Objective To investigate the change and role of nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in serum of children with Epilepsy.Methods The serum NO and NOS levels of 58 epileptic children and 23 healthy children were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The concentrations of the serum NO [( 5.86? 1.21)?mol/ml] and NOS [( 28.26? 8.49)U/ml] in patient group were significantly higher than those in control group [( 3.78? 0.74)?mol/ml,( 17.86? 4.58)U/ml)]( P

Objective Probe into different method safe and effective fixation method,clinical result and cliniical to indications of different treatments in intertrochanter fracture of femur in the old elderly.Methods Adopting the femur near end dissecting type to lock the stencil plate fixation 14 of 58 cases of old intertrochanter fracture of femur separately.the hip screw of motive force(DHS) fixation was used in 24,femur near end stencil plate fixation in 20,and the blood loss,operation time,ossicle split off situation and fracture heal time were compared among the three groups.Sanders grade results and complications were followed up.Results Postoperative follow up Was done in all patients,from 8 months to 3 years,averaged 1.5 years.three groups of skill type fine rate of the three groups being 92.9%,92%,90%respectively.Conclusions Different methods showed good clinical results in treating the old intertrochanter fracture of femur,each having its indications.Operation should be done should follow based on fracture type,age,physique factors and patient's osteoporosis intensity,choosing the best healing solution by characteristics of intermal flxation while each combining.The hook board(ALHP)is suitable for old patients with serious osteoporosis,DHS for Evans Ⅰ,Ⅱ types and some Evans Ⅲ type,and femur near end dissecting type stencil plate for Ⅳ and Ⅴ types fractures.

Objectives:To analyze the prevalence and risk factors of chronic nephropathy among hospitalized gout patients.Methods:537 hospitalized gout patients in Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital were enrolled. According to the levels of glomerular filtration rate (eGFR>90 ml/min, 60-90 ml/min and <60 ml/min), patients were divided into normal group, mild chronic nephropathy group and moderate-severe chronic nephropathy group. The height, weight, waist, hip and blood pressure of the patients were measured. Blood samples from elbow vein were collected to measure biochemical indexes. The 24-hour urine was collected to measure creatinine and uric acid. Multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors that may affect eGFR.Results:The prevalence of chronic nephropathy among gout patients was 46.76%(251/537), which the prevalence of mild chronic nephropathy was 34.82%(187/537), and moderate severe chronic nephropathy was 11.92%(64/537). With the decline of eGFR, the older the patients, the longer the course of gout and hypertension, the more the number of joints involved, the higher the blood uric acid, urinary microalbumin, urinary protein, white blood cell count, uric acid excretion fraction (FeUA), and the lower the red blood cell count, hemoglobin and serum albumin. Pearson correlation analysis of eGFR showed that age, duration of gout and hypertension, number of involved joints, hemoglobin, serum albumin, serum uric acid, urinary microalbumin, and FeUA were correlated with eGFR ( r=-0.43, -0.238, -0.25, -0.128, 0.155, 0.138, -0.169, -0.29, -0.372, respectively, P<0.01). Multivariate regression analysis showed that age, the course of gout, serum uric acid, microalbuminuria and FeUA were independent risk factors for eGFR decline ( P<0.01). Conclusions:Eldly, long course of gout, poor control of serum uric acid and increased excretion of uric acid and microalbumin are risk factors of gout.

Job burnout of clinical teachers at affiliated hospital of medical college has be-come a problem that cannot be ignored today.The current situation and the causes of job burnout are discussed to provide directions for carrying out some intervention measures in the future.

The clinical teaching of medical colleges and universities is an important stage of medical education,the clinical teacher is the clinical teaching concrete undertaker,and the teaching quality is closely related to clinical teacher's work,therefore,in order to improve the quality of teaching,we must strengthen the clinical teachers'education and the continuing education through a variety of ways.

Wistar rats(n=24) were divided into normal control group(NC), food restriction group(FR), and catch-up group(RN). Serum glucose,lipids, gastrin, the ratio of visceral fat to body fat, adipocyte CCK2R mRNA and protein levels were determined. Compared with NC group, FR rats had lower serum gastrin and visceral fat formation. The adipocyte CCK2R mRNA and protein levels of FR rats were lower than those of NC rats. Serum gastrin level of RN rats was higher than those of FR and NC rats(P＜0.05). The ratio of visceral fat to body fat in RN rats increased compared with FR rats and was close to that of NC rats. The adipocyte CCK2R mRNA and protein levels of RN rats were higher than those of FR and NC rats. Gastrin and its receptor pathway possibly play a role in the mechanism of visceral fat accumulation in catch-up rats.

