To investigate Japanese medical education modality such as the seminar,conference,session and so on,this article discussed the advanced experiences which should be used for reference in our medical education,researched proper ways and means according to our own medical education styles and provided reference to innovate medical education for graduate education and continuing education.

The phenotyping of erythrocyte esterase D of 221 Chinese random donors,Han nationalities in Shenyang,China,was performed by the agarose gel electrophoresis.Gene frequencies were:E_SD~1=0.629,E_SD~2= 0.371.There is no significant difference of gene frequencies of Han nationalities between Shenyang and Beijing.The minimal amount meeted the requirment for detection of E_S D were 1?l of fresh hemolysate or 1?l hemolysate.The E_S D can be detected from the hemolysates kept in 37℃ for 7～8days as well as from 1?l hemolysate bloodstain kept for 2 weeks and 5?l hemolysate bloodstain kept for 3 weeks.

Objective To construct a recombinant adenovirus contained respiratory syncytial virus F gene fragment. Methods The F gene fragment was amplified by RT-PCR. Then the recombinant shuttle plasmid pShuttle-CMV/F was constructed. The iinearized pShuttle-CMV/F was transformed into BJ5183-AD-1 electroporation competent cells which contained plasmid pAdEasy-1. The obtained homologous recom-binant plasmid was named pAdEasy/F, and transfected into 293 cells. Then the recombinant adenovirus rAd/F was obtained, and it was tested by electron microscope, RT-PCR, Western blot and immuno-fluores-cence assay(IFA). The vires titer and genetic stability were also studied initially. Results The recombi-nant adenovirus rAd/F was constructed, which was visualized as typical adenovirus morphology under elec-tron microscope. The transcription and expression of RSV F gene fragment integrated in the rAd/F were con-finned by RT-PCR, Western blot and IFA. Conclusion The recombinant adenovirus rAd/F contained RSV F gene fragment is successfully constructed and lay an important foundation for the further vaccine study.

Purpose:To investigate the expression of PCNA、p53、C erbB 2 in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with host immune reactions. Methods:The expression of PCNA、p53、C erbB 2 was detected by Envision immunohistochemical method in 42 colorectal carcinoma, 35 pericarcinomatous and 10 normal coloerctal mucosa respectively. Host immune reactions (pericarcinomatous fibrosis, mononuclear infiltration and lymph nodes reaction) were also observed. Results:(1) The positive expression of PCNA、p53、C erbB 2 in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than in corresponding pericarcinomatous mucosa and normal colorectal mucosa respectively( P 0.05). (3) GH was more evident than PH in colorectal carcinoma and GH had reverse relationship with lymph node metastasis( P

Objective To investigate the clinical features of Mekel diverticulitis,and to improve the cognition rate and diagnosis rate of the disease.Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with Mekel diverticulitis misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed,and the related literature was reviewed.Results 7 cases of Mekel diverticulitis were misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis before surgery,all corrected diagnosis and operation.One case of mild incision infection after surgery,the remaining 6 cases did not appear complications.After treatment were cured after 7-12d discharged.Conclusion Mekel diverticulitis is lack of specific clinical manifestations and effective auxiliary examination method,easily misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis,when the clinical manifestations of appendicitis is not typical,need to further analysis,identification;when the surgery found appendix lesions are not coincide with clinical practice,the distal ileum should be routinely probed to determine the presence of Meckel diverticulitis.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy and phacoemulsification after trabeculectomy in patients with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract with high intraocular pressure.Methods We divided 32 eyes of 32 patients with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract with high intraocular pressure into 2 groups.Phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy were performed in group 1,and phacoemulsification after trabeculectomy were performed in group 2.The intraocular pressure,visual acuity,and complications were determined.Results In these 2 groups,the intraocular pressure decreased and the visual acuity increased 1 week after the surgery,without statistical significance.No serious complication was found in these 2 groups.Conclusion It is effective and safe to perform phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in patients with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract with high intraocular pressure.

Objective To observe the effect of puerarin on the expression of NF-?B65 and TNF-? in kidney of diabetic rats. Methods SD rats were randomly assigned to 5 groups (10 each):normal control group (group A),diabetic group (group B),low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose treatment groups (group C,D and E). After diabetes model was reproduced,animals in group C,D and E were i.p. injected with puerarin in a dose of 40,80 and 160mg/(kg?d),respectively; animals in group A and B were treated with corresponding normal saline. Fasting blood glucose (FBG),urinary albumin excretory rate (UAER),serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were determined at the 8th weekend after treatment. The histological changes in renal cortex were observed with light microscope and electron microscope. The qualitative and semi-quantitative expressions of NF-?B65 and TNF-? in nephridial tissue were determined by immunohistochemical method. Genetic polymorphism of the C1R subcomponent of human first complement component was in-vestigated in 360 unrelated Chinese individuals using isoelectric focusing followed by immunoblotting.Six common and four rare were detected. The allele frequencies were as follows: C1R * 1 = 0. 5181,C1R ? 2=0. 5291,C1R * 3= 0. 1472 and C1R * R(C1R * 5,C1R * 6,C1R * 12 and C1R * 13) = 0.0056. The distribution of allotypes fitted the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. This complemlement sys-tem is a useful genetic marker for anthropological studies and forensic science practice.
