Objective To investigate the utility of full-field digital mammography (FFDM) and localization and biopsy in diagnosis of nonpalpable breast cancer. Methods 42 cases with suspect breast cancer by routine film reading but negative clinical palpation were performed localization and biopsy under X-ray orientation and diagnosed with breast cancer by pathology. The characters of those cases were studied. Results Among 42 cases, 5 cases showed micronodules, 8 cases demonstrated local dense infiltration, 11cases had architecture distortion, 18 cases demonstrated micro-calcifications. The type of pathology comprised of intraductal carcinoma (23 cases), tabular carcinoma in situ (2 cases), early infiltration of ductal carcinoma (12 cases), infiltrating ductal carcinoma (3 cases), papilloma carcinoma (2 cases). Conclusion FFDM can clearly show direct and indirect X-ray signs of breast cancer, combined with localization and biopsy the nonpalpable breast cancer can be easily diagnosed.

International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(1):59-63
Paired box2 ( PAX2 ) is a transciption factor which mainly expressed in the developing kid-ney. Researches indicate that PAX2 promote the transcription through interactions with the adaptor PAX transac-tivation domain interacting protein(PTIP). Otherwise,PAX2 protein can lead to chromatin compaction and gene silencing through interactions with Grg4. PAX2 reexpressed in acute kidney injury and involved in promoting cell proliferation. Congenital PAX2 gene mutation is closely related to congenital abnormalies of the kidney and uri-nary tract. In chronic kidney disease,PAX2 promote proliferation and cyst formation. Here, the recent researches on the function of PAX2 and its role in acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease are reviewed.

China Pharmacy 2015;(20):2739-2741
OBJECTIVE:To provide references for rational clinical application of human serum albumin. METHODS:By adopting retrospective analysis, medical records of 256 tumor inpatients administered with human serum albumin in the affiliated cancer hospital of zhengzhou university during Jan. and Jun. 2014 were randomly selected to statistically analyze the drug consump-tion amount per capita, average course of treatment and the concentration of serum albumin in the patient before administration. RE-SULTS:In our hospital, human serum albumin was used in 15 clinical departments, mainly in non-surgical departments. The pa-tients received drugs at a single dose ranging from 10 to 20 g. Postoperative patients with hypoalbuminemia topped the list in terms of daily consumption amount of human serum albumin(15.82 g/d)and patients with hypoalbuminemia accompanied by ascites and pleural effusion experienced the longest average course of treatment(6.93 d). Human serum albumin was mainly used for hypopro-teinemia. CONCLUSIONS:The use of human serum albumin in our hospital conformed to the dispensatory and the regulations on the medical insurance organizations of Henan Province. However,it is not in compliance with the regulations on the medical insur-ance organizations of Beijing and the guidelines of the hospital associations of American universities. Therefore, the indication of human serum albumin needs to be further defined, and priority should be given to nutrition supply for the inpatient with hypoalbu-minemia caused by malnutrition.
