Aim To study the role of ubiquitin carboxyl terminal hydrolase L1 (UCH-L1)involved in the pro-tective effect of fluoxetine against monocrotaline-in-duced pulmonary arterial hypertension in rats.Meth-ods Monocrotaline (60 mg·kg -1 )was used to es-tablish pulmonary arterial hypertension in rats and low-dose (2 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 )or high-dose (10 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 )fluoxetine was applied to inhibit pulmonary ar-terial hypertension. The hemodynamics, morphology of pulmonary arterioles and lungs,UCH-L1 protein ex-pression and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB)nuclear trans-location were observed. Results Monocrotaline not only increased pulmonary arterial pressure and promo-ted pulmonary arterial remodelling and lung inflamma-tion,but also down-regulated UCH-L1 protein expres-sion and increased NF-κB activity in lungs.Fluoxetine inhibited these changes in a dose-dependent manner. However,UCH-L1 protein expression of pulmonary ar-teries did not significantly change among different groups. Conclusion Fluoxetine inhibits monocrotal-ine-induced lung inflammation in rats, involved in NF-κB activity inhibited by up-regulated UCH-L1 protein expression.

ObjectiveTo detect five periodontal pathogenic bacteria in coronary atherosclerotic plaques.MethodsAtherosclerotic plaque specimens were obtained from 101 patients who scheduled for coronary artery bypass graft surgery. The bacteria DNA was obtained from coronary atherosclerotic plaques using the chelex-100 method. The extracted DNA were examined by PCR.ResultsWithin the 101 pieces of atherosclerotic plaque samples Porphyromonas gingivalis( Pg,31% ),Tannerella forsythensis(Tf,42% ),Prevotella intermedia( Pi,26% ),Fusobacterium nucleatum( Fn,21% ),Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans( Aa,23% ).PCR products were sequenced and were compared with GenBank sequences, the homology was 99%-100%.ConclusionPeriodontitis might affect the development of atherosclerosis and there is a correlation between coronary heart disease and chronic periodontitis.

Objective: It is to investigate the efficacy of the blood-activating and orifice-opening method with acupuncture and moxibusion for treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy. Methods: 176 cases were divided into the treatment group (89 cases) and control group (87 cases) randomly. Acupuncture on points Geshu (BL 17), Fengchi (GB 20) and Bailao (Ex-HN) was applied, and meanwhile moxibustion on points Baihui (GV 20) and Shangxing (GV 23) was applied in the treatment group, while Flunarizine was orally taken in the control group. Results: The blood-activating and orifice-opening method with acupuncture and moxibustion could significantly improve the comprehensive curative effect clinically, increase the subjective index score and the sign score significantly, and change hemodynamics obviously. Its effect was better than that of the control group. It was also found that its follow-up effect was significantly better that of the control group. Conclusion: The blood-activating and orifice-opening method with acupuncture and moxibustion has a definite effect on vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.

Objective To explore the effects and correlative factors of filling painting on attention function of bipolar affective disorder (BAD)patients. Methods The random number table was used to selected 70 BAD patients who admitted our hospital from January to December 2014,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group on average. The patients of control group underwent medicine treatment and health education, while the patients of experimental group, based on the interventions of control group, received filling painting training, which utilized numerical span, trail marking test A (TMT-A),digit symbol test,Stroop color word test (including Stroop-word,Stroop-color,Stroop color word detection)etc.sub-test to compare attention function before and 6 weeks after interventions,so as to further analyze the correlation between attention function and age, disease process, educational years, symptom. Results Six weeks after interventions, the scores difference of numerical span test in experimental group had no statistical significance difference (P >0.05);but the scores of experimental group were better than that of control group in digit symbol test,Stroop-word,Stroop-color,Stroop color word detection (P <0.05);the time consumed shorter in experimental group compared with that of control group (P <0.05);except numerical span, the other program of attention function effects had correlation with patient′s age, disease process, educational level and symptom. Conclusions Filling painting can facilitate attention function of BAD patients and be benefit rehabilitation of cognitive function;attention function may impact by age, disease process, educational level, symptom, and other factors.

Background and objective Molecular targeted therapy has gradually become an important treatment for lung cancer, the aim of this research is to analyze the clinicopathologic features associated with the gene mutation status of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), echinoderm microtubule-associated protein-like 4-anaplastic lymphoma kinase (EML4-ALK), ROS proto-oncogene 1, receptor tyrosine kinase (ROS1) and Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene (KARS) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients and determine the most likely populations to beneift from molecular target ther-apy treatment. Methods hTe mutation status of EGFR, EML4-ALK fusion gene, ROS1 and AKRS gene were determined by Real-time PCR, the relationship between clinical pathologic features and concomitant gene were analyzed withχ2 test by SPSS sotfware 19.0. Results A total of 514 specimens from Shandong tumor hospital were collected from NSCLC patients between January 2014 and May 2016. The total mutation rate of EGFR gene was 36.70%, major occurred in exon 19 (36.61%) and exon 21 (51.36%), respectively, and EGFR mutations usually occurred in female, non-smoking and adenocarcinoma patients (P<0.05). hTe total rearrangements rate of EML4-ALK fusion gene was 9.37%, EML4-ALK fusion gene usually occurred in younger age (≤60 yr) and non-smoking patients (P<0.05). Mutations were not related to gender and pathological type (P>0.05). ROS1 fusion gene was detected in 136 cases, the positive rate was 3.67%, all patients were 60 years old, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Only 23 samples were tested AKRS gene mutations, two of them were positive and the posi-tive rate was 8.70%. hTey all occurred in non-smoker and adenocarcinoma patients. No mutation was detected to coexist in EGFR, EML4-ALK and AKRS gene mutation. Conclusion EGFR, EML4-ALK, ROS1 and KARS deifnes different molecular subset of NSCLC with distinct characteristic, which provides a new option for the clinical treatment of patients with NSCLC.
