Nowadays, the research performance evaluation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is basically exploring the principles and rules. What become the problems are that what index system can fully reflect the TCM performance evaluation, and what method can reflect the characteristics of TCM performance evaluation. Analyzing the status of the Korean research performance evaluation, we briefly disseminated how to establish the TCM performance evaluation.

Objective To investigate the distribution of the CTX-M- extended spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBLs) producing Esche- richia coli(ECO) and the molecular mechanism of dissemination. Methods To analyze the drug resistance of the 43 isolates, Kirby-Bauer susceptibility method was used. Multiple polymeraso chain reaction (PCR) was used to amplify the gene of ESBLs, AmpC, full length of blaCTX-M-like gene, insertion sequence (IS) ISEcp1B, IS903 , IS26 and integron I. NEST-PCR was used to detect if the beta-lactamase gene lo- cated in the integron I. The product of full length of bla-CTX-M like gone amplified by PCR was sequenced. Results Susceptibility test showed the resistance from high to low in turn was Ampicillin (97.68%), Coftriaxone (67.44 % ), piperacillin(65.12 % ), Cefotaxime (62.79 % ) ,Coftasidime(58.14% ), Cofasolin(55.81% ), Cofepime (53.49%), Cefexitin(51.16%), ciprofloxacin (44. 19% ), Aztreo- nam(41.86% ), Cefoperasone/Sulbactam ( 20.93% ), Amikacin (0% ), Imipenem (0% ), respectively. ECO was susceptive to Imipenem. CTX-M-G1 was found in 25 strains of ECO , TEM, SHV, CTX-M-G1, ISEcp1B, and integron I were found in the nine isolates. IS903 were found in ECO 3 and 5, and IS26 was found in ECO 3. In ECO 3 and 5, blaCTX-M-like was flanked upstream by ISEcp1B element that provided -35 and -10 promoter sequences and a right inverted repeat (IRR) recognized by transposase, downstream by IS903 provided an inverted re- peat, ISEcp1 B and IS903 composed the complex transpeson. Conclusion ISEcplB may drive the expression and dissemination of blaCTX-M-like gene at a high level.

Performance evaluation system of 13 research institutions funded by the South Korean government was introduced in terms of policy and management.The situation of Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine performance evaluation in 2012 was presented.A reference has been provided for further improving science and technology evaluation system of China.

Objective To construct a core competency-based curriculum for master of geriatric nursing specialist. Methods On the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis,the curriculum for master of geriatric nursing specialist was set up,and through 6 experts'modification with Delphi method,the final entries were confirmed.Results Through two-round consultation,the training course system formaster of geriatric nursing was established to consist of 9 entries and 33 sub-entries.The response coefficients of the two-round consultations were 100%,and the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.86 and 0.92 respectively.The coordination coefficients for overall entries were 0.534 and 0.593 respectively with P<0.001,indicating statistically significant differences. Conclusion The curriculum for master of geriatric nursing is reliable and valid,which can provide practical basis.

Objective To systematically review the application effects of bundles nursing on pressure ulcer nursing intervention of elderly patients. Methods Clinical control trails of the application effect of bundles nursing on pressure ulcer nursing of elderly patients were searched using computer in cooperation with manual retrieval from SinoMed,VIP,CNKI,and WanFang database. Two reviewers independently searched and extracted data, screened captured citations,and assessed methodological quality of all included studies. RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results Twenty-nine literatures were included for systematic review with 3 020 cases. Meta-analysis showed that,bundles nursing significantly increased the effective rate of pressure ulcer treatment of elderly patients [RR=1.26,95%CI (1.22,1.31)],and improved the degree of nursing satisfaction [RR=1.18, 95%CI (1.12,1.25)] when compared with the usual care group. The differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusions Bundles nursing can significantly increase the effective rate of pressure ulcer treatment of elderly patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction,so it is worthy of promotion.

Objective? To construct the training content for gerontological advanced practice specialty nurses based on advanced practice nurse (APN) core competence. Methods? From January 2017 to February 2018, the frame of gerontological advanced practice specialty nurses core competence and training content was built preliminarily with the methods of literature review and theoretical analysis. The training content for gerontological advanced practice specialty nurses was confirmed finally by the Delphi method involving 18 expert enquiries. Results? After two rounds of expert consultation, the core competence was established finally including 5 primary indicators and 37 secondary indicators. Besides, the core competence training content included 9 primary indicators and 103 secondary indicators. The authoritative coefficients of experts were greater than 0.80, and the P value of Kendall coordination coefficients test of two rounds of expert consultation were less than 0.05. Conclusions? The results of the Delphi expert's consultation are concentrated, the research results are true and reliable with a certain practical significance. It can provide a reference for the training of gerontological advanced practice specialty nurses, but still need to be tested in practice.
