Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of EUS with miniprobe on upper gastrointestinal tract mesenchymal tumor(GIMT).Methods The EUS features of 38 patients with GIMT who underwent EUS with miniprobe were studied retrospectively, and the results were compared with the postoperative pathological findings. Results Among 38 GIMT cases detected by EUS,there were 25 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor,11 cases of leiomyoma, and 2 cases of leiomyosarcoma.Postoperative histopathological and immunohistochemical examinations confirmed 28 cases of stromal tumor. In which 6 cases were high-risk GIST,8 cases were leiomyoma,1 case was leiomyosarcoma, and 1 case was neurofibroma. The accuracy of diagnosis with EUS was 89%.Conclusion EUS is an accurate method in diagnosis of submucosal tumors, which can make better differentiation diagnosis between GIMT and other submucosal tumors.

Objective To study the role of Lugol staining for detecting early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods 2% Lugol solution was adopted to stain esophageal mucosa in 45 cases with esophageal suspicious lesions, observed and multiple biopsies were taken for pathological study. Results Thirty-nine cases were light or non-stained among the 45 cases with Lugol staining.Which revealed 8 esophageal cancers(5 early cancer,3 advanced cancer),5 Barrett esophagus,,11 mild-moderate dysplasias. The rate of detecting early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions with Lugol staining was 46.7%.Conclusion Lugol staining is helpful for diagnosis of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions, and it is simple in operating. The role of Lugol staining in detecting early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions has important clinical value.

ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma (MCRCC).MethodsA total of 398 patients with renal carcinoma were hospitalized from January 1999 to October 2010,and there were 18 patients with MCRCC.The data of clinical diagnosis and treatment of these cases were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsMCRCC accoumted forrenal carcinoma in the same period was 4.52%( 18/398 ).According to TNM staging,5 cases were in stage pT1N0M0,13 cases in stage pT2N0M0.There were 8 cases in G1 phase,10 cases in G2 phase. Conclusions The preoperative diagnosis of MCRCC is difficult to differentiate, and mainly based on CT,especially spiral CT.It should be treated mainly with radical nephrectomy, and nephron sparing surgery in some cases.

Objective To observe the effect of very early intervention with cerebellar fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation and neurodevelopmental treatment on infants of central coordination disturbance(CCD).Methods 86 infants(0~6 months)with central coordination disturbance were divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group was treated with neurodevelopmental treatment, cerebellar fastigial nucleus(FN)electrical stimulation and family interference. The control group was treated with neurodevelopmental treatment and family interference. The effect of infant was assessment with Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM)and Gesell Development Test after 3 months treatment. Results The total improved incidence of the intervention group was 95.6%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The difference of scores in social, adaptive and motor area improved in the intervention group compared with that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Very early intervention with cerebellar fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation can facilitate the development of gross motor, social, adaptive capability of infants with CCD treated with neurodevelopmental therapy.

Objective:To understand the potential categories of self-efficacy in stress injury management of nurses in operating room and analyze the characteristics of different categories of nurses. Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted from June to August 2022. A total of 469 operating room nurses from 12 Grade A hospitals in Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shanxi, Xinjiang and Chongqing were selected by convenient sampling method as subjects. General data questionnaire, proactive personality Inventory, Caring behavior Inventory, transformational leadership inventory, nursing clinical Decision scale and nurses stress injury management self-efficacy scale were used to investigate. Potential profile was used to analyze nurses' self-efficacy in stress injury management, and multiple Logistic regression was used to analyze different potential factors. Results:The self-efficacy of nurses in the management of stress injury in operating room could be divided into three potential profiles: poor self-efficacy group (23.9%, 112/469), medium self-efficacy group (33.0%, 155/469) and good self-efficacy group (43.1%, 202/469). Proactive personality, caring behavior, transformational leadership, nursing clinical decision-making and educational background were the factors influencing self-efficacy of operating room nurses in stress injury management (all P<0.05). Conclusions:There are three potential profiles of self-efficacy in the management of stress injury in operating room nurses. Nursing managers can give targeted intervention strategies according to different characteristics of nurses to improve their self-efficacy.
