessment on smoking, drinking, diet, exercise, stress, anxiety and depression can be increased in app,and relevant research can be carried out
