Objective To evaluate the serum levels of cystatin C (CysC)in lung cancer and its clinical significances for kidney assement. Methods The serum of 120 patients with lung cancer and 50 healthy controls were collected. All the patients were en-rolled in Beijing Chest Hospital,Capital Medical University, from June 2012 to October 2013.Full-automatic biochemistry analyzer was used to examine the levels of serum CysC.Results The level of serum CysC in patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that of healthy controls(t = 4.771,P < 0.05 ).The sensitivity of CysC(81.7%)was significantly higher than that of BUN(66.7%)and Cr(45%)(χ2 =25.326,P <0.05),and there were no significantly difference of the specificity among them(χ2 =3.468,P >0.05).Conclusion Serum CysC was a useful biochemistry marker for kidney assement in lung cancer, and have better clinical significances than BUN and Cr.

Objective To evaluate the plasma levels of D‐dimer in lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) patients and their clinical significances .Methods The plasma of 130 patients with lung cancer ,126 patients with PTB and 50 healthy controls were collected .All the patients were enrolled in Beijing Affiliated to Chest Hospital Capital Medical University ,from July 2014 to October 2014 .Full‐automatic analyzer was used to examine the level of plasma D‐dimer .Results The levels of plasma D‐dimer in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than patients with PTB and healthy controls (Z=2 .704 ,P<0 .01);The levels of plasma D‐dimer in patients with PTB were significantly higher than healthy controls (Z=2 .54 ,P<0 .05);The levels of plasma D‐dimer were significantly higher in stages Ⅲ and Ⅳ than stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ(Z=2 .195 ,P<0 .05);The positive rate in patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than patients with PTB (χ2 =10 .525 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion Activation of coagulation and fi‐brinolysis exist in lung cancer and PTB patients ,the level of plasma D‐dimer is related to the clinical stage of lung cancer .

Objective:To evaluate the role of hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) channels in striatum in paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain and the relationship with GABA B receptors in rats. Methods:Healthy clean-grade male Sprague-Dawley rats, aged 6-9 weeks, weighing 180-220 g, were used in this study. The neuropathic pain model was established by intraperitoneal injection of paclitaxel 2 mg/kg once every 2 days for 7 consecutive days in anesthetized rats, and then intrathecal catheterization was performed.Fifty rats in which intrathecal catheters were successfully implanted were divided into 5 groups ( n=10 each) using a random number table method: paclitaxel group (P group), paclitaxel plus normal saline group(N group), paclitaxel plus lentivirus empty vector group (BV group), paclitaxel plus HCN4 channel lentivirus group (H group), and paclitaxel plus HCN channel inhibitor ZD7288 group (I group). Ten rats of the same age were selected as the blank control group (C group). At 15 days after intraperitoneal injection of paclitaxel, normal saline 20 μl was intrathecally injected in group N, group BV received intrathecal injection of HCN4 channel lentivirus empty vector 1×10 8 TU/ml, 20 μl, group H received intrathecal injection of HCN4 channel lentivirus 1×10 8 TU/ml, 20 μl, and group I received intrathecal injection of ZD728830 μg, 20 μl.The mechanical paw withdrawal threshold (MWT) was measured at 1 day before paclitaxel injection and 14 and 21 days after injection. The cerebral striatum tissues were obtained at T 2, and the expression of HCN4 channel and GABA B receptors was determined by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results:Compared with group C, the MWT was significantly decreased, HCN4 channel expression was up-regulated, and GABA B receptor expression was down-regulated in group P ( P<0.05). Compared with group P, the MWT was significantly increased, HCN4 channel expression was down-regulated, and GABA B receptor expression was up-regulated in group H and group I ( P<0.05), and no significant change was found in the parameters mentioned above in group N and group BV ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Up-regulation of expression of HCN4 channels in striatum can induce down-regulation of GABA B receptor expression, which is involved in the pathophysiological mechanism of paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain in rats.

Objective:To explore the current situation of nursing human caring in hospital wards and analyze its influencing factors, so as to facilitate the development of nursing human caring practice. Methods:From July to November 2022, a total of 107 hospitals were surveyed through stratified convenience sampling method, and 4 072 ward nursing managers were recruited to finish the general information questionnaire and the ward nursing human caring status questionnaire. The general information included the region, class and type of the hospital, etc. The ward nursing human caring status questionnaire included 38 items in 5 dimensions of nursing human caring system and process, humanistic quality and training of nursing staff, humanistic environment and facilities, human caring procedures and measures, and human caring quality evaluation and improvement, with a full score of 190 points. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the general data, independent samples t-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis were used to analyze the factors influencing the current status of nursing human caring in the ward, while multiple linear regression analysis was used to conduct a multivariate analysis. Results:The score of nursing human caring in hospital wards was 156.91±27.78. Whether the hospital had carried out nursing human caring pilot(demonstration) wards, whether the ward had previously been a hospital nursing human caring pilot(demonstration) nursing unit, the type of ward, and whether nursing managers had participated in human caring training were the influencing factors of the implication of nursing humanistic caring in wards( P<0.05). Conclusions:The practice of nursing human caring in hospital wards is at a good level, but needs to be further strengthened. Nursing managers should take systematically strategies to promote the development of nursing human caring practice.
