Objective To explore the Application value of hand acupuncture holographic method in endosco -py.Methods According to randomized controlled holographic method ,200 patients who underwent endoscopy were divided into the hand acupuncture holographic group (68 cases),the hand acupuncture group (65 cases) and the con-trol group(67 cases). The hand acupuncture holographic group pushed the needle sticking and made use of press and hand acupuncture combination of both methods ,and the hand acupuncture group was taken hand-hole method ,and the control group was taken normal gastroscopy operation .A questionnaire survey ( after checking the content of what dis-comfort,fear,are you willing to accept gastroscopy retest ) was taken and observed the patient's discomfort after the op-eration that nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and pain, salivation volume, mirror smooth interpolation degree. Results The subjective feelings of the hand acupuncture holographic group were better than those of the hand acu -puncture group and the control group (all P<0.05);The adverse reactions of the hand acupuncture holographic group were lower than those of the hand acupuncture group and the control group before and during the endoscopy ( all P<0.05).Conclusion The hand acupuncture holographic therapy is a combination method of hand side of the second metacarpal holographic acupuncture massage gastroscopy which can reduce pain and fear of the patients ,and its side effects is small ,and it is inexpensive ,the risk factor is small ,and it is easy to operate easy to spread .

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2014;(12):1895-1897
Objective To explore the expression and significance of hsa-miR-181a (miR-181a) in can-ceration progression of endometrial carcinoma. Methods A total of 75 formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue specimens were studied in this study , of which , 13 were normal endometrium , 18 were endometrial hyperplasia , 44 were endometrial carcinoma. After total RNA had been extracted , real-time PCR was applied to detect the ex-pression level of miR-181a in endometrial tissue in each group. Results miR-181a expression in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue specimens can be detected. Expression of miR-181a in endometrial carcinoma was high-er than that in endometrial hyperplasia , its expression in endometrial hyperplasia was also higher than that in normal endometrium, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The expression of miR-181a in endometrial carcinoma was associated with FIGO stages (P < 0.05). Conclusion The up-regulation of miR-181a expression in women with endometrial carcinoma may play the role of oncogenes. Abnormal expression of miR-181a is probably associated with the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.

Objectives To explore the relationship between illness perceptions and health behavior in the subjects. Methods Revised illness perception questionnaire and health promoting lifestyle profileⅡ (HPLPⅡ) were used to measure 101 patients′illness perception and health behavior between the groups. Results The HPLPⅡscore of LEAD was(2.17 ± 0.29) with the score of dimension. The course of disease, prognosis and perception of emotion were negatively related to health behaviour; personal control and primaty congtion of drsease were postively related to health behaviour (all P<0.01). Conclusion Medical personnel should pay attention to the relationship between illness perceptions and health behavior in patients with LEAD and effective measures should be taken to improve the patients′illness perceptions, promote their choices and persistence in health behavior and improve the quality of life.

We report a complete genomic sequence of rare isolates (minor genotype) of the SARS-CoV from SARS patients in Guangdong, China, where the first few cases emerged. The most striking discovery from the isolate is an extra 29-nucleotide sequence located at the nucleotide positions between 27,863 and 27,864 (referred to the complete sequence of BJ01) within an overlapped region composed of BGI-PUP5 (BGI-postulated uncharacterized protein 5) and BGI-PUP6 upstream of the N (nucleocapsid) protein. The discovery of this minor genotype, GD-Ins29, suggests a significant genetic event and differentiates it from the previously reported genotype, the dominant form among all sequenced SARS-CoV isolates. A 17-nt segment of this extra sequence is identical to a segment of the same size in two human mRNA sequences that may interfere with viral replication and transcription in the cytosol of the infected cells. It provides a new avenue for the exploration of the virus-host interaction in viral evolution, host pathogenesis, and vaccine development.