Cultured primary human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were divided into 4 groups:normal control( NG ),persistent high glucose ( HG ),hyperglycemia group ( TG ),and mannitol control ( MA )groups.After 1,4,and 7 days of culture,cells were collected.Cell proliferation,cell apoptosis,ROS,SOD,MDA,and NO level,eNOS mRNA and protein level were measured.Endothelial cell proliferation was inhibited in HG,TG,and MA groups compared with NG group.Hyperglycemia memory induced apoptosis of endothelial cells,increased ROS and MDA generation,and down-regulated intracellular SOD level,findings similar to those in HG group.After 24 h of culturing,eNOS expression and NO generation in both HG and TG groups were higher than those in NG group.However,after 7 days of culturing,eNOS expression and NO generation in both HG and TG groups were lower than those in NG group.These results suggest that in hyperglycemia memory cell model,transient hyperglysemia may lead to persistent imbalance in oxidative stress and reduce endothelium-derived relaxing factor NO level,indicating that hyperglycemia memory may play an important role in persistent vascular endothelial cell injury.

Objective To study the effect of different grades of corpus luteum blood flow on conservative treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy??Methods One hundred and fifty?six patients who were diagnosed with unruptured tubal pregnancy in the General Hospital of Northern War Zone and accepted conservative treatment from February 2013 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed??The patients were divided into corpus luteum blood level 0 group(0 grade group,36 cases),corpus luteum blood level 1 group (1 grade group,41 cases),corpus luteum blood level 2 group(2 grade group,45 cases),corpus luteum blood level 3 group ( 3 grade group, 34 cases ) according to the corpus luteum blood flow classification in pregnancy??The levels of blood β?HCG,the packet reducing and the curative effect were compared among the four groups??Results The time ofβ?HCG decreased to normal after treatment in 0～3 grade group was (14??4 ±2??7) d, (16??2± 3??9) d, ( 23??3± 4??8) d, (27??0± 4??6) d respectively,there was significant difference among the four groups (F＝5??338,P＝0??039)??The time of mass disappeared completely after treatment in 0－3 grade group was (13??2±2??2) d,( 15??9± 3??0) d,( 21??8± 2??9) d,(24??1± 3??4) d respectively,there was significant difference among the four groups ( F＝4??229,P＝0??043)??The curative rate in 0－3 grade group was 91??7%(33／36),87??8%(36／41),82??2%( 37／45),73??5%( 25／34) respectively,there was significant difference among the four groups(χ2＝4??586,P＝0??041)??There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions among the four groups ( P＞0??05)??Conclusion The different classification of corpus luteum blood flow in pregnancy of unruptured tubal pregnancy have significant influence on the conservative treatment effect??The higher the blood flow classification,the longer treatment time and the worse the curative effect??

Objective:To compare the effectiveness between three methods for purifying the immunoglobulin of egg yolk(IgY) which are polyethylene glycol (PEG) method, chloroform extraction method and chloroform / PEG method, and to provide basis for obtaining the batch of IgY.Methods:The inactivated vaccine of Vibrio parahemolyticus (V. parahemolyticus) was prepared and the hens were immunized by multi-point intramuscular injection.The eggs were collected and the IgY was purified by PEG method, chloroform extraction method and chloroform/PEG method.The protein extraction rate, the IgY titer and the purity of the antibody which purified by different methods were detected.Furthermore, the operation process, cost and safety of the three methods were analyzed.Results:The protein contents of the extraction belonging three methods from high to low in turn were chloroform extraction method, chloroform/PEG method, and PEG method.There was no significant difference in the antibody titer between three methods, and the tiler of chloroform extraction method was slightly high.The purities of purified antibody from high to low in turn were PEG method, chloroform/PEG method and chloroform method.The PEG method had better security but relatively lower extraction efficiency and higher cost.The chloroform/PEG method had high extraction efficiency and good antibody purity.Conclusion:The PEG method is suitable for a small amount of extraction in the laboratory.The chloroform/PEG method is appropriate for extracting the high quality IgY in a batch as it has high extraction efficiency and good antibody purity.
