Objective To explore nursing needs and interventions after caesarean section of patients with acute pancreatitis in pregnancy(APIP).Method The care needs scales designed by the researchers was used to investigate 21 patients with APIP and they had caesarean section.Result The main care needs of the patients are uterine instauration,pain relief,sleep aid,anxiety relief, complication prevention,incision healing,suppression of lactation and knowledge of self-care after hospital discharge.Conclusion Nursing staff can provide nursing interventions based on the patients care needs,which can improve nursing quality and promote the rehabilitation of patients.

Objective To evaluate the influence of Motivational Interview on function restore and life quality after artificial unilateral total hip replacement surgery. Methods A convenient sampling method was used for collecting 103 patients underwent artificial unilateral total hip replacement surgery for the study. Lottery method was used to divide these patients in to treatment group 53 cases and control group 50 cases. Intervention of both joint exercise and motivational interview was used for the treatment group, and routine health education was used for the control group in a large general hospital in Hangzhou. Results 1 month later, patients′joint function assessed with Harris score of the intervention group and control group were 62.40 ± 8.95 and 54.06 ± 9.61; 3 months later, intervention group was 82.25 ± 7.09 while control group was 74.60 ± 9.97, the difference was statistically significant (t=-4.559 and-4.451, P=0.000). Patients′life quality after 1 month was 485.54 ± 86.85 in intervention group and 400.69 ± 72.36 in control group;3 months later, the scores were 601.54 ± 73.49 and 543.08 ± 81.77, the difference was statistically significant (t=-5.370 and-3.821, P=0.000). Conclusions Motivational Interview was capable of improving joint function restore and quality of life through changing patients′ motivation, helping patients establishing and adhering to joint exercise.

Objective To summarize the effect of predictive nursing combined with high-quality nursing in patients with pulmonary embolism or having risk factors of pulmonary embolism (PE).Methods A retrospective analysis of nursing in 57 PE patients was camied out,Nursing flow chart was established.For patients with high risk factors of PE,predictive nursingwas administered,including analysis of risk factors,health education,general nursing and pertinent nursing.For PE patients,holistic nursing was administered,including emergeney nursing,basic nursing,observation of illness,nursing of thrombolytic therapy,psychological nursing and rehabilitation nursing, Results All patients accorded with thrombolysis indication and received thrombolysis treatment. Conclusions Predictive and high-quality nursing should be used in PE patients in order to improve treatment effect.

Objective To study the relationship between stress rise of blood glucose and the PEEL prognostic index of the patients with acute myocardial infarction, and provide the basis for a quick judgement and evaluation of prognosis to nurses. Methods Taking the 6.8,7.8 and 8.8 mmol/L as demarcation point to study the PEEL prognostic index in 59 patients with acute myocardial infarction, and compare the PEEL score value on two sides of each demarcation point. Results No significant difference in PEEL evaluation score when taking 6.8 mmol/L as the demarcation point, there was significant difference when taking 7.8 mmol/L as the demarcation point, PEEL score in blood glucose > 7.8 mmol/L group was higher than that of ≤7.8mmol/L group, so was when taking 8.8 mmol/L as the demarcation point. Conclusions There was instructive signifi-cance for nurses to observe a stress rise of blood glucose timely in evaluating the prognosis of patients with a-cute myocardial infarction. Nurses should strengthen disease observation and preventive nursing of admission patients whose fasting blood glucose are above 7.8 mmol/L as well their blood glucose monitoring.

Objective To explore the effect of continuing care outside hospital on bone pain after multiple myeloma. Methods 82 multiple myeloma patients with bone hurt or bone pain were divided into experimental group (n=42) and control group (n=40). The control group received routine discharge guidance, and the experimental group received continuing care outside hospital in addition. Their knowledge of care and the rate of bone pain released just before and 6 months after discharge were observed. Results The score of knowledge test was (92.8±6.0) in the experimental group, more than (70.2±12.6) in the control group (P<0.001). The bone pain released in 90.5% of the experimental group, more than 72.5% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuing care outside hospital may benefit to release bone pain after multiple myeloma.

Objective　To observe the effect of various concentration of arsenic trioxide (AT) on hepatoma cell line HLE in variable duration. Methods　The cell activity, morphologic changes and apoptosis were studied after being treated with different concentration of AT. Results　The effect of AT on hepatoma cell lines was depending on the time and concentration obviously. Hepatoma cells cultured with different concentration of AT presented apoptosis features, such as intact cell membrane, chromatin condesation, nucleic fragmentation and apoptotic body formation; flow cytometry analysis showed that an arrestment at G2/M phase, an apoptosis peak presented before sub-G1 cell peak, and a mark DNA ladder of apoptosis appeared. Conclusions　AT can obviously inhibit the growth of hepatoma cell through inducing hepatoma cell apoptosis.

Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) on poststroke dysphagia.Methods A total of 90 patients with poststroke dysphagia were enrolled.They were randomly divided into either a NMES + rTMS group or a NMES + sham rTMS group (n =45 in each group).The Kuhota water drinking test and Standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA) were used to assess the swallowing function.Results The scores of Kuhota water drinking test (F=82.001,P＜0.001) and the SSA (F =33.743,P ＜0.001) before treatment,treatment of one course,treatment of two courses,and at 3 months after treatment in the NMES + rTMS group had significant differences.Compared with before treatment,they were improved significantly for treatment of one course (P ＜0.01 and P ＜0.05,respectively),two courses (all P＜0.01),and at 3 months (all P＜0.01) after treatment.The scores of Kuhota water drinking test (F =53.647,P＜0.001) and the SSA (F=19.178,P＜0.001) in the NMES + sham rTMS group also had significant difference.Compared with before treatment,they had significant improvement for treatment of one course (all P ＜0.05),two courses (P ＜0.05 and P ＜0.01,respectively) and at 3 months (all P＜0.01)after treatment.The scores of Kuhota water drinking test for treatment of one course,two courses,and at 3 months after treatment (treatment of one course:t=2.217,P=0.02;treatment of two courses:t =2.406,P =0.019;at 3 months after treatment:t =2.128,P =0.037) and the SSA (treatment of one course:t =2.196,P =0.030,treatment of two courses:t =2.425,P =0.016;at 3 months after treatment:t =2.512,P=0.013) in the NMES + rTMS group were significantly better than those in the NMES + sham rTMS group.Conclusions High-frequency rTMS combined with NMES may significantly improve the swallowing function in patients with stroke.Its efficacy is superior to NMES.

Objective To compare the difference between C-WISC and WISC-Ⅳ in the diagnosis of IQ in the children diagnosed with mental retardation(MR) or borderline intellectual funcition(BIF).Methods 80 children aged 6-16 years were enrolled in this study.All of them were diagnosed with MR or BIF based on the criteria of DSM-Ⅳ-R.Then,C-WISC and WISC-Ⅳ were used to measure the IQ.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of full IQ between C-WISC and WISC-Ⅳ in these children ((65.49±12.83) vs (64.86±10.10),t=-0.591,P＞0.05).The score of verbal intelligence quotient in the C-WISC was significantly lower than the corresponding score in the WISC-Ⅳ ((64.96± 13.14) vs (68.26 ± 10.99),t=3.029,P＜0.05).The score of performance intelligence quotient in the C-WISC was significantly higher than the corresponding score in the WISC-Ⅳ ((72.48±14.04) vs (69.35±11.75),t=-2.488,P＜0.05).The scores of similarities,coding,and block design in the C-WISC were significantly higher than the corresponding score in the WISC-Ⅳ (P＜0.05)).There was no significant difference in the scores of comprehension and digit span between the two methods (P＞0.05).There was also no significant difference in MR hierarchical diagnosis between the two methods (x2=0.427,P9＞0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference between C-WISC and WISC-Ⅳ in the diagnosis of IQ in the children aged 6-16 years who were diagnosed with MR or BIF.Both C-WISC and WISC-Ⅳ can be used to diagnose the MR and marginal intelligence for the children aged 6-16 years.

Aim Paclitaxel(PTX)has shown an effect against human cancer. However, serious drawbacks hamper PTX clinical use.Overcoming paclitaxel limi-tations is one of the best approaches to enhance water solubility.Methods In this study,water-soluble pa-clitaxel prodrug was prepared,folic acid-polyethylene glycol-glutamic-paclitaxel (FA-PEG-Glu-PTX ) com-posed of folic acid (FA,target),amino acids (Glu, linker),and polyethylene glycol(PEG)in order to im-prove the solubilization and stability. The chemical structure and physicochemical property of prodrug were measured by LC-MS,solubility,drug release rate to e-valuate the antitumor activity and cytotoxicity of FA-PEG-Glu-PTX.MTT assays were conducted on MDA-MB-231,MCF-7,A549 and HELF cell lines.FA-PEG-Glu-PTX prodrugs were labeled with 5 amino flu-orescence visible fluorescent dye (5 AF ) for fluores-cence microscopy.Results The successful conjugation of FA-PEG-Glu-PTX was confirmed by LC-MS,and had better water solubility,release rate curve.In vitro studies indicated that foliate receptor(FR-α)mediated uptake of PTX-conjugated multi-small molecules carri-ers induced highly targeting ability,and antitumor ac-tivity,as well as reduced side toxicity effects of PTX. Conclusion FA-PEG-Glu-PTX has a good antitumor activity.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi resources in rhizosphere of Chaenomeles speciosa in Xuancheng, Anhui province.

METHODRoots were stained with acid fuchsin and then mounted and observed under a microscope; Spores were extracted from the rhizosphere soil using wet-sieving method.

RESULTC. speciosa could be colonized and formed typical arbuscular mycorrhizas with AM fingi. 18 species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were identified, belonging to four genera, 11 species of Glomus, 3 species of Acaulospora, 3 species of Scutellospora and 1 species of Entrophospora. Glomus were the dominant AM fungi in the rhizosphere.

CONCLUSIONThe resources of AM fungi in rhiszophere of C. speciosa were very abundant. Fungi from Glomus were possible the dominant AMF in the rhizosphere.
